À propos de cet hébergement

Notre condo au deuxième étage en bord de mer a le meilleur emplacement dans le complexe.

Cette unité de coin (A223), reçoit beaucoup de lumière et d'air frais. Vous pouvez regarder les bateaux à crevettes et écouter les vagues pendant que vous buvez votre café du matin sur le balcon.

À gauche, vous pouvez voir notre piscine, la plus grande de l'île. Il est suffisamment proche pour être à quelques pas de là, mais suffisamment loin pour offrir beaucoup de paix et de tranquillité.

Notre condo entièrement mis à jour peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et des lits superposés dans le hall. Nouveaux planchers ajoutés en 2019, ainsi qu'une cuisine avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.

Le complexe dispose d'une piscine pour enfants et d'une aire de jeux et se trouve sur la plus belle plage de l'île. Il est sûr et large, et idéal pour se promener, nager, faire du vélo ou simplement profiter des rayons.

La propriété comprend 10 courts de tennis éclairés avec une boutique et un personnel professionnels, ainsi que la location de vélos, de patins, de chaises de plage et de parasols sur place (en saison). Il y a aussi un dépanneur sur place et un centre de golf miniature amusant à distance de marche facile.

Si vous avez envie de rester pour les repas, mais que vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, le Gatorz Sports Bar & Pizza est sur place. À la piscine, il y a le Jamaca Joe'z Beach Bar ainsi que les glaces Jamaïque Mon'z et Snow Conz.

Notre condo comprend la télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD. Bien sûr, il y a aussi le WiFi gratuit, si vous voulez rester connecté au monde extérieur!

Amazing place!!

This space was great! Everything was very clean and updated. The ocean view also cannot be beat. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are also a lot of beach toys and other beach necessities. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Very nice, entire condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Actually, the cleanest place we’ve ever visited. The ocean views did not disappoint! Would absolutely stay here again and again.

A week on the beach

Another great stay

We enjoyed yet another great vacation in this condo. The upgrades were wonderful. The location is perfect! It’s so close to the ocean and pools and the view is amazing. The owners respond right away and are so nice and easy to work with. We look forward to our stay next year.

Great location

The location of this condo was convenient to the beach and both pools. The view from the oceanfront balcony was perfect. While some area could use updating, it had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Communication with the owners was very quick. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Stay

Everything was simple, with fantastic beach access. Everything was clean and well-furnished. My only suggestion might be to bring a fan for the bedroom, as air didn't seem to circulate as well in there, which made it a little warmer. Even with that small issue, we had a wonderful stay.

Beyond amazing view

We really loved staying in this condo, the view was spectacular from our room or balcony!! We couldn't get enough peaks at the ocean❤️ they had all the amenities of home which made our stay even more comfortable!! The bed was very comfy and the walk to the beach from our condo could not have been any better!! We loved it and we have been coming to Hilton Head for 16 years!!

Great Refurbed Updated Condo

This condo has recently been refurbed and updated. The owners did a great job. The colors and décor are very pleasing and relaxing. This is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The unit has a large screen smart TV. The Internet speed is very fast at about 300 Mbps. This is a direct oceanfront unit with a great view. The unit was clean.

Best Location By Far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were gracious enough to answer all questions prior to our stay and made the check in and stay as seamless as possible. We enjoyed the location of this unit, as the walk to the beach was short and the views from the balcony were amazing! We loved the property amenities such as the restaurants and bars! Everything is at your fingertips at this location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to go shopping, out to eat, grocery store, etc. The place was VERY clean and thoughtfully decorated! Beds were comfy and renovations were welcoming! We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We stayed for 7 days and it was just as described. You can see the ocean perfectly. The condo had everything we needed including beach toys, chairs, and a cooler which made it so much easier. We've stayed at a lot of condos and it's such a pain when you have to buy chairs and toys and then figure out what to do with them after, especially when you fly in. We were pleasently surprised by that. And we love that you actually had a full ocean view. A lot of places say "ocean view" and you may see a part or a small piece but this place is a full ocean view. The owners were wonderful. We didnt have a single issue but they immediately sent me phone numbers when we booked it to reach them at. I would absolutely stay here again. We could not have been more happy!!

Great location !!

The condo is as advertised but I didnt understand that it was a “smoking” property. When you sit on the couch all you can smell is cigarettes. Otherwise it is a great place on the beach with a wonderful view from the deck.

Great Condo, great value

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo last week. It was our first time in Hilton head, and we had a blast. I have not been on too many vacations in the past, but wherever I do go, I prefer to stay ocean front. I was slightly apprehensive at first, because there weren't many pictures of the actual view from the condo, and from the pictures online it looks like a far walk to the beach. This was NOT the case. It was a very short walk to the beach, and had an incredible ocean front view. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed, even salt and pepper shakers and ice in the freezer. The owner was very fast to respond to any questions I had, and was very friendly. She even offered to personally bring over an iron and beach chairs if they weren't in the condo when we arrived, but they were already there! Thank you so much, we would love to come back in the future.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children that enjoys this beautiful condo every year without fail. Hilton Head was a big part of growing up for me, with my family buying one of the first units in 1981. Since then, we have enjoyed it for Family Reunions, vacations and even our wedding and honeymoon.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My parents purchased this unit due to the view and proximity to the beach. Unlike many of the East Coast beaches, once you are at our condo, there is no need to spend your time driving to the beach, parking and feeding the meter every couple of hours. Just leave the condo, go downstairs and walk over the dunes! Hilton Head has grown over the years, but has never lost the Southern Charm. We found the flashing neon signs of other beaches replaced with Spanish Moss hanging off the gigantic Live Oaks.

Many of the family memories we have revolve around our time spent on HHI. My wife and I have also gone down on our own, on-season and off without the kids. The island presents world-class golf, shopping and of course, some of the best cuisine in the world. Whether you're there to spend time with family, golf, or simply to fall in love all over again, this beautiful condo is the perfect spot for you. The Beach and Tennis Resort is quiet and safe. Take advantage the huge beach during the day and then at night, enjoy the beautiful dark night sky while taking long walks down the beach. Activities such as Dolphin Cruises, Kayaking, golf and fishing are only minutes away. So whether you enjoy and active vacation, or you are just hoping to spend some time in the surf relaxing, Hilton Head offers everything you could hope for.
