My wife and I loved everything about the condo, the location on the beach was perfect.

Everything we needed was already supplied by the owner and the place was very clean and nicely decorated.

Great place

We love being on the east end of panama, less traffic and beach is not as crowded. Room is great, exactly as described. The Only issue we had was the spiral staircase is all metal and has some fairly sharp corners that are at head height for kids.

Easy place to stay, directly on the beach

Stunning view of sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent service from the manager with every little issue we had (we stayed for 30 days, so things happen). Condo in good condition. Neighborhood ok even if the condo is in the eastern part of PCB wich is older.

Condo is beautiful, view is beautiful , kitchen had everything we needed . Only problem we had was my 1 & 3 year old grand babies could open the front door so we had to keep the hallway blocked.

Relaxing stay

Overall, it was a positive experience. We were without internet 1 1/2 days, but finally got a new modem installed which rectified the problem; fortunately, I was not there to keep my nose in the phone! Everything was super clean and a lovely view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I suggest bringing soap for the kitchen and bathroom. For the owner, my only suggestion on my personal "wish list" would be to have a good reading light in the family room. Pretty impossible to read at night. It was a relaxing stay which is what we hoped for! :)

Great beachfront option in PCB

These condos are very close to the water, and the views are simply great. No waiting for elevators, and can get to the beach and back in literally two minutes, which is great when the weather is variable. The condo is well-furnished with all necessities for living, so it is very convenient, especially for an extended stay. The bed is comfortable, unit was very clean, and plenty of towels around plus all kinds of beach things, which again makes life easier. Any quibbles or caveats? Well, the carpet looks worn, and the upstairs loft is OK for kids but you cannot really rely on it as a full-fledged second bedroom. Shower seemed weak to me, maybe because of a low-flow head? Anyway, these are pretty minor things. Overall this is a great beachfront option in PCB, highly recommended.

Decent, convenient and comfortable but not spotless

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 and thought we were getting two bedrooms plus a loft. Instead we got one bedroom and loft. No biggy but misleading.. Everything else was great! The kitchen is well stocked and the provided beach towels along with beach chairs and umbrella! That made the stay so nice. Our twins absolutely loved the spiral staircase and loft with their own TV. Seeing them happy made us even happier. Not having room key cards to manage was fantastic, too. We loved that is is a small and quiet place because the beach was never crowded like is us in front of big resorts. The beach front at Nautical Watch is gold. We loved our stay and would do it again. In the reviews before renting it was stated that it was a spotless clean place. Well, there is a giant stain on the sofa, the ceiling fans were dirty and the upstairs trundle was damaged. However, none of these things kept us from having a wonderful stay, just another misleading point in our booking process.

Enjoyable Stay, Very Minor Inconveniences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is wonderful! The location is great! It's between two areas of the beach with large highrise condos, making those beach areas busy. The beach in front of this condo is much less crowded and pretty peaceful. The condo has all you need to stay and enjoy your time. We will certainly book again! The very minor inconveniences were, the day before we were to leave, the owners swapped the daybed with trundle for a full size in the loft. No biggie, except our two daughters were going to use the day bed and trundle and did not want to share the same bed (restless sleepers). So one had to sleep on the couch. Which is a pull out but appears that the legs on the pull out have been bent. The other issue was on our drive in, we received another call, that the fridge had gone out and we had a much smaller one to use while during our stay. But they had it there and ready. Lastly, they state they provide one package of laundry detergent, we had 4 packs for dishwasher only. No biggie, we bought more. All in all, we recommend this place and the management company was helpful in communicating the changes.
