Totalement rénové la maison dispose d'un intérieur du journal de cabine, cheminée, salle de soleil, salon, salle à manger, sous-sol complet de débrayage. Beaucoup d'activités pour la famille. Désolé non fumeur et sans animaux de compagnie! Pittoresque et charmant Bolton Landing est le cadre idéal pour des vacances parfaites. Accueil surplombe petit étang. Vous ne serez pas déçu !!

Lieu: L'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent de belles vacances. Si vous voulez être actif ou tout simplement profiter de la beauté sans fin des Adirondacks, cette maison a tout. Confortable, propre, à distance de marche du grand village de Bolton Landing, vous passerez un bon moment. Que vous souhaitiez vous promener magasins, bateau, profiter du soleil - ce est parfait. La maison est idéale pour les enfants et les familles. Vous ne avez pas besoin d'une voiture, mais vous pouvez prendre dans certains des domaines de curiosité magnifiques. Lake Placid, Gore Mountain, Saratoga et Fort Ticonderoga sont à une courte distance en voiture. Closer (10 minutes) est le village de Lake George. Beaucoup de choses à faire: canotage, parachute ascensionnel, jet ski, mini-golf, shopping, cinéma, restaurants, musées, Great Escape Amusement Park sont quelques-uns. 5 minutes se trouve le terrain de golf Sagamore. Une vue imprenable de cours font un doit voir. Lake George est de 32 miles de long et l'un des lacs les plus pittoresques du pays.

Maison: Notre maison est en parfait état. Il y a beaucoup de place, le canapé, lits, salle à manger, laveuse, sécheuse etc. Tous les nouveaux. Planchers, salles de bains, et les murs intérieurs sont également nouveaux. La vue est parfaite de la véranda donnant sur l'étang. Vous serez à l'aise et heureux dans cette maison amicale d'enfant.

Activités préférées: Nous aimons les restaurants de la ville: l'hôtel Sagamore a plusieurs endroits pour manger, déjeuners et dîners au restaurant Lakeside, il y a Kate pour la grande cuisine italienne, musique le dimanche à Fredrick, Bolton Beans ou Hometown Diner pour le petit déjeuner, Huddle Maison, et plusieurs autres. Magasinez chez Happy Jacks, le Indian Teepee Shop, Lakeview Trading et plus encore. Les enfants adorent nos promenades après le dîner pour la crème glacée Ben & Jerry. Nous aimons les films du mardi soir sous les étoiles à la plage de la ville à travers la rue de notre route. Il ya toujours des festivals d'artisanat et de choses qui se passent dans cette petite ville du plaisir. Le Sagamore Golf Club est magnifique. Notre famille n'a absolument une explosion à la proximité Adirondack Extreme. Mais surtout, nous aimons être sur l'eau. Que vous apportiez votre bateau ou en louiez un, vous devez prendre Lake George. Les mots ne peuvent décrire sa beauté naturelle. Ce est notre préféré chose à faire!

Great Vacation Property and Location

Another Wonderful Trip to Bill's house!

This is our third trip to the Lake George area staying in Bolton Landing at this house. There were 7 of us in all. Our children and grandchildren traveled with us. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and easily accommodates a group. A minutes walk to town is such a highlight! The beach area is 2 minutes down the street and great for the kids. There are several nice restaurants in town or just down the road a bit. The village is 10 miles away with tons of shopping, boat tours and a fort for the kids. A great house and location!

Great location in Bolton Landing

Cabin was in a super convenient location. Walked to beach, public dock, numerous restaurants, tons of fun shopping, ice cream, candy shop, deli, Tops market, and the brewery. We only had to drive to Chic’s marina really to pick up rental boat. Remember it’s a rustic cabin on a gravel road, and not a luxurious modern house. Plenty of hot water for 8 people! If any of your party has trouble walking or climbing stairs, that could be an issue, but we were fine. If you are used to camping, you will love it!

This house is absolutely beautiful and very charming.

We would absolutely stay here again. We almost don't want to give it a good review because we want to keep it our secret, it's that nice. Deb and Bill have made sure that there is nothing that you would need at the house other than food. We were amazed at the amount of little necessities that were already there for us to use. The house is extremely clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups, everything you need in the kitchen including small appliances. Very impressed by the décor and homey feeling. We never had to drive into town, as it is within walking distance to Bolton landing. There is not one bad thing to say about this property. Looking forward to going again. Hopefully it will be available the next time for us. Thank you Bill and Deb.

Best house for families

We rented this house for a family vacation. We range in ages for kids and this house fit all of or needs. Between child gates and extras around the house helped so much for our little ones. The house was sooo clean and fully stocked for all of our kitchen needs. I usually bring the essentials and didn't need to unpack most things I brought. I highly recommend this home for ur future visits. Most things are in walking distance. The village is so congested so it was nice to enjoy the lake in a smaller town less congested and drive to the main part when needed. The owner bill was in constant contact and very attentive to any needs we had. Definitely recommend and will rent again.

We absolutely loved Bolton Landing and the Reynolds little lake house. My husband especially liked all the family memories that were displayed through pictures. This house was everything we needed being super clean and in absolutely wonderful location! We will definitely be back!

Park your car and walk everywhere!

We loved staying here! Once we parked our car we were never in it again. The beach is right down the road and all the shops. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance! It’s a great get away!

Nothing short of excellence

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the last 2 years. The house is a minutes walk to town, but very secluded. There are shops, a winery and brewery and many places to eat. Wonderful house to relax in with a fire pit and gazebo in the yard which overlooks a pond. The owners are great and have provided for all your needs!! We will be back!!

Beautiful Location

The property is as described. Close to all attractions and yet quiet. Excellent amount of space. Basement is great and well furnished however there is o bathroom in the basement. We were four of us so it did not matter but two or more families with kids may desire having additional bathroom in the basement. Overall excellent experience!

Great house

House was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was very great. We had a nice vacation and spent a lot of down time at the house. There was plenty of space for all our guests. Bill was always very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed walking to town for dinner, drinks, and ice cream.

Even Better Than Pictured

We were pleasantly surprised as to the overall cleanliness and inviting atmosphere when we arrived at the house. When they say within walking distance, they really mean it - you can leave the car behind and stroll into town, which is what we did multiple times a day, including to a lovely little beach a mere 3 minute walk from the front door. Our crew of two families included 4 children, all under age 8--and they never tired of ways to run and play. The home is stocked with everything you need and you won't regret choosing this home! We look forward to going back already!

Clean, attractive, well-stocked home within walking distance to lake and town. Nice neighborhood. Responsive helpful owners. Scenic pond and gazebo are a beautiful place but not for young children or older guests

Great choice!!

After searching and reading multiple listings and reviews, we chose to stay at this home and could not have been happier. The location was great for walking to beach and town and was on a quiet, peaceful street. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped with anything we could possibly need for the week. Loved the layout and the multiple choices of places to relax and enjoy ourselves. Bill was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all of my questions. Looking forward to returning!

Great vacation home

Home is perfect for extended family and friends. There were 9 of us and there was enough room to spread out over the 3 floors and the outside gazebo area so we didn't feel cramped. The dining room table was also big enough to gather around to eat and play games. The location is perfect. Just a short walk into town and close to everything. Communication with the owner was a breeze. Great vacation!

Perfect location to paradise

This house was perfect for our family and also fit the needs well of both of our children ages 5 and 1. It was equipped with all the basic needs as well as extras such as coffee, condiments, sand toys, tennis rackets, high chair and crib (just to name a few) which were all greatly appreciated. My 5 year old daughter particularly enjoyed the firepit area with the ducks and smores! The location truly couldn't have been better as we were able to walk to the beach at our leisure as well as the restaurants, brewery, stores, ice-cream, and run around the Sagamore. Thank you for an unforgettable experience that we hope to return to in the future! Sarah & Andrew Smith

Cozy inside

We stayed in the summer and plenty of fans and air conditioners for the whole place. Lots of fun surprises were left like games for the family, books, etc.. Very clean, very attentive hosts, safe and quiet neighborhood, gravel street with speed bumps close to front of house with the occasional slow car. Not much room for kids to play outside. Back pond is beautiful to view from gas fire pit but you cannot access it or swim in it. You may be able to fish on it. We fed the ducks that were on it. There is a nice little beach On Lake George two minuets Walking from the house. The main town is also 2 min walking from house. I think this would be a great winter rental as well, which I plan to try one winter!

Location, location, location

Accommodations overall were great, clean and accurately described. Kitchen was stocked with the basic tools of the trade, and beach toys, and various indoor games were provided which were highly appreciated. The location was phenomenal with walking distance to the town and public beaches. The only thing the house lacked was natural sunlight. Rooms, particularly downstairs, were dark and not well lit.

Perfect lake house!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. The house is in a great location, walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach, basketball court and fishing pier. There are also so many additional activities in a short driving distance. We never ran out of things to do during our week stay. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. Many bedrooms and comfortable beds. Outdoor gas fireplace was a nice gathering spot. The dining table is large enough for everyone to sit and eat together. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and all the tableware we needed. Couldn't be happier with our stay! Would highly recommend.

Fun, Family Home

We needed a place for one adult couple, four separate adults and one eight year old; this place rocked it!! Communication with the Reynolds Family could not have been any better. When I texted a question, someone immediately responded. I spent a great deal of time in the kitchen which had everything we needed including a Keurig coffee machine and a regular brewing coffee machine, both of which we used every day. I loved the kitchen island with its two doors and my granddaughter loved sitting inside it. All good!!! We spent most of our time in the sun room in the back. Such a lovely spot. Other than the grill which my husband said worked great, we did not use the outdoor facilities (they look lovely and very usable) because we had more family with a place on Lake George and we would spend our evenings there. We would not hesitate to come back again to this home in its well kept and conveniently located neighborhood. Thank you Deb and Bill Reynolds
