Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house built in 2001 has been recently updated with new tile, window shutters, dolphin front door, new air conditioner and hot water heater. The pool with hot tub was also recently updated in 2019. Beautifully decorated in a nautical themed home with comfortable, relaxing spacious bedrooms and large spacious living area with the ability to seat 8 people at one dining table. Enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Indian River Lagoon and it's many islands and natural habitat. The 100' pier is a comfortable retreat at the end or the beginning of the day. The dock safely accommodates pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, jet skis which locally are available for rental.

Awesome Stay!

Truly a home away from home. From the first moment we booked this property until we drove out of the driveway for the last time, it was a wonderful experience. The owners are helpful, informative and genuinely concerned that you have a good stay. The house is amazing! We sat outside every morning on the dock and watched the dolphins play. We ended each evening in the hot tub with the most amazing view of the sky. The entire house was spotless and we had everything we needed. This is truly the perfect vacation home! The location is great. We were about an hour and 15 minutes from Orlando and it was an easy drive to the airport. There are several quaint cities along highway 1 that offer lots of local experiences. We are so thankful we chose this property. It was a wonderful experience!

Perfect spot

This place was excellent. Great space for the whole family and the pool/hot tub were perfect. They had plenty of beach towels and a great TV for watching sports over the weekend. Easy access to grocery stores down the street, and beach access (across the river) was about 20min. Very comfortable overall!

House was exactly as described. Hot tub and pool were great....only thing not mentioned was the train behind the house that goes at all hours of the day and night. Whistle blowing at 2:30am took some getting use to

Wonderful property!

The home and pool/hot tub were perfect for our group. It was clean, furnished well and comfortable. Proximity to our interests was good. We enjoyed beautiful moonlit nights on the dock. It was a great place! Owners have put much thought into making the home comfortable and pleasant for our stay.

Gorgeous home and pool, busy street/train.

This home is gorgeous, very clean with an amazing layout. Plenty of linens. Comfortable beds with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed by my kids. We loved coffee on the dock and saw many stingrays, dolphins and other wildlife. Be aware that this home is directly on route 1 which very busy to cross to reach the dock. Something to consider with small children. There are train tracks directly behind the house which can be noisy at night as the trains are frequent and do whistle. Ear plugs would be helpful for sleep. Local beaches are beautiful ( note that wabasso beach is closed until late April, but there are several others just north ). Drive to beach is about 20 minutes. Plenty of great restaurants and the Brevard Zoo is superb. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This was a very nice place. It has a great view of the river and the pool area is private. Lots of things to see in the area. Many good seafood restaurants too!

Wonderful Home In Grant Florida!

This is an incredible home. It was impeccably clean and well kept. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property manager was responsive to our one question and very efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pool and hot tub were fabulous. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!

Dolphin river house

This property is beautiful, and like its name we saw dolphin right off the dock. The pool was amazing. The house was clean and spacious and near many restaurants.

Great location!

Beautiful house and property! Pool and hot tub were amazing! Great location and very close (2-3 miles) to local eateries in Sebastian! Loved Squidlips’ Cajun bacon wrapped scallops! Loved Outrigger’s conch fritters and pineapple cider! Check out Chubby Mullet too! Several local breweries in Sebastian and Vero Beach! Great food, great weather, great family & friends equals a great week!

Visiting my sister in Melbourne Beach

The house was extremely nice. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool. Dock on the bay was a nice addition. Kids fished from the dock, and we took a Wildlife boat tour that picked us up on the dock. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return. Homeowners and property manager were both great at responding to texts and calls. Water outage during our visit, and the homeowners had someone there to make repairs the next morning. Bottled water was provided.
