ABOUT THE HOME: Gorgeous 30A beach retreat located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. The location and layout of this home is perfect. First floor has a very spacious Living Room/Dining Room with a gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining. Kitchen also comes with a gorgeous marble backsplash with open accent shelving, Calcutta gold quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances including gas range and wine fridge. The community pool is just steps away from the home.

ABOUT THE AREA: is located in the Magnolia by the Sea neighborhood, a quaint community in the heart of the quintessential village towns of 30A You'll have plenty to do at the pool and on the beach, or you can take a short bike ride to The Big Chill (formerly the Hub) or Rosemary Beach.

BEACH ACCESS: Your private access across the street has no beach vendor for your beach chair rental needs. Walk to the gate, enter the code, and walk to the right.

To the west of Magnolia Cottages by The Sea, 1 minute drive, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access, 8040 E County Hwy 30A, Seacrest, FL 32413. Beach Vendor for this beach: Vacayzen. PLEASE REFERENCE GULF LAKES PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS.

To the east of Magnolia Cottages by The Sea, Seacrest Drive Public Beach: 8514 E County Hwy 30A, Panama City Beach, FL 32413, (3 minute drive, has no designated beach vendor). To use this beach, you would need to visit the access the day of and see attendant for that day. The vendor here fluctuates. We do not have contact information for this access

PARKING: This home comes with a maximum of 3 parking spots (1 in the garage, 2 tandem on the outside). There is no overflow parking in the neighborhood.

HOUSE RULES
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. Historical instances, such as damaged tires on carts, have demonstrated that the replacement process can extend up to two days. Similarly, cases of stolen bikes, stemming from either guest negligence or external dishonesty, may require a day for replacement. It is crucial to highlight that in 9 out of 10 instances, these situations do not impact incoming guests; rather, they typically arise in the context of reservation issues. Responsible handling of items is key to mitigating concerns, and in 99 out of 100 scenarios, no issues arise.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Loved it!
The absolute most wonderful home. The bathroom is fancier than my entire house. There is a chandelier in the bathroom. There are a handful of restaurants and stores about a 5 minute drive away that were all great. Joy the property manager is easy to work with and is quick to respond if you have any questions. The bonfire night was fun but our daughter stepped on a sharp rock so we had to leave early. Would definitely stay here again.

BSET TIME!
Best experience! Amazing home with everything you need. Very luxurious and clean. Loved the cart and bikes. Beach was very close. 30a beach girls are very great to vacation with. We had a free bonfire night that the kids cried when we left. Jessica was so kind and funny at the bonfire. We ate way to much s'mores! The nearby pool was never very crowded but the code changed during our stay and took 30 minutes to get a new code. Only bad thing that happened. We would come back.

Hands down the best house and carriage!

Just what I was looking for, PERFECT!
It was a perfect location for our stay. Place was spotless and spacious enough to fit all our guests. 30a beach girls took care of groceries and booking our boat trip. They held bonfires during our stay and the kids insisted we attend all. It was a great highlight. Definitely a gem if staying in 30a!

Perfect in every way! 30a beach girls Joy, Hollie and Maci were absolutely the best hosts we have ever had the privilege of staying with. Every detail is well thought out. They make you feel at home and very comfortable. From guidance of activities around the area to some great restaurant recommendations to the free bonfire where we got to meet Hollie and Jessica. Everything in the home is clean, well kept and maintained. The beach is nothing short of spectacular. The hardest part is leaving. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Fantastic & Amazing rental!!
Amazing rental!! 10/10 Had a wonderful stay here with family. Perfect location. Extremely private property . Massive yard for playing with kids. House was very clean and its floor plan allowed for time together and apart. The porches were amazing for relaxing .Also great house layout for dinner parties we held 3 with family nearby, and FYI they loved our house over theirs! There were 9 people staying here and all were extremely comfortable. Owner of 30a Beach Girls, Hollie is extremely sweet and was incredibly responsive and was a text away for any questions. Will most definitely be renting this property again. I give it 10+ stars!!

Excellent time!!!!!
Wonderful getaway that's still close to everything. We stayed with family for an upcoming college graduation celebration. Everything was conveniently laid out for us and all in working order. The near by beach was spectacular, the view when you see it the first time is stunning, the setting serene and relaxing. Yet, we were only a few minutes' drive from either Rosemary or Seaside. It's a unique home with a unique feel to it, it doesn't deter family or friends from enjoying it's usefulness. Its pristine and comfortable. We didn't have the carriage guest house but from what we learned in talking to the occupants of that unit, they enjoyed it as well. There was no interruption in either party's stay from the other house. We invited them for a foosball match and had a great evening! And we loved the roaming turkeys and deer! We seen them every morning. We loved the peace and quiet of this home! All of the spaces to sleep and hang out were super cool and extra comfortable. The hosts at 30a Beach Girls were amazing and went above and beyond for us. The beds were high end and my wife loved the sheets, pillows & comforters. We all loved the pool and use of the bikes and cart, only wish we had more time there. It's our new home away from home.

Another amazing family vacation, 5th stay!
Our home away from home was absolutely perfect for our 5th stay!! Plenty of space for our group. The house had everything we could possibly need. Very close to the pool and a few minutes from the beach. Most of our party walks out a few take the carts. Definitely the most memorable trip we have ever had, we celebrated our growing family this trip! As always Joy and Hollie was very accommodating and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. This year we got to attend one of the bonfires and had a great time. Booking 6th trip now for December!

Great Location!

Such a great time, so many fun things to do each day!
We had a terrific time at this home. There is a lot to do within a golf cart ride! We enjoyed our time in 30A and particularly at this home. There is a lot to do at the house. Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms. The beds are great. The two living rooms are amazing. Foosball tournaments every-night! The included bonfire was a great night, we took so many fun pictures at sunset. Then we ate a belly full of smokes. Highly recommend 30a beach girls and this home!

Exceptional home with a stunning, unmatched setup and managers.
We are extremely lucky we got to stay here and enjoy this wonderful, exceptional place. The house is luxurious and very stylish, upscale and roomy. Super walkable and easy to get to the beach and very well appointed and clean. Top-notch maid service, better than a 5 star hotel. It was the perfect layout and size for 12 guests. The big, open floor plan makes it a really great place to hang with family. The private chef for a dinner is a unique option to add-on and one of the best ways to spend an evening as was the bonfire Hollie also recommended. Golf Cart and bikes were handy. The kitchen is a cook's dream, with a restaurant-quality stove and plenty of counter space. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub steps away, that was my favorite part! A highlight worth mentioning was the property managers, 30a Beach Girls. Can't say enough good things about them. So friendly, incredibly responsive, and really helpful. The best experience we've had with a rental property, we will use them forever

Location was great! Close to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. House was plenty room for our family. The house had plenty of bikes and a golf cart to help travel to near by locations. Garage came in handy for extra cars and pool/Beach gear storage. Pool was nice for large groups and within walking distance. Beach private access was nice but we still had to walk down toward the public beach as the private access is only available to properties on beach front. House was super comfortable and the screened in porches were great for evening settings. 30A Beach Girls were very responsive to any questions. Thanks for accommodating our large family.

Worth Every Penny thank you 30a Beach Girls!!!
This was a well appointed, inviting, spotless and well equipped property! From the moment of our confirmed reservation, right up to our departure, Jada, Hollie, Kelly and Joy were incredibly responsive! They answered questions about the house, the surrounding community, and local activities. The only awkward moment was we were asked to accommodate a realtor for a check of some sort. Ok no problem. But he left and told his boss we had 30 people in the house and she in turn told the owner of 30a beach girls who had her staff stop by and check. Very awkward, they discovered only 9 people here and most the bedrooms unused, they felt horrible. It was an honest mistake I would have checked as well but shame on that agent. I did demand to see the communication and was appalled at the lies and fabrication sent by the agent. We provided full access to the home and only 9 of us here. The beach girls held a bonfire and the kids had so much fun making smores and taking pictures. The community pool was 15 steps away and never over crowded. Other then the relator incident we had a great time!! We will definitely return in 2023!!

Exceeded all expectations!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property! It comes completely as advertised: Clean, well-equipped and close to the best that 30a has to offer, everything was a quick golf cart ride away! The owner of 30a Beach Girls (Hollie) was as engaging as anyone we've ever rented with from VRBO (there have been plenty) and even met us personally to give us a tour at check in. She was also highly accessible in answering any and all questions we had about the property, 30a (first time here), things to do when it rained, where to eat, where to shop, etc. The property is for sale and she would meet the tours each time (3) and made sure it was as quick as possible. Everyone had an excellent time and, we would (and planning) certainly rent here again!

Everything we were hoping for
We stayed here for vacation with 4 generations of family, we celebrated my grandmother 97th birthday! It was a trip of a lifetime. We didn't bring any cars we all flew in, so we didn't have much beyond clothes and personal items. Thankfully, the house had everything we needed for a vacation at the beach including bikes for all, beach umbrellas, beach towels, 2 golf carts, groceries delivered and put away, etc. The house was charming, clean and the decor/furnishings were beautiful, the carriage was perfect for the older teens. The kitchen was large and well-appointed with all the basics for entertaining, a chef cooked 3 nights and he commented how much he loved it as well. We especially loved all the porch space, screened in with chairs for evening cocktails. The best part of the property, however, was the location, privacy! By cart, you are 10 min from dining at the hub and only 2 minutes to the beach - by bike it's less than 5 min. Finally, the hosts, Hollie, Kellie and Emily, was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive to all my questions prior to our visit and during our trip. They arranged the groceries, the chef, the photographer. Hope to stay there again. Thank you!

Thankfully, the house had everything we needed for a vacation at the beach including bikes for all, beach umbrellas, beach towels, 2 golf carts, groceries delivered and put away, etc. The house was charming, clean and the decor/furnishings were beautiful, the carriage was perfect for the older teens. The kitchen was large and well-appointed with all the basics for entertaining, a chef cooked 3 nights and he commented how much he loved it as well. We especially loved all the porch space, screened in with chairs for evening cocktails. The best part of the property, however, was the location, privacy! By cart, you are 10 min from dining at the hub and only 2 minutes to the beach - by bike it's less than 5 min. Finally, the hosts, Hollie, Kellie and Emily, was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive to all my questions prior to our visit and during our trip. They arranged the groceries, the chef, the photographer. Hope to stay there again. Thank you!

Everyone in our family had nothing but compliments and there was not one negative!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home was spectacular and luxurious. The home was clean, well maintained, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. The third refrigerator in the garage was really helpful since we were cooking for so many. Hollie, Jada, Jessie and Emily were all very helpful and was always available. Could not have asked for more. The chef they sent our second night was incredible! Fresh oysters on the lawn our last evening HOME-RUN Hollie, was a great experience one we will not soon forget. The photographer Amiee that did our family pictures was the sweetest girl. I would definitely recommend this rental and this agency to anyone who wants to have a great time on vacation, live in luxurious surroundings and feel pampered. Thank you 30 A Beach Girls! Perfect Getaway
We have been visiting 30a for years and this was our first stay in Magnolia. We loved the secluded feel of A wave from it all. The pool was heated and never crowded. 30a Beach Girls was attentive and helped with planning a chef, reservations and a family celebration. They were always prompt and courteous. When booking a trip with them make sure to ask for Joy, Meredith or Hollie. The home comes with bikes and a golf cart, they also rented us an additional golf cart and bike cart. Grandparents enjoyed the carriage where they could enjoy peace and quiet away from the grandkids when needed and have privacy. We were continuously blown away by this quiet kid-friendly area, the stunning beach, the walkability, the beautiful pool and 30a Beach Girls attention to service and communication. We will definitely choose them again.

A Beach House Dream!!
Thank you, 30A Beach Girls!!! Our large family had to cancel a trip to Mexico and needed a last-minute place to stay in 30A for the week. As a returning customer, I knew I could trust Hollie and the 30A beach girls to help me out. As per usual, they went above and beyond to find my family the perfect house that absolutely exceeded our expectations! We stay in vacation rental homes quite often to accommodate our large family, but this home was by far one of my absolute favorite stays! “A wave from it all” is brand spanking new and, this beauty had every single bell and whistle you could ask for. The bright, large/open concept and living area provided an abundant amount of space to unwind and relax. The kitchen was a chef's dream, with two sinks, a large island, a huge pantry, and an ice machine. The master bedroom downstairs and the master bathroom were a dream! (Chandler over the bathtub!!) it had a separate spacious shower with two shower heads and a private loo—all the other bedrooms/upstairs, which gave some much-needed privacy for the adults in the evening. The bedrooms were all exceptionally comfortable to sleep in, with every bedroom (6) attached to its own bathroom! Three sets of washers and dryers allowed us to keep up with loads of beach towels/ clothes. There were plenty of bikes (6) and a golf cart to accommodate our family driving to the beach, nearby stores, and restaurants. The pool was just a few steps away from our home, and it was a perfect addition to the house with a beach entry which we loved as; it accommodated my elderly mother and our children. The carriage house above the garage provided an additional private living space with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, and a king-size bedroom with a walk-in closet! The screened-in porch off both the house and the carriage house was the cherry on top. We would absolutely recommend using the 30A beach girls to help you find the perfect vacation rental home; I have learned to trust that their properties are the best you will find and so is their management. Also, I can honestly say, when staying in a house away from home that exceeds your expectations, it really brings so much peace, and when it competes with the comfort of your own home, it makes it worth every penny. We will be back!

Opulent and peaceful
LUXURY!!! The property was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! Had a great time with family celebrating my mothers 70th. There were 5 couples with more than enough luxurious bedrooms and private bathrooms with extras to spare. The master bath is the bath of my dreams. We had coffee on the master porch each morning and loved watching deer and squirrels. The beach was only a short golf cart ride away and was fantastic, we appreciated 30a beach girls assistance with all of the planning for our birthday celebration and bonfire. We had zero issues from check-in to check-out and would for sure stay here again. It was the best vacation in years.
