Surfs Up! Are you ready to have the wave wash over you? This beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath pool house located in a quiet ocean side neighborhood is ready for you!. From the moment you walk in the front door your are greeted with comfortable furniture, a large flat panel tv, updated fully equipped kitchen and so much more!!! The large open living area has oversized seating perfect for resting after a hard day playing in the surf. The room then flows into the updated kitchen and dining area with granite counters, stainless appliances and everything you may need to whip up a quick snack or gourmet meal. The main bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd has a Queen bed for a perfect nights sleep. To the rear of the house is where the fun begins! The Family Room has a pull out sofa with barn door for added privacy. The 3rd bedroom and bunk room that is an escape for the kids! These bedroom feature twin bunk beds. Step outside to your private pool with plenty of seating to enjoy those lazy afternoons or just a quick dip. Pool heater is set to 82 and Jacuzzi can go to 104' . During colder weather the pool heaters may not keep up but are on. Book today and start enjoying your time at Surfs Up!

Spring Break Stay

So much fun

Everything was wonderful except there was a problem with the Jacuzzi, which they reimbursed me some money that I felt was fair until it was fixed. It’s so close to the beach we walk down there numerous times less than 5 minute walk the ocean was breathtaking

Great experience

The house was perfect for our combined family vacation. The private pool was just what we needed after the days at the beach. The hot water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms but there was an outdoor shower that we loved even more. We’re already talking about a future booking. Loved the house!! Thanks for helping in creating great memories.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family absolutely loved 61 Surf Drive!!! It had plenty of rooms/beds for everyone and plenty of space! The kitchen was Amazing, as was the pool and hot tub, well actually everything there was! Overall we give it a 10 out of 10!! Close walk to the beach, extremely friendly neighborhood and it's close to everything that you would need or places you want to visit!! Fantastic time and highly recommend! Wish we could have stayed longer!! We definitely will be back!

Fun through Ian

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming beach house. It kept us very safe during the throws of Ian. We all loved this house. It was so clean, bright, and spacious. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The back yard was our little oasis with the pool and palm trees. A great family vacation!! We’ll be back for sure! The owner of the house and the reality company were so gracious and helpful during the hurricane. We had no idea what we were doing. Thanks for the memories!

This was our 2nd time staying in the neighborhood. Very quiet and short walk to beach

The house was better than we could have imagined. With 2 living spaces it was perfect for adults and kids. House was very clean and had all the amenities. We brought our own beach chairs and tent but the garage was full of chairs, tent, wagon, toys. We enjoyed the pool when our beach day was over. Backyard had a ton of privacy. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Nice location/house with pool

The house was in a nice location and was within walking distance of crescent beach. The biggest issues were the overall cleanliness/comfort of the house - there were several dishes that had been put away dirty. There was leftover trash in the kitchen island behind the trash cans (I get that could be easily missed). Also, the sheets in the master had a sizable hole in the sheets. The mattresses were also quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, the pool and backyard set up made up for a lot of negative parts. The nearby beach was also quite wonderful. Overall a very enjoyable vacation with some things that could be easily fixed.

Just as pictured!

Ten minute walk to beach! A grill, beach chairs, and a beach wagon are all provided at the house which was nice! The house was just as it was pictured! Only flaws were the beds were not very comfortable and there was a sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Overall, we would love to come back to this home. It was great for our two families with small kiddos!

Fantastic Rental

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Short walk to the beach. Clean and spacious house! The kids and adults loved the pool and jacuzzi! Great location to beach restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was super cute and plenty of room for our group of 8. We loved having the pool at the house and the beach is a 5 min easy walk one way and A1A with restaurants and grocery etc just 5-10 min the other way. Also an easy Uber to downtown. I mean truly the location just can’t be beat. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and made it super easy to make meals at home. We had a couple minor cleanliness issues with two of the beds, but we took care of them and moved on. Otherwise the house was spotless and very comfortable and I loved the aesthetic. There were extra sheets and pillows and towels. Check in and out were easy as well. I would definitely come back to this house and I highly recommend. Thank you for such a perfect spot for my sisters Bachelorette party!

Clean with a great location

The house was very clean, well equipped and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room. It would have been nice to have the option of paying extra to heat the pool and hot tub as they were too cold to use. You are told that there are no beach accessories or grill, but they are in the garage. We did have one maintenance issue with a door lock and it was taken care of by management bery quickly.
