Perfect beach house & location

We had a great stay! Recommend for families. Location was a perfect to walk to the beach. Pool was great especially with kids. Beautiful well kept neighborhood. Communication response with host was always timely. Would stay again!

Beach Family Fun

The house was wonderful and perfect for our multi generational family… grand parents, 3 siblings and their spouses and the 9 grandchildren. House was well equipped for what we needed. Everything was in working order except one basement door to the pool area with a loose latch, making sure we shut it well was important. Easy walk to beach and easy walk to The Pancake house and ice cream store. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. This was our first time to use any VRBO but our 3 grown children and spouses have often used the service. If all hosts are as responsive as this one, we will use again.

Great house for a multi-generational family

The house had all the amenities we needed, with a stocked kitchen and nice, updated and clean bathrooms. The walk to the beach was fairly short and the on-site pool was pretty critical in reducing everyone's stress and exhaustion since we could just walk out the back door any time. A few things of note: We figured out too late that you can't bring your own beach umbrellas/tents and chairs, so make sure you don't transport a whole beach setup of your own. This is a popular area which means the traffic is pretty bad all day every day in the high season, but that will be the case for any property in this immediate area.

Great location with easy access to the beach!

Our stay here with our families was great! The walk to the private, not busy beach was perfect. The communication with the owner is wonderful! Anytime we had a problem with anything, they immediately came and fixed it. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great stay

Everything is exactly as describe. The host responded very quickly anytime I had a question. Only only thing was kinda a pain for us was the limited parking but I'll rent again in a sec. We had a blast!

Spacious home

Property was spacious, short steps to beautiful beach with set up. The pool heated to 90 was a thrill as we used it everyday. Management was excellent in responding quickly to minor details. Loved the gated neighborhood!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was more than a month and we enjoyed all of it with few exceptions. Tary communicated when needed. The property was thoroughly appointed-blender, beach towels-everything needed for our stay. And heated pool and hot tub were our refuge during weather cold snap. Our stay was during low season and so the beach wasn’t crowded, and that was awesome. On the other hand there was lots of renovation going on at the time all over the neighborhood. And when the neighbor’s project interrupted our water supply we were told by Tary to solicit the workers for our water needs and to make decisions for worker access to our rental property. Also it’s important to know there was working cameras pointed at our rental back yard area (pool, hot tub, kitchen window). I didn’t research who owned the property with the cameras, but was told during discussions with contractors that it was also owned by Tary. Other than those two issues-temporary loss of water access and expectation we should resolve it, cameras above our rental back yard-the property and management were excellent. Beautiful stay!

Great House and Location!

We had a wonderful spring break trip. The house was great…cozy, comfy and close to the beach! The house itself was cozy and felt like home, the beds were comfortable and you are literally steps from the beach! Wonderful stay!

Great experience

Great vacay home! Host answers text promptly and resolved issues in a very timely manner. Everything was provided as listed. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, appliances work well (fridge was extra cold when we arrived, other homes took some time to chill when we arrived). Convenience of supplied beach towels was a plus. Kids loved the game room. Very nice home, especially having to stay inside most of the time because of the weather. Very convenient location and gated. Felt like home away from home. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot for family vacations

It is a wonderful house to unwind in Destin and enjoy your time off. We adored the location and the easy beach access. The entertainment spaces within the house are fantastic. However, the house requires some improvements, including better lighting around the pool area. Additionally, the sofa beds are in poor condition and the cleaning services need enhancement before guests' arrival. On a positive note, communication with the host was excellent. Although we would consider staying there again, we'd avoid using the sofa beds for sleeping next time.

Terrific House and Location

This house was perfect for 4 families (8 adults) with a total of 6 kids plus grandparents. The pool at first seemed a bit small but ended up being a good size for everyone. The game room in the lower level was a great place for the kids to play ping-pong and arcade games for the rainy periods. Beach access was very close - we were able to take a beach wagon to the beach. We were not allowed to bring our own shade tent so we needed to use the chairs and umbrella at the beach - 2 chairs and 1 umbrella tent were included. On a couple of days, we needed to rent additional chairs&umbrella due to the number of people in our party. The owner was terrific and responded to our inquiries during the stay promptly.

Great Family Vacation @ Sandprint Cinema

We had a very fun week at the house and loved the location. Being so close to the beach was amazing! The house was clean and spacious. The pool and lower level were a blast too! That said, we were disappointed by a few things. The light sleepers in our group had trouble with full sun at 6 am. We also saw several cockroaches on the back patio at night and a few in the house as well. Water pools on the back patio, but overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful home the owner is completely tentative to any and all request/needs. We had a total of 14 people and this house could've held more the pool was amazing the walk to the beach was so easy and the neighborhood was great we felt very safe and comfortable there. Tari is an awesome host and would love to come back to this home.

Superb location and gorgeous housr

Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach!! Very uncrowded private beach. Spacious house with tons of amenities. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. The pool was really a nice bonus. Property manager was very quick to respond and great open communication. Highly recommend for those family beach trips!!!

great vacation home

enjoyed my stay here! nothing beats being only a short walk from the private beach. the house is beautiful and spacious with all the accommodations you'll need. having a pool and hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the provided beach wagon and toys/games in the house. Tari was very helpful and made sure to address and fix a couple small issues we ran into. would stay here again!

Great Stay!

We have been staying in The Dunes for years now, but this was our first stay at Sandprint Cinema. Everything was great. The table tennis, putting course, and arcades were great for the kids. The pool was amazing, as well as the hot tub. The house does get a lot of sun and can warm up, but the ceiling fans were great to alleviate some of the Florida warmth. Beach access was close and easy. My only complaint would be the oven doesn't heat up well, and it's hard to bake biscuits or anything in the oven.
