L'appartement de 2 pièces avec une grande cuisine mesure 80 m². Il est situé dans le quartier de Vrsovice, juste à côté du quartier de Vinohrady, à côté d'un magnifique parc. La connexion au centre-ville est idéale. L'arrêt de tramway est à seulement 3 minutes de l'appartement et vous pouvez vous rendre directement au centre historique de Prague en 15 minutes. Le métro de Prague est également accessible en quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est au 4ème étage, il y a un ascenseur. Jusqu'à 5 personnes peuvent séjourner dans l'appartement.
Le coût par nuit jusqu'à 2 personnes est de 60-80 euros. Chaque personne supplémentaire paie 25 euros par nuit. Les chiens, maximum 2, sont les bienvenus.
Puisque nous vivons à Prague depuis longtemps, nous pouvons donner à nos clients de nombreux conseils d'initiés.

Perfect apartment

We loved staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet residential area within a short tram ride from the centre of the city. The building has character and the apartment felt spacious and airy with high ceilings and large windows. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was very helpful as was our welcome from his friend Lenka. We would happily stay there again!

Lovely flat

The flat is in one of Prague’s old apartment blocks so the rooms are large and airy. It is near to tram stops going into the centre of town.Overall, a great experience in a beautiful city.

Lovely area

This property is situated in a very nice part of Prague. It is close to the major attractions. The unit is very spacious and quiet with 2 toilets and a washing machine.

Great location, lovely apartment

Close to transit, quiet neighborhood, with shopping. Lovely park at the end of the street, the restaurant there had excellent wine and food with beautiful views of the city.

Prague November 2024

The property description is accurate. The location to the tram is perfect. The owner provided recommendations for places to eat, visit, and even the name and number of a reputable taxi service. The property was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town but close enough to access in less than 25-minutes by tram or taxi. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was close by to both the old and new town. There were good transport links and we got good advice on which taxi services to use. The host was very helpful to point out some attractions that our 15 year old would enjoy and pointed us in the direction of local shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet neighborhood, close to tram stop.

Wonderful stay! Conveniently close to tram stop and a very nice coffee/bar (Flat Cafe). Just a few tram stops from the Metro. Getting around was so easy on public transportation that you have no need of a car. Nice, clean, comfortable accommodations.

Perfect location for a quite few days away

Directly on the beach, this chalet has everything you need. Just be careful if you have a car with low suspension as you will struggle to cope the the dips in the unnamed road leading to the property :-)

Enjoyable stay in Prague

We enjoyed our stay - it was a nice apartment in a nice area. It was well equipped although we couldn't find the microwave that was listed. The information about the area and Prague generally which Gottfried supplied was very helpful. We were a bit confused by the number of rooms - a living room and 2 bedrooms were listed but one of the bedrooms was the living room.

A pleasant stay

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for the second time, and it was a great experience again! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. It was the perfect retreat to relax after a long day. The facilities in the apartment left nothing to be desired. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the area. There are some small shops and cafés/bars nearby and a lovely park with a small vineyard ideal for relaxing walks. We can recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic Apartment in Vrsovice

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, really amazing. The hosts were welcoming and flexible with our check-in time. We missed nothing and had a great stay. Totally recommended. Oh, and the monstera flower it's a gem! =]

Very nice and clean

Clean property and welcomed by host’s friend. Not as close to tourist area or nice sit down restaurants close by as was indicated( at least that we were able to find). We did find Ke & Ki restaurant ( not on their map) that was excellent. Overall it was a good place to stay. We just didn’t like Prague much.

Nice Place to stay

The communication with the owner was very positive. Soon reaction and sending over of valuable travel information for parking place, restaurants and tram without request. The hand over was without any problems and on time. The whiteboard in the kitchen gave all the information you need for getting around. Traveling in Prague by Bus and Tram is very cheap an convenient. Brilliant city with lots to see....

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a great area

There were three of us in the apartment and we had plenty of space. The apartment is well equipped, even for a longer stay, everything you need is there. The location is very quiet, we could sleep well with the window open. We received the first tips about Prague in advance by email. We were kindly received at the apartment and were given further tips. We will certainly come back to Prague, hopefully this apartment will be available.
