This spacious 3000 sq/ft villa, fully screened with a private pool, is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Leeward. Yet we are just a 5 minute drive to the centre of Grace Bay commercial area, and 2 minutes to the marina and golf course

Entering Pelican Paradise great room, which is the living and dining room, your view will be drawn to the breathtaking vista of the ocean 200 yds. in front. Elegantly furnished, the great room leads you through hand crafted french doors to the breezy pool, patio, grill and gardens

The beautiful custom made tropical hardwood kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with granite countertops, wine chiller and island that is also the perfect breakfast counter.

Enjoy this lovely 3 bedroom house where all bedrooms have airy vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, their own ensuite and french doors leading to balconies or terraces that invite you to enjoy the ocean breezes and the views of Provo’s crystal clear waters and unforgettable sunsets.

Relax by the pool in the hammock and lounge chairs or, wander down to the beach, a short walk along the direct path to one of the more secluded beaches on the island.

***Things to note***
There is a construction site less than 1/4 a mile away from the property. It is at the back of the property. The construction is on the site of a short term rental development so they are cautious of the noise level for their guest as well.****

Beautiful Provo Villa

Pelican Paradise was even more beautiful than we expected - spacious, clean, with everything we needed for a perfect vacation for 5 adults. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool area surrounded by tropical gardens, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and a lovely dining area. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the beach, in the quiet Leeward Settlement area of Provo, not too far from Big Blue Collective, and Provo Ponies, both highly recommended if you enjoy water based activities! Britney was very responsive to our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Pelican Paradise!

Had a nice stay-enjoyed the house-well stocked, comfortable and spacious, proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Easy ck-in**Would be nice if we had sponge and dish towels for the kitchen. Several light bulbs were out and need to be replaced

Amazing Location beautiful space!

The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future.

Beautiful Villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Paradise, it had everything we could possibly wish for. The private pool area was so relaxing and the grounds were incredible. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Leeward beach and short car ride to great restaurants. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic stay in paradise!

The property is gorgeous. Very relaxing with a gradual walk-in pool. Nice shady areas downstairs and a comfortable upstairs screened in balcony. Quick walk to an amazing beach that isn’t busy. We found the villa contained everything we required. Will be back!!

Great stay

Great stay in the well appointed large Villa with proximity right adjacent to the beach. Has a great pool but our family spent more time in the ocean with it being so close. Gardens around the villa are beautiful as well.

Little piece of Paradise

Property is nicer than the photos online with really nice indoor and outdoor space. The gardens are also beautiful. Property well maintained with an on-site caretaker that kept the out door area and pool clean. The house is well appointed and seems well maintained. A real bonus is the proximity to the beach that is a short walk to the end of the road. Great views from the bedroom balconies. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent accomodations

Really enjoyed our week at this property. The pool and yard have a western exposure, so nice sun from midday on. There is also a good size covered area with shade all the time. As mentioned previously, close to the beach, 5 minute walk. There are a couple of construction projects in the area, so during the day it can be noisy with dump trucks regularly going by the house.

Great Location!

House is perfectly located to walk to the beach and go for morning runs in the neighborhood. There were beach chairs and a cooler to take with for fun in the sun. Plenty of space for all of us. Very enjoyable stay! Highly recommended.

Amazing Location

We travelled here as part of 7, 5 adults and two kids. There was abundance of space and we never felt cramped, and my kids loved the pool, extra water toys and games available. We are familiar with the island, and already had an idea of the location, but we were really pleased with how close the beach was. Overall an excellent stay, and I'd happy to return. The check in, and communication with property managers was super smooth, and easy, even when we damaged the gate and my kid accidentally dropped a plate.

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Super close to a gorgeous beach that was quiet and perfect for swimming and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Villa in Paradise

We just returned from a week's stay for our family of 5 in Pelican Paradise. The house and property are lovely in an upscale, quiet area and it is close to the beach….just a 3-minute walk on the beach access road to Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Grace Bay hotels but is an easy 15-minute walk along the beach. Pelican Paradise is in a private gated community with 3 houses, and we always felt very safe. The landscaping and gardens are lush and we enjoyed listening to the wind rustle the palm trees and the waterfall from the infinity pool next door. The house is stocked with all the essentials and included some great extras- fresh drinking water, pool/beach towels, a supply of bug sprays, a first aid kit, and a stocked shelf of books to enjoy. The house is clean, the décor is tasteful, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were fluffy. The turquoise ocean views are best from the 2nd level bedrooms and there is currently no development in front of the 3-house gated community, although it appears that they are clearing the land for a few houses. The Pelican Paradise house is air-conditioned, with controls for each bedroom and the main great room. We had a car and everything is a close drive, but nothing (restaurants or shopping) is within walking distance (other than the beach). We would stay here again with no reservations.

Amazing property, highly recommended

Pelican Paradise villa felt like a paradise! The house is at the great location. The beach is just 5 min of easy and enjoyable walk down the road. Everything inside and outside felt like home away from home. We usually like spending time at the beach, but this property is so beautiful, that we actually spent lot of time in and around the house. We enjoyed chatting with Fisbert, very sweet man who maintains the property. Britney, property manager was easy to reach and available to answer all the questions. We loved the rooms, beds are very comfortable. All of us slept like babies. We would like to be back at Provo and would not hesitate to book Pelican Paradise villa again. Thanks Britney!

Paradise Villa in a Paradise Island

We stayed here in the summer with my husband and kids, it was an amazing experience. Britney was extremely nice and sweet, she made us feel like we were home and she was ready to answer any questions and accommodate us. The villa is in a gated community with other villas surrounding it, we felt safe. The location of the villa was quiet with merely the sounds of nature outside. The house itself was clean and there was great air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom. The backyard was beautiful. The best part of this villa is that there is a private door outside which leads you down to a private path to go to Pelican Beach (about a 4 minute walk). Pelican Beach was peaceful with its turquoise waters and various shells on the soft sand. The beach was not crowded, so it felt like it was a hidden gem on Providenciales. I would highly recommend this house to any one who is looking for a secret getaway in Providenciales.

Quick family getaway

I took a chance on this rental as it was new and had no reviews, my family and I were happy that we did. Britney was an amazing host, she was very accommodating and responded to all of our questions. She made us feel welcomed. the villa gives you the best of both worlds, the quiet of the Island but the close distance of everything you want and need. It is a great villa for those with kids, just a short walk to the beach (a private path I may add) which was great. Our only suggestion and Britney promised to upgrade it was that the beach cooler was small and we were a family of 6. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a great getaway and would give it 5-stars. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Britney.
