When you're not in the pool, you can treat your muscles to a bubbly time in the hot tub available. There is a covered patio with a picnic table, a seating area, and an outdoor shower. Nothing says vacation like a family barbecue and the gas grill in the yard is clearly the go-to option.

Inside, this gorgeous home boasts a light-filled open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, French-door fridge, and a shining breakfast bar seating four. The kitchen also leads to a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. Right off the kitchen is the elegant wooden dining table with enough space to seat six, perfect for family meals!

The living area offers comfortable furniture (a sofa, a loveseat, and two chairs) strategically placed near a flatscreen TV with cable. You can spend a snuggly afternoon watching your favorite movies or enjoy the refreshing breeze on the balcony off the living room. The property was very spacious, clean. Everything inside and outside was perfect. Pool was heated, hot tub also. Definitely would recommend and stay again,

Needs to be deep cleaned

Small improvements could make this the perfect vacation home. The house and hot tub needs to be deep cleaned. It also needs to some updates on some of the equipment like the dryer. I also reached out to staff with Vacassa about the pool not being as it’s presented on the site. We have stayed twice during the offseason and both times the pool remains the same temperature. Even when we paid extra in February, the temperature of the pool did not change even slightly, it remained the same temperature.

Nice and clean, but wish pool would have actually been heated for use.

We had a great stay as everything was nice and clean and all that. We did not get to use the pool as it was not heated to a temperature that we could swim, but did use the hot tub and it was nice. Everything was great with this location and the rental itself was very nice! Would stay here again as long as able to use the pool.

Comfy Stay

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Soul for the Fourth of July weekend! It was clean upon arrival, walking distance from the beach, and having a private pool was the best part. The outdoor shower is great if you want to rinse off after the beach! Definitely coming back again soon.

Great Location

This was our first time staying in a house for our family vacation. It was a nice, clean house in a convenient location to the beach and shopping center. Loved having a pool, hot tub, a full size kitchen and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Spacious Beach Home

House was big enough to accommodate a family of six. Loved the pool, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. I however did not like the bed which was uncomfortable and the BUGS! Hi understand we’re at the beach but the amount of water bugs, ants and mosquitoes were intolerable at this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Roach infested residence!!! The residence is filthy and not clean. We located a roach repellent spray that was under the bathroom sink prior to our arrival. It is clear that this was an issue prior to us renting this residence, that someone WAS aware of. We are very unsatisfied and now we have no where to stay. We have paid a large amount of money to rent this property and it is sickening to find roaches inside the residence. Especially with the fact of knowing that SOMEONE who manages the property WAS AWARE of the roach problem prior to us coming due to the roach repellent being under the bathroom sink! Do not stay here unless you want to take roaches back home with you!!!when confronted with the problem they gave us no answers! These people will take your money and leave you helpless! DO NOT RENT WITH VACASA!! They have horrible customer service who do nothing to help you! We waited on the phone a whole hour before speaking to a manager who could do nothing for us! Be aware before you put your family in a situation like this!

Loved Our Stay

House was perfect for our little family. Kids loved having a heated pool and hot tub for those cooler days. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach but with a toddler it made it a little harder so it may be easier to drive and park if you have littles. House was very clean. Would definitely stay here again or would recommend to friends and family. These two things I’m going to mention are small gripes but I’m only mentioning so others can be prepared. Kitchen could use more pots and pans, as there’s not much to work with. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Cherry Grove, it had the bare minimum if not less. Beds are not comfortable at all, the mattress is loud, you can hear someone roll over across the house, and I could be wrong but they did not feel like a queen size bed. Bring your own pillows because they are thinnest most uncomfortable pillows to sleep on.

Never again

This place was absolutely disgusting. After noting how unclean the place was upon arrival, I was advised the place would be cleaned the next day. It wasn’t. The previous occupant’s old wash rags and towels were still in the house. The sheer amount of dust accumulated everywhere was completely untouched. They didn’t even vacuum the food particles left from the previous occupant. We left early to stay in a clean place and now fighting to get our money back after paying thousands for a place inadequate for anyone to comfortably stay. I would never recommend anyone stay with Vacasa.

Not What I Expected

I booked this home for a Bachelor Party in North Myrtle Beach for 8 total guests. The room with the queen bunk beds were not queen sized mattresses but full sized mattresses forcing two of the guests to sleep on an air mattress or the couch. There was also 3 broken chairs and damage to the fence outside the house before we got there (I have time stamped pictures). Also there are two burnt down houses as your back yard view. Considering the price, misinformation/false advertising, lack of communication about the damage done to the outside, I can honestly say I won’t stay at this house or work with Vacasa again. It would be very appreciated if you made this right considering the overall experience was not great.

Wretched Experience

This vacation property has potential, but it is not maintained or taken care of. Upon arrival the house was dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies. The vacuum was clogged and didn’t pick up anything until we emptied it. The mop and bucket were both dry and covered in dryer lint. They had not been used. The tables were dirty and the glass doors were covered in greasy smudges from top to bottom. The air filter vent in the living room looked like it had not been changed in years and it couldn’t be reached without a ladder. While wiping down the couch we found a knife from the kitchen set between the cushions. The pool area was littered with trash and cigarettes. The pool was full of sand and there were wasp nests on the front porch and in front of the garage. We contacted vacasa about the cleanliness of the property and asked if the filter could be changed, the bees nests could be sprayed, and if they could replace the shattered tv in the bedroom. The initial response we were given was very apologetic and informed us that it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. Then the responses became rude and unhelpful. The rep replied that the cleaning done had been approved by a manager and the broken tv had been replaced, even after we sent photos. A Vacasa employee came and replaced the TV, and agreed that the property was absolutely not up to standard. She acted completely shocked at the state of the property. Once she left, they never responded again. None of the issues were resolved.

Good stay

We loved the location of this place. The private pool was incredibly ideal. The property was not clean when we arrived- the carpet was filthy and we had a baby crawling around. There needs to be some maintenance at the house that includes, pressure washing, replacing broken window, air filter replacement, mattress update (made horrible noises and was uncomfortable). TVs did not work and more seating on the decks would have been better. Overall “okay” stay

Perfect location, nice open floor plan.

This property would have gotten 5 stars if it was a little cleaner. The cleaning needs a little work. Showers were a little dirty, floors were dirty and and one of the toilets was very dirty. I would also suggest a few more towels. With a house that size, and up to 8 guests we definitely needed more than 3 shower towels. The location was awesome, the house was awesom. Really enjoyed having the pool and the hot tub to relax in after a long day on the beach. We arrived in South Carolina quite early on our plane. We tried to hang out for quite a while before check in but unfortunately it was just such a late check in check in, we kind of lost our mind.

Great home away from home!

A lovely place that is a short walk to the beach. Not in touristy area of Cherry Grove, yet a short distance to many conveniences. Great place for family vacations each year. Great to have the pool and hot tub!

Enjoyed our stay but disappointed that hot tub broke.

The hot tub was broken when we arrived and we were given a very small credit. I felt it should’ve been for more. We picked this house for the hot tub. My kids were very disappointed.

So much fun!

The house is beautiful. The pool was awesome. We had an issue with the hot tub and Vacasa handled the matter very nicely. If I had to critique something it would be so minor. A couple empty trash bags and +5 degrees on the pool would make it absolute perfection! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coastal Soul to anyone. Thank You!

Vacation

Well maintained house on quiet street and neighborhood. The pool is an awesome way to unwind from a hot day at the beach. Plenty of room for parking. The only thing I would recommend is looking at the little things for a house that sleeps eight, like one trash bag, one partial roll of paper towels, one roll of paper in each bathroom, and a few other things. With that said, this house is great! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area! Highly recommend this property.
