Located in the heart of Downtown Sun Prairie, this two bedroom apartment is within walking distance to all the best shopping and dining!

The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!

Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.

This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!

Taxis are available, including Lyft and Uber.

Ample street parking available for use. On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.

The property was great. Nice and clean easy access. Only issue we found was light switchs are connected to outlets and it was difficult to figure out what switch did what. Labels (especially for the wifi and tv) would br great

Perfect Getaway Location

Great little spot with lots of nice spots for dining, coffee and bars within walking distance. Close enough to Madison but a nice quiet spot to reenergize.

Great location, sure beats a hotel.

I have stayed at Market Square 2 times now. For me it is a very central location as my family lives in Waunakee and Cottage Grove. The property is very clean and the communication from the owner is excellent.

Great location

Great location, clean, comfortable. Loved the walkable neighborhood, especially walking to coffee in the morning! 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms was also great. There’s some street noise so if you’re a light sleeper probably not the best spot for you. But, we slept well and loved it!

Good Stay

It’s was overall a great stay. For some reason we did have someone knock on our door in the middle of the night and when we opened the door no one was there. Don't know if it’s just teens pulling a prank… but very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

This property met our basic needs. Fortunately our stay was short. We have some suggestions and comments to improve customer service. There is no light switch by the front door -- we had to search using the flashlights on our phones. Only 1 light bulb above sinks in bathroom -- an issue for older adults like us. No decaf coffee. No wastebaskets in bathrooms. Only 1 pillow per person. Volume on TV in living room did not adjust.

Biking get away

Property could have been cleaner (dusty) and kitchen better stocked with glasses, mixing bowls and dish towels. Buildings parking was cumbersome and was located in a very busy gathering area for locals. (noisy past 10pm)

Before school starts getaway

Was an awesome location to base at for 3 days. We went to 3 different locations ranging from 45 minutes to an hour away each day. Was just as described. Nice coffee shop right next door as well as some good places to eat within walking distance. Check in was very easy and the the host is very responsive in answering any questions we had.

Nice location in downtown Sun Prairie

This is a nice spot in the downtown square area of Sun Prairie. Several restaurants and bars close by as well as little shop on main Street, all within walking distance. The apartment fit our family well and Chris was responsive and communicated the required information needed for check in/out in a timely manner.

Perfect location

Great place with all you need for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, pristine and had a well stocked kitchen. The location on the quaint town square with coffee shop was amazing. We woke up to a farmers market which was a real treat. We definitely plan to return.

Great Location!

We really love staying at Cannery Square! There is a coffee/tea/light breakfast shop steps away which made for a convenient breakfast. We were excited to shop at the Saturday Farmers market (seasonal) too which is right outside the door. It is close to Madison which is great! The apartment has a bedroom on each side with a common living/kitchen area in the middle. This was perfect for staying with another couple. We appreciate having a washer dryer in the apartment too. It was a great stay; thank you!

Perfect location if attending an event at the FM venue. Communication with owner was great! If staying during Farmers Market season avoid parking in the front .

DID NOT STAY!

Arrived at property in evening but was unable to enter the Apartment! The code was not working then we received a new code and that would not work either! We made the decision to leave after driving 4 hours to get there, not having had supper yet, and here we are standing outside fighting with getting in. We asked for a full refund but did not get any response back from Management! First time we have ever experienced not being able to get in upon arrival. No response from Host on a refund!

Sun Prairie Apartment

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Sun Prairie. The location is right across the street from a beautiful park and shopping right around the corner. In fact, we woke up to a farmers market right outside the door on a Saturday morning. The apartment was clean and has everything you’ll possibly need. We had more than enough room for three adults and one teenager. Highly recommend anytime you’re in the Madison area.
