Copper Still Lodge is a two-bedroom cabin beautifully landscaped and furnished in mountain/native American decor. The cabin is perfect for relaxing on the deck to perhaps view the natural wildlife – maybe even a deer! The charming outdoor fire pit area with plenty of sitting is perfect for fireside fun. Copper Still Lodge is ideal for enjoying the beauty and serenity of the wilderness.
The space
On entering the cabin, there is a light-filled living room with large windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table perfect for playing cards or other games and opens to a deck with a hot tub. The romantic master bedroom has a king size cedar bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, 2 twin sleeper sofas, and beautiful full bath including a large walk-in rock shower, jacuzzi, and an electric fireplace. The second bedroom also has a full bath, king size cedar bed, ceiling fan and a TV. With its romantic mountain and native American decor, Copper Still Lodge is a great place for a honeymoon, two couples or even a family of eight.
Copper Still Lodge offers a circle drive with plenty of parking for your truck and boat.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.
Pet friendly - 2 pet maximum - $75 per pet per stay required. Only dogs allowed, max 2, and must be kenneled when left unattended. You provide your own kennel. Pets are NOT allowed on ANY of the furniture. You will be responsible for any damage your pet may have to the furniture or cabin. Please pick up any droppings your dog leaves on the gravel or immediately around the cabin. There are doggy bags provided in the laundry room for your use.
PARTIES – NO hosting of parties of any kind allowed.
FIREWORKS are NOT permitted at all, any type.
The Property has security cameras placed at the front and back doors. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. The cameras are monitored by a professional security company. The cameras are off while guests are in the cabin. They are facing out away from the cabin and will not invade your privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not always guaranteed. We are not responsible for speed or reliability.
A starter supply of Bounty paper towels, Angel Soft toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry soap will be provided for your stay.
Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
We clean and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas Fireplaces are seasonal October-May.
FURNITURE AND DECOR SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
NO CLIMBING ON THE TREES. They may have poison ivy and poison oak. The branches are fragile and break easily also.
OUTDOOR CRITTERS are everywhere, and you are solely responsible for any medical attention that may be required from contact with the wildlife or any other nature encounters or injuries.
ACTIVITIES - It is your sole responsibility if any injury occurs while playing outdoors or using any of the outdoor facilities provided including the swing set.
TV - No unhooking any of the TV cables for your own personally gaming devices.
SMOKING – No smoking of any kind including e-cigs are prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only. Do NOT throw your butts on the ground. Please use the ashtrays provided outside.
BURNING - only allowed in the outdoor firepit. Please make sure your fire is completely out before leaving unattended or heading to bed. A water hose is located nearby. Local firewood can be purchased down the street on 259 across Pinyon road towards Hochatown or at most convenience stores.
The roads in the area and leading to the property do have some pot holes that is managed and repaired by the city of Hochatown. We do not have control of the road conditions. Please be advised that you may encounter rough road conditions and plan accordingly.
ATV and any other motorized type play vehicles are NOT permitted to drive around on property.
