Que vous séjourniez dans le maître «sur le thème de la plage», dans la chambre d'hôte «inspirée du spa» ou dans les couchettes privées «refuge du surfeur», c'est l'une des maisons les plus confortables et de bon goût disponibles dans tout Gulf Place.

Après une journée de détente à la plage, dirigez-vous vers Gulf Place Town Center, un petit village pittoresque qui propose d'excellents restaurants, boutiques, salons et divertissements pour tous les âges. The Perfect Getaway to a Beautiful Place

My husband and I just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Santa Rosa, FL! From check-in to check-out the entire process was so easy, adding to the wonderful experience we had. Our host, Julie, was very kind, extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Her property was exactly the way it was described, an attractive well maintained and comfortable unit. It was obvious to us that Julie and her family take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home and have a most enjoyable stay. We definitely felt like we were in a home away from home! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, décor is very warm and welcoming – they truly have put their hearts into their property. The location was perfect for my husband and me. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking down at the pool or across the way to the gulf waters. It was so nice to stroll around Gulf Place for light shopping, happy hour, ice cream and various other establishments. For added shopping needs, grocery stores and other chain department stores are short drive away. Further down the road there is no shortage of shopping-you name it, it’s nearby! We definitely planning on a return trip to Santa Rosa hosted by Julie. I can't thank her and her family enough for the opportunity to explore a beautiful coastal area!

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach!

The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The beach is an easy walk across the street. It was quite cool the week we were there and we didn’t use the pools, but we would definitely book this unit again!

Perfect beach escape

We stayed here over the holidays and plan to go back as soon as we can! Julie was extremely responsive whenever we had questions before and during our trip. The condo is exactly like the pictures; clean, welcoming, and in a great location. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout where you can tell it truly is their home away from home! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach chairs and beach towels were a welcome additional amenity you might not get in another place. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a place on 30A to stay here.

Nicely updated condo. Super convenient easy walk over to beach. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Lots of extras. Huge dvd collection and we enjoyed watching a new movie our kids had never seen each night.

Fantastic Property

We spent the past week at this beautiful condo. This review, along with all of the others, all say the same thing. Julie is a wonderful host and kept us informed on any changes. The check-in process was easy and simple. This condo is well stocked with items needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Several shops and restaurants are right there. Unfortunately, the Sunrise Coffee shop has closed permanently but there are others close by. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for use along with other sports equipment items. The condo is well maintained and clean. Access to the beach is located across the street and very accessible. Seaside is a short drive on 30A and a nice place to visit to have lunch or dinner or to shop. Elevator and carts are available to take your items to the condo.If we head back to this area, this condo is my first choice. Thanks Julie for the hospitality.

Feels like home

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Also we stay on 30a twice a year and of all places we have stayed this one gave us the most feeling of a home not just a rental. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful condo with 3 minute walk to the beach

Condo was beautifully decorated and very organized. The porch overlooks part of the pool and you can see the ocean. It’s very relaxing. Overall it was a great property and we would stay there again!

Perfect stay in 30A!

First class experience! The owners communicated quickly and with great attention to detail. From booking through check out our hosts were wonderful and so accommodating! Very clean, cozy, and well appointed. The location was perfect, close to some great coffee, restaurants, shops, and of course the gorgeous private Gulf Place beach. I highly recommend booking here, and I look forward to visiting again

The best property I’ve stayed in to date. Superbly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything - from the rooms, kitchen, linens, bathroom- all of it was meticulously kept and felt just like home. I’d stay at this property again and again. Beautiful Condo

Gem of Santa Rosa Beach

In one sentence - we absolutely loved our stay and we will be back! Location is perfect! The short walk to the pool and beach made it so easy for our family. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and Walmart is a short drive. Pro tip - order your groceries ahead of time for easy drive up pickup! Loved that we had a view of the pool and hot tub so we could send our two older kids down to the pool. The water temp of the pool was perfect - awesome that this WI family can still enjoy a pool day on a chilly or windy day. We really enjoyed that the beach was private so it was never overcrowded. The condo is so clean and organized. Beds are very comfy - we all slept great! I loved that the owner labeled things throughout the condo. Very helpful when you’re new to a place. It’s equipped with everything you need and a working ice machine in the freezer was so appreciated! We enjoyed a couple movie nights thanks to the large DVD collection. Julie is a great host and very responsive! Best stay yet in 30A!

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. There were also towels and gear for the beach to use. View from the balcony was beautiful! Julie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great holiday get away!

Excellent property!

The condo is only a 3 minute walk from the beach which is perfect for families with small children. The pool attached to this unit is heated, so it makes for a nice wind down swim after a day at the beach. And it’s also only a 2 minute walk to some of the restaurants and shops around Gulf Place. You’re only a short 20-30 minute drive from Seaside or Destin if you’re looking to go a little farther for fun. Great place to stay!

Very at home

We absolutely loved it here. It was clean, spacious, and homey. Julie was phenomenal to work with and very responsive! I loved the huge balcony. The pool was really nice. The walk to the beach was soooo short. 10/10 recommend!!

Relaxing Week Away

Wonderful as usual! Our family travels to Gulf Place every September for a week stay at the beach during fall break. We are never disappointed! The condo was clean and well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the property and surrounding area. It is quiet and peaceful but also close to restaurants and stores, if needed. Julie was an awesome host! She stayed in contact with us before check in and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. She was available, but everything ran so smoothly that we didn't need to contact her at all throughout the week. Sad it is already over😕 We definitely recommend and plan to return again next September👍
