THE FORGOTTEN CITY ESTATE awaits you! 4,200 square feet of old world elegance. Featuring 9 bedrooms 3 1/2 Baths with gourmet kitchen. Enough room for your large family or large group. Minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, Seneca Niagara Casino and other downtown attractions. This property is located on the US side of Niagara Falls. Please know that we do not accept parties.

If you are looking for space for a large family reunion or special event, our properties are near each other and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Larger groups are no problem in this open living area, with hardwood floors, beautiful comfy couches, and 55” flat screen smart TV.

The Space:
Please note: The photos in the listing are used to give our guests an idea of the accommodations. Depending on the time of year and occupancy, the linen and some textiles you see in the pictures may not be to the exact representation in the homes versus what you see in the pictures.

Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.

We are a short 10 minute distance from Niagara Falls, Seneca Niagara Casino and Downtown Niagara Falls Attractions.

COVID-19 UPDATE: DEAR GUESTS, OUR REGULAR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SESSIONS ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE THE UNIT DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN EACH STAY. WE TAKE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND WANT OUT GUESTS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THIS UNEASY TIME. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH A HAND SANITIZER BOTTLE AND DISINFECTANT WIPES PER FLOOR. PLEASE STAY SAFE IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME, WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.
We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns! We answer as promptly as possible. In all emergencies. We have other people accessible when needed, we are here to ensure that the guests have a safe and comfortable trip and aim to provide a 5 Star Experience.

Family church history tour

House was excellent for my 7 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room, very clean. Everything was exactly as was advertised on VRBO.

Our stay

We enjoyed our time at this house. It was clean and had items to help with the stay. It was closed to everything we wanted to do. They was nice an provided a high chair and crib for our baby! 10/10 recommend!!

Not quite as pictured

This was an interesting house. It seems like it might have been an old group home or something? The neighborhood is pretty run down and made us a little nervous. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking down the street by myself. The house was old, which isn’t a problem but it just wasn’t as nice as what the pictures made it look like. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathrooms. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the linens were clean. Our group of 12 loved having their own beds. Having the common living area was great for our group to join together and talk. The property management did a great job of communicating and giving the info we needed for our stay. The location was a short 5 minute drive to the falls which was convenient.

Plenty of space

Extended family stay to visit Niagra Falls and the surrounding area. The house was big enough for all of us with a good size living room for family games. Nice enough area with plenty of on-street parking and a comfortable front porch and fenced yard.

Very unsafe neighborhood

Really old house/hotel converted into vacation rental. Beds/Rooms were fine, but the property was really old with Creaky floors, toilets that won’t flush. It was ok for a one night stay , but I wouldn’t recommend for anything beyond that.

large spacious house for a large company

We came with a large family to see Niagara Falls. The house was very close to the falls, it was very convenient. We really enjoyed our breakouts. Our children were delighted. We had a lot of questions and the managers quickly answered us and helped us, thanks to your entire team. Thank you!

Great stay

We had a great time and the house was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to see several updates when we checked in. They have added a new front doir, replaced spindles on the staircase, new flooring in the living room and updated some of the furniture.

Niagara Falls visit

We were all shocked and dismayed when we pulled up to the curb and looked at this house. Was this the right house? It looked like an abandoned house. The first thing I noticed was two windows missing at the top level. Next, as I walked up to the front door, it looked like it had been beaten with a chain. Paint chipped and missing. The furnishings inside the house looked as if they came from yard sales. Nothing matched. Depressing. One couch was torn. Gap in the flooring between the kitchen and dining room. Mold in the first floor shower. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't stay here again under any circumstances. To say this property was badly misrepresented would be an understatement.

Large group

It was difficult to make food for our large group because there was hardly any pots and pans. There was one small skillet so it was just really challenging to make food for everyone. Their were a couple other things that could be made better too but overall we had a positive experience.

The house was very spacious, all the rooms were fit enough for everyone, most of all I loved the living room area it was huge tv & lounge chairs for an amazing movie night!

Decent Functional Setup for a larger group

The house has a good functional setup, especially for someone in a wheel chair. Not so much if you are looking for a cozy B&B experience, but this totally met our needs for this trip.

Disappointing

The property listing was not accurate. The kitchen was bare and didn’t have enough plates and cups for our party. I’m addition, there were only a few small pots and pans. Nothing like what you’d expect for a party of 13 and a home that sleeps 19. There was not soap, shampoo & conditioner as advertised. And the towels were too few as well as small and worn. Terrible pillows.

Niagara Falls Bucket List

I had a great time. The house accommodated my guest comfortably 14 of us and a few more on a day or two. The area was sketchy but since there were so many of us I felt safe.. It was extremely close to everything 1O minutes tops to Falls, Casino, Canada border. The bad part was that we saw mice two of the 5 nights were there. Some suggestions.. Repair the shower upstairs ( one of the double ones) pressure was very low. . .Mirrors in all the bathrooms, larger pots to accommodate for cooking for large groups, More TVs in the room..there was only one in the main rioom . More towels would be helpful since there are no washer and dryers on site. It could probably use a deep cleaning. on especially on the window seals. Make sure you adhere to the parking details they provide as they did advise so you dont get a parking ticket...Also the stairs look much better in the picture. Overall we enjoyed the place due to the size and location to the venues. Thanks for helping me check off my bucket list..

Not a great experience

The customer service was great and always quick responses. That being said, there were a few things that were not so great. We had a mouse running through the living room one evening. There was also some giant black ants in the kitchen. The king bedroom downstairs, the ceiling fan does not work and the smoke detector was just hanging from the ceiling. Also, the staircase is missing some banister pieces and seems unsafe/unstable. The floor upstairs is very concerning, super uneven. It seems like there are some subfloor issues upstairs and downstairs. The neighborhood is not great, we were a little scared. The house could certainly use some work and I would be lying if I didn’t say were were a little disappointed by the condition of the house.

Neighborhood is full of condemned homes. No off street parking. Yard is not what looks like in pics. No outside grill. Not a good neighborhood

Awesome Aesthetic

This place is great. There are no bathrooms attached to bedrooms but other than that the bathrooms are spacious and there are plenty for the group. The most amazing thing about the property is the original victorian features. The property was clean and spacious. There is no dishwasher but there are plenty of sinks in the kitchen for quick clean up. Overall the neighborhood felt safe and the property was an awesome place to stay.

Spacious and convenient

Loved this house. It had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Close to casino. Felt safe at all times. Easy parking. I have no bad things to say about this home and would love to return next time we head up to the falls. Thank you!
