Gulf Coast Getaways is proud to introduce Peachy Queen, a newer 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom beach home that offers luxury, comfort, and the ultimate beach experience. This custom-built, 3700 sq ft home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests and is one of the finest rentals on Navarre Beach.

Open Floor Plan and Designer Features
From the moment you enter Peachy Queen, you’ll be impressed by the open floor plan that includes tile floors, nickel gap walls, and designer features throughout. The home has 4 spacious porches and a private pool patio in the backyard, making it perfect for family gatherings or large groups. For added convenience, the home includes an elevator that makes it easy to access all levels, ensuring everyone can comfortably enjoy their stay.

Spectacular Location with Beach and Pool Access
Peachy Queen is uniquely located with unobstructed views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is just a 2-minute walk or golf cart ride away, and a 6-seat electric golf cart is available to rent, making it easy to transport your beach gear and family. Bouncing between the beach and the private pool has never been easier!

Luxurious Bedrooms and En-Suite Bathrooms
Each of the five bedrooms at Peachy Queen comes with an en-suite bathroom featuring unique tile accents and high-end finishes.
* First Living Floor: The main level has a chef's kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with water views in every direction. The kitchen features high-end appliances, solid surface countertops, a large island, and a dry bar with wine cooler. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, with two bedrooms on this level: the first master king bedroom with Gulf views and a second bedroom with built-in queen bunk beds and a full trundle.

* Upstairs: The master suite has a king bed, a twin pull-out sofa, and stunning views of the sound. The master bath includes a designer shower and a large soaking tub. There are two additional king bedrooms (one with Gulf views and the other with sound views), each with en-suite bathrooms. The bunk room has extended-length twin built-in bunk beds, ideal for the kids, with a half bath nearby.

Outdoor Paradise with Private Pool and Amenities
Step outside to the large backyard, where you’ll find a private pool surrounded by beautiful brick pavers. The pool can be heated during cooler months for an additional fee, ensuring you can enjoy the water year-round. The patio is furnished with plenty of seating for lounging in the sun, and there’s an outdoor propane grill and two picnic tables for poolside dining.
* Additional Features: An outdoor heated shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and beach towels are provided in case you forget yours. The garage contains storage for beach and pool toys, and there are 10 bikes (6 adult, 4 children) available for morning or evening rides.

Beach Gear and Additional Amenities
Guests can enjoy the convenience of 8 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas, and the second refrigerator in the garage makes it easy to stock up on cold drinks and treats. With plenty of parking space, there’s room for everyone to park comfortably.

Pet-Friendly with Approval
Peachy Queen is pet-friendly with prior approval for non-shedding dogs only. A $200 pet fee per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets (small/medium dogs only). Pets must be friendly and non-aggressive. Additional cleaning fees will apply if excessive cleaning is required. Please note that unauthorized pets on the property will incur a $500 charge per pet for cleaning and flea treatment.

* Golf Cart Rental: $450/week or $90/day (3-day minimum) and must rent for the entire length of stay.
* Pool Heat Option: $50 setup fee + $55 per day
