This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home on beautiful Clear Lake. Just 10 minutes to Sanford SFB airport or Boombah Sports complex. Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and slider to sun room. Flat TV in master and the living room and Wi-Fi throughout. In the white picket fenced back yard, you have gate access to the deck and lake. Kayaks welcome!!

Winter Escape

Our family was in Sanford for a field hockey tournament at the Boombah Sports Complex. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and was close to everything we needed. The house was clean and had all of the supplies that we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time.

Great Place for Family

We loved staying here. We were visiting to spend Thanksgiving with our mother, who lives in Florida. There was room for everyone and even a lift chair for her! The place was well stocked with plenty of seating. We especially liked sitting outdoors and in the sunroom!

Beautiful and Quiet

We got in quite late, but the house was easy to find. Walking inside felt like home. The pictures don’t do it justice, this home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is a good size and well stocked. The master suite is spacious as were the guest bedrooms. There is a huge living area with comfortable seating. It has a large dining area and a small dinette area. I spent a lot of time in the beautiful enclosed patio and outside in the back yard watching the lake. It is in town but very quiet. It is close to my son so we got to visit a lot. When I wanted down time this house is perfect. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Stay in Sanford on Clear Lake

The view in the morning over coffee was outstanding. The only thing better was in the evening with the moonlight reflecting off the water. Accommodations were great and no issues at all. The area is very quiet and peaceful allowing for a relaxing 5 days. Definitely would recommend for anybody wanting to go to the Sanford, FL area.

The house was just as described.

Enjoyable morning view at the lake, It seems like a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has everything you may need during your stay and clean. Host very polite and communicative. My kids enjoyed the house, not surprised, not bugs, and a comfy tv room.

Great place to unwind

This property is one of the nicest we have stayed. The sunrises over the lake were beautiful and even though it is a catch and release lake the fishing was pretty good and fun. The house was very clean and extremely well provisioned. There was an airshow at Sanford airport while we were there and the planes flew over the property. i communicated with the owner before we started our stay and he was very helpful. We had no need to contact him during our stay. We completely enjoyed our time there.

Home away from home

Great Lake House

Check in and out was easy. Jay was very responsive anything we needed. The place was beautiful. The view of the lake from the backyard is amazing in the morning. It was a work-cation for me working from home and the internet was lightning fast. My wife and I loved the king bed. All the beds, linen, pillows, etc were very clean. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Charming house with lots of room

We had a lovely weekend stay while attending a wedding. We had our adult kids and their significant others. Was so nice to spend time together in this charming house instead of staying at a motel. The house was clean and there was lots of room for us, The house is exactly as it shows.

Stayed a week

It’s as nice and nicer than some hotels I’ve stayed in. We had a bumpy start but the host was easy to contact, responded quickly, super nice, and resolved our issues. Thank you jay. It has a bonus area out back that has a tiny deck with chairs by a pond that you can fish in. We didn’t catch a lot of fish but it was enough to keep us out there casting. The beds are very nice too. Most if not all were sleep numbers. Big master shower. All the restaurants and grocery stores deliver. Very nice channel selection in living room. It’s pretty much as advertised, it’s what we were hoping for and we really enjoyed the time we spent there.

Property Exactly as Advertised

The property was exactly as advertised. The owners were responsive to any questions, even before we made the reservation. We had enough room for ourselves and our 4 kids. Did not see an alligators in the pond, but did have a hawk that visited the yard a few times.

I absolutely loved this home!

The lake was so relaxing. We spent our days at Universal Studios so we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. My dog loved it. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Lovely home for family getaway

We had a great time at this Sanford home. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the view of the little lake and viewing the birds and even a small alligator. Beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning. Enjoyed jogging on the sidewalk within the community. Good communication with the owners.

Enjoyable stay in Central Florida

Wonderful home! Sizable with multiple places to sit and eat or relax in comfortable chairs or couch. It had all the amenities we needed and pretty view of lake. Enough fencing in the backyard for our dog. Jay was very response before and through our stay to answer questions. Went to Downtown Sandford and found friendly people, southern hospitality at the Colonial Room diner and good breakfast. A very nice walkway on Lake Monroe to walk, bike and very accessible for wheelchairs.

Great Location and Beautiful & Spacious Home

From the beginning at booking to checking out Jay & Teresa were great hosts! They were easy to contact and always responded back quickly! The house was perfect for our family! My brother and I took our elderly parents and this home was perfect for them. Very roomy and open space so that my mom could get around with her walker. It had everything you needed from kitchen items to enough blankets to cozy up and watch a movie. The location was great too - it was near stores and shops and we could easily get to our relatives houses that lived nearby. I would definitely rent this property again!

We are part time missionaries who have led medical and other mission teams all over the world; focusing for the last few years on the fight against the horrible crime of Human Trafficking. We work through our local church and Teresa has founded "Chains Interrupted" which works locally, nationally and world wide to increase awareness as well as real prevention, rehabilitation and even rescue.
We love to travel and have children in 5 states.

When we found this hidden gem, we knew it was the home for us. We love the quiet and the spending time on the lakeside deck behind our home. We also like to be close to the Sanford Airport as we travel through there a lot.
