Hi, we're the Ayers Family from San Antonio, Texas. We both come from military families, but got to Texas as soon as we could! We are a fun loving party of 5 (7 if you include the pups) who love Jesus, our family, and making memories here at The Island Oasis. We're super blessed by this special place, and hope you will be too as you make memories of your own!

Oasis is simply defined as something serving as a refuge, relief, or pleasant change from what is usual, annoying, difficult; a small fertile or green area in a desert region, usually having a spring or well. This is our hope and prayer for you, that you can relax, refresh, and restore by the shore, here at The Island Oasis!

Our stay at Island Oaisis was exactly what i planned. It was very home like, clean and the neighbors were friendly. My whole family enjoyed the time spent there and definitely made memories.

Great Stay!

The location is close to the beach. It’s family friendly and clean. We had a great time boogie boarding, going in the hot tub and eating around the local restaurants. The host has great info in the condo that helped us enjoy our stay!

Peaceful Oasis

The property was very roomy and comfortable. It had all the conveniences of home. The complex was great: gym and pool. Every morning I walked the beach for miles and it was very dog friendly. Contact with the host was a pleasure, check in and out very smooth. I would highly recommend vacationing here.

A Perfect Stay

All aspects of stay were excellent. Everything was as stated in property description. Beds comfortable and lots of amenities. Especially appreciated 1st floor access with parking just outside the door. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again.

Highly Recommend

I absolutely would stay here again. The house is inviting and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and maintained. The owner, Sara, was easy to contact and responded immediately to questions I asked before we arrived. There were beach towels for us to use when we went to the pool and hot tub, so that was one less thing we had to bring with us. The washer and dryer are a definite plus since we didn’t have to bring suitcases of dirty clothes home with us. We were able to walk to the beach.

This is a great condo and the hosts are very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. The host has all of the amenities. This is our second visit and hope to stay again in the near future.

Family Time

Everything was as described, clean, comfortable, convenient location! If you aren’t familiar with the area you can buy a beach parking pass at the Stripes gas station on the corner and drive right onto the beach with all your kids dog and beach gear easy peasy! Drive down to the jetties by turning left when you get to the beach and you can see sea turtles swimming on the rocks!

Great rental!

This property is a great location, walking distance to the beach, close by a few restaurants, and a short drive to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas. The unit is well stocked, making it a comfortable and convenient stay!

Perfect location

We loved staying at "Island Oasis." It was a perfect location for walking distance to the beach. We loved how clean the condo was, how it was staged and we also loved the Bible verses throughout the rooms. Their small touches everywhere made us feel welcomed. The Ayers were very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Location!

My family stayed at this condo for 4 nights. Overall, the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, as you can literally walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are a few things the owners can fix within the condo. There was not a lot of room to store our groceries since the pantry was full of other things. The kitchen faucet pressure was not great. For future stayers, bring your bug spray. The mosquitos are HORRIBLE. They lurked right outside the condo door. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT BEACH RETREAT

We had a long weekend stay at the Island Oasis and it was perfect for our family of 4! (Could very easily fit two families with kids) This place is so close to the water and right on a beach access road, you can golf cart or drive to the beach in less than a minute. We were especially impressed with how clean and well stocked this condo was. Most listings have bare minimum towels, plates, cups, blankets ect…don’t worry about any of that here! The community was quiet and the pool is gorgeous, clean, and steps away from your door. We will definitely be returning for our future beach weekends!

The master retreat features an ensuite bath with walk-in shower, King bed, & walk-in closet. The guest suite also features an ensuite bath which can be closed off, Queen bed, & walk-in closet. Open & spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa that opens to the kitchen & dining for ease of entertaining!
