Beautiful gulf view from Living room balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, King bed in Master bedroom, Queen Bed in Guest Room, Hardwood flooring throughout condo, Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room and a cozy living room. This unit offers all the things to make if feel like home with gorgeous views of the gulf from the living room balcony. This unit has a strong WIFI connection and cable. Fun family property!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Not our normal stay at Pinnacle Port

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has the very bare minimum. It’s is not at all what we normally experience at pinnacle port. There is usually at least a starter of dishwashing liquid. Not the case here. The beds were very hard. The AC never got below 75. We had to requests extra wash cloths when we first arrived. They did get them to us in a decent time frame, however we should not have had to ask. The condo was booked for 4 people. We had two wash cloths when we arrived. This felt more like a hotel stay than a condo rental. Elevator stayed out of order for most of our stay including departure day. We have been staying 1-2 times a year at pinnacle port for 15 years. We have never had a bad experience until now. We made the best of it and enjoyed our vacation anyway. We will be back, just not in this unit!

Reviewer Comments: The room overall was ok but the cleanliness was less than to be desired. The dust on the fixtures was extremely visible and the floors were very dirty. Also, we were on the 6th floor and the only elevator in the building was inoperable the majority of the time we were there. It was extremely bad on check out day since we had to lug a family of 5's luggage and supplies up and down 6 flights of stairs. The resort did issue us a partial credit for the inconvenience which was appreciated but I don't believe we will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we couldn’t check in because the cleaning guy wasn’t done yet. We have never had that problem before. If check in is at 4:00, you should be able to get into your condo at 4:00. We were tired from driving and we had a cranky toddler. When we finally got in, there was still sand everywhere, which we get it because it’s hard to get out, but we noticed there was trash and wrappers underneath all of the furniture, so that told us he didn’t move any of the furniture to get the trash out from underneath. We will be back because we love Pinnacle Port but we will be staying in the main building where there is carpet and where the elevator works good.

You can not get in the gate without a QR code. When we arrived on Saturday our room was not ready by 4:00 p.m. They did not call us to tell us how to get in the room, we had to call security to help. The elevator was not working when we arrived and they got it working the next day but on Wednesday we got stuck and the elevator did not work right the rest of the trip. We had to stop at the top floor and then go back to our floor from there. Security was very helpful. They helped us get our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. We will not be staying in C1 anymore.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always we enjoyed going to pinnacle port. Unfortunately the elevator was not working during our entire stay. We were on the 6th floor and my wife has a bad knee. We understand that things break. Only wish we would have been notified prior to arrival. Pinnacle Port did give a substantial discount which was appreciated but would have preferred to be moved to a lower unit or different building with a functioning elevator. The living room furniture in the unit is overdue to be replaced. But the rest of the unit was very nice. We always recommend Pinnacle Port but maybe only up to the second floor. We will rent there again.

You can hear the ocean when you sleep. This time we rented from rental office .usually rent from owners. The condo was nice clean and comfortable. No complaints except only one trash bag. But great seeing the ocean from the kitchen . Would rent unit again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was well maintained and clean and nicely updated. There were two chairs on the deck. These were tall and unsafe. The stool and table made these chairs fall over.One fell on my daughter pushing her into the railing and causing the chair to hit her head. This was very scar and left a large bruise. I would recommend removal of these chairs. Also there was limited extra toilet paper and no laundry detergent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation at Pinnacle Port! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well-stocked. It was right on the beach with easy beach access. At the end of the condos there was a nice stretch of empty beach. We drove into Panama City a few times to eat dinner, but it’s way too busy there. (Only small issue was the elevator needs to be worked on. It wouldn’t stop on the 6th floor unless we went up to the 7th floor first. ) It would be nice if the condo had a rug by the front door to catch some of the sand, or maybe a small stick vac to help clean it up.

The tables, furniture, bathroom air vents and under the beds had dust and sand everywhere. We had to wipe everything down. Other than that it was a very nice place.
