Massanutten is the perfect mountain retreat for outdoor enthusiasts as well as those who just want to kick back and relax. A prime location that is perfectly situated between all the activities the resort has to offer. This luxurious resort home includes 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 12 plus 3.5 bathrooms.

Boasting over 3800 Sq Ft on 2 levels there is tons of room to bring all your family and either spread out or come together in one of the multiple great rooms.
Entering the home there is a large living space with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, sunroom, half bath, updated kitchen, dining area that comfortably seats 8, while the kitchen bar and table provide additional seating.

The main level features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king adjustable bed, sitting room with gas fireplace. Bedroom 2 - King adjustable bed and Bedroom 3 - is a Queen. These two rooms share a hall bath.
Lower level Bedroom 4 - Queen adjustable bed, Bedroom 5 - Queen and Full size beds. These 2 rooms also share a hall bath.

Need to work? No problem, there is an office area with a wireless multifunction printer. The wifi is 1.2 gig - fast and reliable. Enjoy a theatre experience with 86inch flat screen tv in great room with gas fireplace, or spend some family time in the rec room with a large game table that seats 8. Or bring some friendly competition to the Ping Pong Table.

6 Flat Screen Smart TV’s. Ceiling fans in every room. Sound machines in each bedroom. Outdoor fire pit, large front porch to enjoy your favorite beverage in a peaceful setting.

The home is just a few minute drive from hiking, adventure park, ropes course, indoor/outdoor water park, horseback riding, petting farm, golf course, mini golf, skiing and tubing, go karts and bumper cars. As well as the highly recommended Spa at Massanutten.

Great House and Location

I can definitely recommend this house, it was perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean, had all the needed items and communication was easy. It has lots of different spaces, but plenty of room to also all be together. The porch on the back has a beautiful view of the woods. It is conveniently located near many resort amenities.

This is our fourth year staying in this property. The host is very accommodating and easy to work with, and the house is amazing! We always look forward staying here when we visit Massanutten.

Ski break

The house was perfect for a first time ski trip for grandchildren. It is spacious, well equipped and tastefully furnished. The owner is gracious and understanding and prompt to reply to questions and comments. We were there during a snow and ice storm and the street was promptly and frequently plowed. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Great stay, highly recommended!

This was a great option for my extended family to stay together for a weekend (including 2 who struggle with stairs). 3 bedrooms on the main floor and only a couple of steps into the home was a big plus for us. (Two more bedrooms downstairs). We were comfortable and the location was great for visiting a vineyard and seeing a show at the Forbes Center. Beautiful area & lovely home. Thank you!

Beautiful home perfectly located in the mountains at Massanutten Resort!

We enjoyed our stay last year so much that we returned for another family getaway this year. The house is exceptional and is perfectly designed to ensure adequate space for everyone in your group. From the moment you walk through the front door, you know you made the right decision. Bright, airy, open, modern, clean and perfectly stocked for your stay. The house is within a short drive to all the resort has to offer. This time around, I needed this getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation, so we chose to spend more time at the house to take it all in. It is truly a luxurious home. I should also mention that the owners are always so thoughtful and responsive to any questions we have during our stay. Thank you Sherry for hosting us again in your beautiful home!

We were well pleased with the property. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. We really enjoyed the sunroom and with a tv in both living areas, we were able to watch what we wanted.

Large, comfortable, clean and accommodating home

Sherry's home was perfect for our large family group who flew in from several different states for our daughter's college graduation from JMU. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out when desired. Having multiple interior common rooms, the front porch and the garage with ping pong table gave us many options for spending time with family members. It was nice to have more than one large TV so groups could choose what they wanted to watch. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the home was very clean. Sherry was very responsive and easy to deal with. She was very understanding and accommodating and check in could not have been any easier. The home made for a very comfortable and memorable stay for such a memorable event!

Very nice Massanutten home

We had a very nice stay at this lovely home within the Massanutten resort just minutes from the waterpark and ski area. The home was very comfortable and clean with lovely decor, wide open rooms and plenty of spaces to spread out and relax.

Great ski weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sherry's Massanutten home! This is our third year, and the house and property are still exactly as described. There was plenty of space for all of our family and friends to spread out, and also large areas for everyone to gather. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but it was pretty much ready to go. The kids absolutely loved playing ping pong in the garage. We were able to spend time at our favorite local brewery, Cave Hill, which is just a few minutes away. We also ventured into Harrisonburg and checked out Brothers Craft and Restless Moons Brewing. Sherry was extremely attentive to our needs, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We will definitely rent again.

Sure, here's the rewritten text: I was amazed by the property - it was exactly as pictured. The cleanliness and tasteful decoration made me feel at home. The Florida room and double-sided fireplace were my favorite spots in the house. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds added to the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and supplies. The massive master bedroom with its en-suite was the perfect retreat. The large TVs were great for family gatherings to enjoy movies or sports. Sherry was an exceptional host, always available and welcoming. This experience has left me looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend this property - it is truly a gem.

Beautiful home

It is a beautful place. It is a great home for a large family. My grandkids loved the downstairs where they could play pacman, watch tv and have their own space. The sunroom was a great place to watch deer in the backyard. Sherry was wonderful to work with.

Easy and beautiful

Easy instructions. Easy access super clean loved the community pool. House has everything we needed to cook and clean. Internet worked amazingly and the smart TVs were a wonderful touch. Lots of games to utilize. The sun room was our favorite spot. House was clean and large. The basement was the size of its own apartment and the basement has a huge TV with awesome surround sound so its an amazing spot to watch your favorite shows/movies. Really enjoyed the front porch too, it was so peaceful to drink coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this property.
