Great location

Kids first time to ski! Place is very convenient to ski village. As STR owners ourselves, I’m pretty picky. Thanks for a fun week!

Nice but bring your own towels for hot tub

Nice place, close to bus route, clean with stocked kitchen. 4 of us stayed 4 days. I thought it odd that we were rationed one towel each. I’m giving 5 stars because if that’s the worst that happened, we are doing okay. Bring your own hot tub towels if you are planning to stay here.

Cozy, but spacious & quiet spot

We enjoyed our time at the Dancing Moose. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer & dryer are nicer than those I have at home! It was wonderful to have a garage to pull into out of the weather, although a very tight space for a Honda Passport to fit into. During the week it was easy to keep the place at the proper temp, on the weekend it got extra warm as I am guessing surrounding units turned up their heat.It was clean and we didn't need to contact management for any issues although there were a few minor things that could use improvement. We would stay here again.

Great condo

The property in a condo community. Nice private garage with an outlet to plug in our car. Hot tub was about 150 steps from the condo (wonderful). Well stocked kitchen. The bus to the slopes was an easy walk and the bus runs about every fifteen minutes.

Convenient Location, Should Have Been Cleaner

We booked this unit for a weekend ski trip at Steamboat. It's very close to the bus stop, so getting to and from the mountain was super easy! The unit was tidy, but we were very disappointed by the overall cleanliness. In particular, the floor was incredibly dirty (to the point of being sticky). Our socks were brown on the bottom from just walking around the unit. We had all taken our shoes off at the door, so it definitely wasn't from us. You are expected to strip the beds, take out the trash, etc. upon checkout (and still pay a steep cleaning fee), so it really should have been clean. The hot tub access was a nice bonus. Overall, the location is great, and the unit is comfortable and tidy, but it wasn't very clean.

Property was wonderful! Has a great location to access everything in town! Very close to the bus stop for easy transportation to around town! The condo was very clean and roomy, loved that we could use a hot tub and heated garage! Overall, very nice for the price! Would definitely stay here again 100%!

Quiet and good location

Nice 1st floor unit with plenty of room for 4 people. Garage is heated which kept our ski boots warm. This unit had quite a bit of kitchen essentials like spices, coffee, etc. Also brand new washer/dryer combo and detergent. We enjoyed this quiet setting after a long day on the slopes and it was a short walk to grab a shuttle to the hill.

Nice value, functional space

Great price in Steamboat. Short walk to the bus and a relatively short bus ride to the mountain, a little longer on the way back. Overall great stay, would stay there again!

Good basics but not cozy

The place was simple and clean. Had the basics. Ceilings are a bit low and the lighting is really harsh, but find for a short stay where you’re not planning to hang out in the house too much. The place could do with more rugs, lamps and other aspects to make it feel less sterile.

Great Ski Weekend Stay

Great location, across the street from bus line to mountain (5 minute walk with gear). Condo was roomy, well-stocked with kitchen necessities, and with great first-floor access (no stairs is nice for tired after-skiing legs!). Open living/dining/kitchen allowed the family to be together in the afternoons/evenings while hanging out. Heated garage and ability to park inside made mornings nicer while getting things ready for the day. Would definitely stay again!

Easy ski trip

Five stars because the property was sparking clean, easy to check-in/out and the location was perfect for us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very handy. We took the free bus back and forth to the mountain everyday. It is so easy! We never waited more then 5 mins. Two grocery stores are within a quick drive or I guess you can take the bus. We did not use the hot tub but we saw it is well cared for. We loved having a heated garage for our ski stuff and the car. Just a suggestion to the owners, you need more lamps/lighting. One lamp in the master bedroom is not enough. We were in the property mostly after dark and I kept wanting to turn on lights but there were none. You could also use more sitting in the living room. I have two teen boys that like to watch football and we had to pull over kitchen chairs if we all wanted to sit in the living room at the same time. Not cozy just dark.

Perfect location

It was an amazing place that had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay and was very close to the parking lot for the ski slopes. Look forward to renting it again.

great location!

We had a great stay! The location can't be beat. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the gondola. Hot tub right outside the living room door for after skiing. Quiet neighborhood with a playground our toddler loved to play on. Can't wait to visit here again.
