Welcome to our chalet in Locust Lake Village, a private lake community boasting three beautiful lakes with beaches and just minutes from, skiing, hiking, indoor water parks, a casino, shopping and more! You’ll have the entire place to yourself which includes 3 bedrooms each with a window unit A/C, a loft, 2 bathrooms, and an open concept main living area off our fully equipped kitchen.

Locust Lake Village is a private community monitored with 24 hour security.
Our home located close to the major Pocono Ski resorts: Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback. Other attractions include Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Mt. Airy Casino. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and bars.

Our guests will have access to the entire house and property. Escape the city, relaxing or working from home in a cozy chalet in the heart of the Poconos. Give our listing a "HEART" and save us to your wishlist! We can’t wait to host you! Please note beginning January 1, 2025 we will no longer have a hot tub.

Guests and park in our two driveways located in front of the home. When you register at the front office you will be provided with a parking pass for your car.

The minimum renter age is 25. Once you register online and pay the $35 community fee you'll get electronic badges for facility access, a compactor pass so you can dispose of your garbage and a parking pass.

All guests must provide the full names of guests staying in the home, vehicle make/model and license plate information, within 48 hours of booking the reservation so we can register you with our community.

Our community has strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am and is monitored by 24 hour security. We love our neighbors so please be respectful of these hours.

At this time, getting Ubers, Lyfts and food delivery to the area is difficult so make sure you plan accordingly.

Our community has a strictly enforced 25mph speed limit. Be on the lookout for deer and turkeys along the way.

REMINDERS/ WHAT TO BRING

If you want to use the outdoor fire pit be sure to bring some firewood. There are plenty of local stops along RT 940 to grab a bundle.

Don't forget to bring shampoo and conditioner.

We provide body soap and all bed linens and bath towels but you may want to bring beach towels for the lake.

You may want to bring tennis rackets, a volleyball or basketball and enjoy the courts in the community. Our lakes are also paddle board and kayak friendly.

Also just a reminder there is a one time $35 registration fee for parking, compactor and amenity use.

The community has strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am and is enforced by 24 security.

Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper. We have a septic tank and it’s very sensitive.

Yes we have strong Wifi and two desks making it ideal to work or learn remotely.

***Do all my guests have to check in at the front desk or just myself?

Just the person who made the reservation is fine, however all guests names and vehicle make/model and plates must be provided to me 48 hours after booking.
