A 5-star luxurious 950 SQFT W Hotel Condo unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.The 2nd bedroom converted from the living room.There is a cozy living room area that a bit smaller than usual but the unit has 2 big bedrooms with king size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the city from the 18th floor. The converted bedroom does not have a door to close for complete privacy, as seen in the pictures. The unit is located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami. A maximum of two adults are permitted to access the amenities. See details for more information.
WELCOME ESSENTIALS FEE
To ensure an enhanced guest experience, a mandatory 'Welcome Essentials Fee' of $35 plus tax per booking per unit (one-time) is collected upon check-in. This fee, payable directly to an IMD Miami team member, is mandatory and can only be paid via credit or debit card. All included amenities, such as water, coffee, and toiletries, are provided once per stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN
We understand that some flights arrive too early in the morning time; however, our operation is like a hotel. We have a previous guest that checks out at 10am. Between 10 am to 3 pm, we inspect, clean and sanitize the unit properly. It is important to respect the time frame for a better experience. There is an optional $49+tax early registration fee that we can help you to drop off your luggage between 10am-2pm. That also gives you a benefit to enjoy the building amenities while you wait.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find toaster, coffee maker.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2nd bedroom coverted from the living room. So the living room has less space than usual but the unit has 2 big bedrooms with both have king size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the city from the 18th floor.

Air conditioning, High-speed internet WiFi, cable TV with HBO (smart TVs) , washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests. All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.
CHECK-IN after 3pm. Late check-in fee $50 after 11pm.
CHECK-OUT before 10am. As we need to get the apartment ready for the next guest. There will be a late $100 late check out fee after 10am.
FOBS. The apartment comes with 2 Set of Fobs. There will be a following charges from your card on file or deposit in case of loosing; Each FOB $120
AMENITIES: A maximum of two registered adults per unit are permitted access to the amenities (pool, gym, spa), regardless of occupancy. Only these two individuals will receive amenity cards, and substitutions are not allowed. Minors are exempt from this requirement.
Amenity cards must be obtained from the building before accessing the facilities. They are issued free of charge and can be renewed at no cost if they expire during the guest’s stay. Cards can only be collected during business hours, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to receive your cards.
PARKING
The complex has only valet parking service at $42 per day without in & out privileges. The total cost may exceed that amount depending your in & outs.

You will also have other options as metered parking and a couple of garages, just few blocks away by walking distance. (Around $20-30 per night).
*This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest.
NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $500 for each in case of the violation.
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and have chosen not to offer paper towels. Instead, we provide cloth towels and kitchen towels for your convenience. This decision helps us reduce waste and protect the environment. We appreciate your support in this eco-friendly initiative.
There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.
