All brick custom 6,700 square foot ranch style home with gorgeous lush green grounds, a fishing pond with cool fishing hut, tons of outdoor entertaining space, Pikes Peak views, hot tub, pool table, skee-ball machine, shuffle board table, and steam shower. WEDDINGS OR LARGER EVENTS CAN BE BOOKED BY CONTACTING HOST. WEDDINGS AND EVENTS ARE BOOKED AT A HIGHER RATE THAN LODGING OUTDOOR EVENTS ONLY. Very private home on large ranch with electronic access gates for added privacy. The home has large room sizes and vaulted ceilings. Large back deck with two tables and seating areas. Covered front porch. Whole house speaker system with Sonos app. The property has a barn and indoor arena on site so ability to bring horses can be arranged with owner for additional cost. Huge kitchen with slab granite counters, hickory cabinetry, sub-zero fridge and freezer, Dacor gas cook-top. Tons of parking. Cable and internet. 5 TV's throughout home. 4 gas fireplaces. Beautiful house for a large group

This house is gorgeous both on the inside and out! We had an amazing stay here with a group of 18 people, and it was so wonderful that everyone had beds with their significant other! The views are beautiful and the house is very well decorated!

Florida Takes Colorado

Beautiful house and amazing property! Exactly like the pictures! This place has all the comforts to make you feel at home! It truly felt like a warm retreat, and I can't recommend it highly enough! For some of our kids visiting from Florida, experiencing snow for the first time was such a thrilling adventure! Great House

The house was great, kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there. There was a bunch of moths throughout the house which skeeved some of the guests out.

Micro Wedding

We hosted a micro wedding of 35 people out here. 10 of us stayed on the property. The management team was great about answering questions. We had an absolute gorgeous wedding ceremony in the back yard with the beautiful ranch in the back with mountains as well, our first looks and private vows by the pond and dinner on the upper back patio deck. It was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. Perfect space for cocktails on the lower patio and master was great for a bridal suite. The views are stunning and house is well stocked!!!

Family Christmas

From the time we opened the front door to the time we left, we were amazed at how organized, clean and beautiful this home was. We had asked for some Christmas decor if possible as we were going to celebrate Christmas at the home, and to our surprise they went above and beyond to provide us with the most beautiful Christmas decor, including a Christmas tree. The kids were so excited as we were. Thank you so much for making this a beautiful stay. I'm sorry, thought I had already written a review till I got this today.

wonderful. We had a great time. Kitchen island was perfect for buffet style meals. Used the BBQ for our burgers. Large fridge and freezer. Very comfy. Highly recommend.

Home is beautiful. Views from home are breathtaking. We had a large family of 20 and everybody was very comfortable. Eric is a great host. Excellent communication. Plenty of space, lacking the little things

The house was spacious inside and out, with lots of privacy on the property. The pool table, shuffleboard, and Skee-ball were big hits with our group. The owner responded quickly to my texts. Overall, it was fine. Our group was able to enjoy being together. However, the experience lacked the kind of details that separate ordinary hosts from impressive hosts. A few examples: there were very few trash cans in the house, no tissue boxes, dog hair on the bedspread, and laundry in the dryer when we arrived. We were plagued with flies from the very start, indicating that they were already in the house before we got there. The biggest disappointment was that none of us could get on the Wifi. I texted the owner, and he responded that the Wifi was down and wouldn't be up until the afternoon before we left. Had he notified us beforehand, maybe we could've planned some kind of workaround, but since we didn't find out until we asked, we were just dead in the water. We couldn't do many of the things we needed and wanted to do. I was surprised and disappointed that we were not offered any kind of credit back due to this significant deviation from the listing.

Mice & Oven broke, no compensation

Property not well maintained. Mice problems, we caught at least 4 and owner new of mice in the past. He accused us of lying when we told him we found a box with mice traps in the house. Oven went out on us, as no fault of our own. Owner never contacted us about any kind of work around for this. This was the two main issues of several not listed. The owner refused to give us any compensation on any of these major issues.

Beautiful Property with Fantastic Owners!!

The pictures don’t do it justice, the property is so much more beautiful in person. It’s huge so everyone had their own space and the owners are incredibly nice and responsive. We asked if they had any salt for the walkways and they were there within the hour with some for us. We held a small wedding there and it was perfect. We saw a whole heard of elk outside, the view is breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making the weekend so special!

Mini Family Reunion

There were 9 adults and 4 children and the house had more than enough room. We had one full bedroom and extra beds that weren't even used. Kitchen was a nice set up for large meal times. House was clean and well maintained. Out of the city hustle and bustle but not far from the necessities. Would return for another stay.

This home was a fabulous venue for my daughter's wedding reception in the barn.

My six adult kids, spouses, and two grands enjoyed our stay. A gorgeous, well-appointed home that everyone appreciated. Close to shopping and just minutes from highways. This is the ranch to choose in Colorado Springs for reunions and weddings.

Wonderful Wedding

We rented this wonderful house to house our bridal party for the weekend of our wedding. The place was beautiful, clean and housed our bridal party quite comfortably. We had a lovely stay and absolutely recommend this rental!

Great vacation spot

The views and location of the house were amazing. Everything we wanted to do was 1 1/2 hours or less away from the house. We went to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Boulder, Royal Gorge and more. The house was clean and was nice to have the pool table, skee ball and the hot tub, Kitchen was nice, but as some one mentioned before, it is lacking a few kitchen items…cutting boards, sharp knives, etc., but was not a big deal. The beds were super comfy and no complaints there. Only thing that I would mention is the 4th bathroom was kind of unusable. The bathroom was off of the back deck and there is a window and a door with a window that look right out to the deck. Blinds for that room would be a good investment. I would stay here again!

Family reunion

Wow what great views of Pikes Peak. Every morning we started our day on the vast deck overlooking the expansive view of Pikes Peak. Every evening the kids took advantage of the pool table. Shuffle board and board games while the adults took turns using the massage chair. If you need to disengage from the fast pace of life, this is the place to do it. Very comfortable beds, and plenty of room to relax. The large acreage allows for evening walks to enjoy the sunsets.

Horse property

We loved the house and grounds. The pond was a plus as was the hot tub and skeet ball and pool table. The house was beautiful and well appointed. We could have used more kitchen stuff though.

Beautiful and luxurious home!

We had a lovely stay here. We had a large group of family- 17 of us. The cousins aged 10-16 (and let's be honest, most of the adults too) had a fabulous time playing pool, shuffleboard, and skee ball. The hot tub was so great, the kitchen and eating areas were perfect for our group. So many people could fit on the couch!! We loved it. Eric was promptly responsive with all my questions before the trip, and helpful from the start when I was trying to decide if the house worked for my Dad with his mobility needs. It was really easy for him to get around with his walker and worked well for him to be on the main level the whole time. And when there was an issue with the stove after check-in, he came to the property right away to fix it. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend.

Winter getaway

The coolest rental experience I’ve ever had. I had a large group all heading out to the area for a wedding and we were looking for a place we could all stay together. From the moment I walked in I knew we chose the right place. The high ceilings, rustic decor, large windows to open up the beautiful scenery outside, large kitchen, and perfect entertainment rooms upstairs and in the basement were just what we were looking for. Not to mention the steam shower and hot tub were clean, functional, and a ton of fun! Eric our host went above and beyond to help us recover a lost piece of jewelry one of my group left behind, from searching though the entire large rental, coordinating on the phone, and shipping it out to us once it was found. The house has a built in sound system that stretches through the upstairs and downstairs, it was easy to connect and it was a ton of fun to be able to play music throughout the house. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had time to do a walk around the property out to the frozen lake. The large porch on the main floor was beautiful, and I’m sure we would have gotten even more use out of it if it was summer. Another great feature I have to mention are the very large fridge and freezer as well as the extra fridge in the basement. With a large group it was very helpful to have the extra space for food and drinks. And they checked all the boxes you want to see in an rental: clean, easy check in / check out, clear communication from our host, stocked kitchen, bathrooms all stocked with TP and hand soap, showers all clean and functional with great water pressure and temp, working TVs, and anything else you could reasonably expect from a well organized home.
