From the chefs kitchen, large bedrooms, large open floor plan to gather, you may never have a reason to leave. Fully Stocked w/ meticulous attention to detail & professionally managed like a 5-star hotel. Mid Term Stays welcome!

Sky Harbor-6.8 Miles
If exploring is high on your list, the location of this gem cannot be beat. A very short drive to some of the Valley’s best restaurants, including local favorites such as La Grande Orange, Steak 44, The Henry, Chelsea’s Kitchen, OHSO, Buck’n Rider, and more! Old Town Scottsdale is only a few miles. There, you’ll find more destination spots people travel from across the country to enjoy, such as the best Spring Training experiences and top notch restaurants like Mastro’s City Hall, NOBU, Ocean’s 44, and The Mission, to name a few.
Breweries and restaurants dot the canal, and nearly all of them have outdoor seating and bike racks to accommodate outdoor enthusiasts (and probably some canine friends, as well) on their adventures.

When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.
PRE-ARRIVAL FORM: We do require a rental agreement and a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed.
NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m
MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids.
PARKING: Full access to a 2 car garage

This home is monitored by Noise Aware. (Noise sensors don't record sounds. They monitor changes in the noise level)
CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.
