Grreat stay

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

Nice little place to stay at night after going out.

Little hard to park 2 full sized vehicles at, other then that, has a nice yard for a dog to run around in and everything is set up nicely.

Hidden Gem in the perfect spot!

Pictures don't do this home justice! The place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Sioux Falls. The large kitchen, living room, and hot tub were super! While the location is close to downtown it is far enough away to feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was great communication from the hosts who were always quick to reply and offer suggestions. Thanks Matt & Rachel!

Overnight stay

Quick overnight stay in Sioux Falls. Perfect place for 4 of us. Everything was clean. Check in and check out we're super easy, great communication with host, super adorable little house and the hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during my daughter's aerial competition and it was perfect for our small family. The house was clean and comfortable and the backyard was great for hanging out.

Great stay!

The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and meeting new ones. I love serving people via VRBO, nothing makes me happier than people stopping by Sioux Falls, staying in a Lounge, and leaving happy and refreshed!

I love this property because it is all brand new, never rented besides for VRBO. Its location is also perfect!

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: close to the Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

I love the 86" TV for games on Sundays, the fenced in back yard for the 4 legged family members, and the hot tub to relax.
