Each bedroom has a queen bed with a futon in the master. The kitchen has everything you'll need for your cooking/eating pleasure. The home is complete with Internet, 3 TV's, Netflix and a washer and dryer. There are 4 parking places in the driveway but no parking in the street. This lovely home is located minutes from I-85 and 316. Close to Infinite Energy Cen, malls, restaurants, grocery, 25 mls to ATL
This home is situated in a quite neighborhood in a fantastic location. I-85 is just minutes away to take you to Downtown Atlanta or north to the GA mountains. It is minutes from Infinite Energy Center, many local eateries, shopping malls, markets, exercise places, churches, groceries and so much more.
1. The Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking and Photo ID that matches the credit card on file uploaded to our secure system.
2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement.
3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
4. Guests must be 23 years older (with the exception of children with their parents)
5. Cancellation policy: 97% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date
6. 6 Person Maximum (children included).
7. Well behaved pets are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property. Pet Fee is $75/dog. Max 2. Dog must be crated when left alone. Guest agrees to keep pets off of all furniture/beds. Guest also agrees to clean up pet droppings from property. If excessive pet hair is found on the furniture or beds an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
8. A $300 hold on your credit card will be placed a day before your check-in. This is for a deposit to ensure no damages occur.
9. No parties of course!
10. No smoking, drug use or vaping of any kind inside or around the house.
11. Fireworks and discharging a firearm are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood.
12. There are outside cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
13. The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property. We have a noise monitoring device that monitors noise level but does not record voices. Thank you for keeping the noise level down to be respectful of our neighbors.
