Centrally located. Newly remodeled. Cozy and clean. Large back deck with beautiful views. This was our home for 13 years. We love it so much and are so excited to host your group. Large bedrooms, extra amenities. ****Pool is open seasonally! Weather permitting, we usually have it open the end of April/beginning of May. ****

Great place for families. We came in March, so could not take advantage of outside amenities but everything was great. Close to everything as advertised.

family get away

The property was in a great location. It was laid out very well and the property was perfect for a family or group. We enjoyed the backyard amentities very much as did the children. The only thing that we found that needs attention is the springs on the trampoline. It was fine for small children but they are getting pretty worn out for children 10 and above. Great Setup!!!

Clean and well appointed place. The pool was a savior in the sweltering heat, and the inside was cool as well. Plenty of utensils and appliances for cooking. Overall great place!

Beat the heat getaway

Better in person than described. Very clean, spacious, with more amenities than listed. Only concern was absolutely no return contact with property owners. No information provided on how to use porch TV or fans, old pool towels ( we brought our own as never informed if provided), 2 lounge chairs ripped and unusable ( we bought our own). Unclear of how to leave property after use. Otherwise we really relaxed, rested, and enjoyed the home. Very comfortable beds and living areas. Loved outdoor living space. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided were very nice! We brought HDMI cable and laptop to stream on outdoor TV. So much to do nearby to beat the heat. Hiked Bisti Badlands, went to the movies, shopped downtown area. We will be back!

Great location

I would definitely stay here again. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living room is spacious enough for five people. The dining room comfortably seats six. There is a good setup for remote working. We could watch the spring storms rolling into the area due to the nice view. The location is just around the corner from our family so perfect for us. A few items to be aware of if renting this property. We didn't receive the check in instructions until after 5 pacific time the day before we were to check in. That caused a bit of stress as we hadn't heard from the property owner and wanted to make sure we had a place to stay the next day. We didn't find any instructions in the property. There were brochures about things to do in the area, but nothing about putting out the trash or how to handle linens. We contacted the property owner early in the morning of the day before we were to check out to ask for check out instructions. We did not hear back. I would have liked a bit better responsiveness. The property itself is older. The dishwasher has seen a better day. The lower shelf doesn't roll in or out smoothly. There is a hole in the silverware holder that caused silverware to fall out into the machine. And the dishes didn't always get cleaned. As a matter of fact, there were a few dirty dishes that we discovered on the shelves that probably just didn't get fully clean in the dishwasher. The pots and pans are older too. We ended up buying some plastic cups since we found shot glasses, wine glasses and beer steins, but not many drinking glasses. All in all, a few little irritants, but otherwise a beautiful property that is definitely worth the renting.

Nice, roomy, 3 bedroom house

We needed lodging in a hurry for our family of 5 because we were attending a funeral. We were so lucky to find this house. It was SO much better than a hotel. Nice size rooms, very clean, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, great kitchen. Very easy to communicate with owner. We hope to stay there again on a less stressful occasion. We would really enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool.

Lovely home

A delightful clean lovely home. Plenty of space great beds, terrific kitchen and a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. We wished we could get in the pool but it was closed. The host sent all information needed for easy entry and wifi Great location to shopping and about 1 1/2 hours to Chaco Canyon...must have 4 wheel to make the trip We loved our stay!
