This is a very home-feeling suite that can accommodate 5 adults comfortably. There are French doors between the 2 rooms for privacy with a bathroom in each room. There is a full kitchen to prepare a meal for your family and coffee area. There are kitchen amenities available to get you started, but request you replace what you use to ensure for the next guest/owner. There are beach towels and other beach stuff available to use.

There is parking available by reservation on a private lot for large trailers within walking distance from the resort call 813-760-3462.

THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE PER ROOM.

EFFECTIVE SEPT. 1, 2022 NO SMOKING ON BALCONIES - ONLY IN DEIGNATED AREAS BY THE POOL AND BAR. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IF I AM NOTIFIED BY RESORT OR IF RESORT ASK YOU TO LEAVE BUILDING THER WILL NO RETURN OF MONEY.

NCA Cheer week ! Great stay !

Wonderful property ! Location is perfect and the room is adorable. Had everything we needed and the decor made us feel cozy and welcome. The tiki bar on property is fun and a great spot to unwind after a long day! Would highly recommend this property ! The owners were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back next year !

Turkey Run

This was our fourth year staying at the Fountain and our fourth year renting this unit. Our daughter and son in-law came with us this year and we had them stay in this unit. It is always neat, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a great time.

Loved staying here! Great location with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of so many shops. Was great to have the kitchen and not have to eat out for every meal. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxation and Fun on the Beach

What’s wonderful place for a couple or family to stay. Quiet, right on the beach, friendly people and a place to eat right on site. It was a perfect walking distance to restaurants and the Ocean Center. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were kind and thoughtful. They certainly went above and beyond to make our stay feel better than home.

Perfect Beach getaway

The Fountain Beach Resort was a great location. It was a central spot and easy to get around from. Perfect Beach spot close to the pier that we saw fireworks from our room and the tiki bar/grill was great for lunch and beverages at the beach.

Very clean. Close to everything. Even has a tiki bar so you don't even have to leave the property to have a great time! Very homey. We decided to stay an extra day and Diane was so kind as to walk me through the process.🙂I will definetly book with her again!!

This is our second year at this unit and it was clean and very well set up. We love the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and everything that we could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back. We found that the Fountain as a whole is very clean and the staff are very polite.

Great owners and spacious unit!!!

Wow! What an incredible stay. The owners are so kind and worked really hard to fix everything after the hurricane before our arrival. The unit is cute and more spacious than anticipated. There are lots of amenities in the kitchen, and even some prepackaged food left for the next group of people. There are two balconies and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and easy to fit three people in. It’s a quiet building and we didn’t hear anyone next door during our stay. The pool area is nice and the bar is open every day. The DJ at the pool area was really great as well. There’s a washer dryer on the first floor of the building. We really had a great experience and look forward to writing from these owners again.

Scott & Diane, thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. Other than the door lock not functioning when we arrived, we had no other issues. It is a bit small for 4 people, and the second bathroom is small, but you did have a nice condo in a good location.

Our adult daughter and her two besties joined us for the 4th. This rental was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Clean and cute. I grew up in Virginia Beach and have an appreciation for homey, family beach houses. Much more personality and character. We recommend this property for location, amenities, (food, pool, beach access). Owners were friendly and accessible.

The Best!

Our experience was amazing. The accommodations were way more than we were expecting. We have stayed at this resort, different room, and this stay was above and beyond. The thought put into making guests comfortable was definitely noted. I found something new everyday. (Books, DVD's, umbrella, blankets, clean sheets, etc) There was more than enough towels and washclothes. I really could go on and on. This suite did not disappoint! We will use this suite again.

On Daytona Beach... Beautiful!

The condo was easy to find, easy check in, very clean, nicely decorated and enough space for three adults. We enjoyed having the coffee, creamer and water available as soon as we entered. We did have to replace what we used before we left. The place is great except at night it was pretty loud. Given we were there the week of the Daytona 500 and Washington's birthday, there may have been more traffic than usual. A dump truck came every morning at 7 AM, people loudly talking, motorcycles revving their engines, trucks going down the highway. If you want quiet, this is not the place to stay. If you sleep like a rock, then this is a perfect place for you. The hosts were helpful and very quick to reply. Loved being on the beach!

Disgusting, dirty, and cluttered

We were very displeased with your rental. The elevator and the 5th floor smelled like marijuana and had very dirty carpet. As we entered your place, it was very cluttered with personal things of yours we believe. We saw old shoes, old-dated writings on paper posted everywhere, the beds had dated covers on them. The carpet was stained in the master bedroom by the wooden dresser. When my husband and I went downstairs to speak to the on site manager-he stated that your home was not through the rental program that they offer and that we would have to go through you guys and Vrbo. Our first instinct was to find another satisfactory place to stay. We did not want to ruin our vacation. Unfortunately, with the building in this condition and my husband and I allergies, we told the on-site manager- a guy that we were leaving to find something else that was satisfactory. There is nothing, anyone or anything could’ve done to make us stay. Because of my allergies, and with the smell of marijuana and other fumes in the building, I was unable to go back to Your place to take necessary pics. I do believe that I have provided you with enough personal information that was listed on your Vrbo entry. -dirty shoes on a shoe rack by the pull out bed -two dirty, unmatched hand towels by the tub (one was brownish, the other was off white -a lot of used bags in the master bedroom hanging up on the wall-we would've expected things to be a lot neater, uncluttered, and personal items put away -the carpet was stained pretty badly. ** everything was old, and the smell was terrible. Bring your own linens if you stay, these do not Compare to hotels or even close. Best practices would’ve been to refund a portion of the cost since we were not able To stay here. We were not trying to scam anyone, we would’ve liked for the owners to rectify the situation and honor our refund due to unsatisfactory conditions. I have provided the owners with a copy of our receipt from the Hilton. It is evident that we were not able to stay at this place.
