This third-floor condo is just a quick drive from the beach and lots of great attractions such as Broadway at the Beach. After a fun-filled day in the water, come back to use the outdoor shower to spritz away the sand before enjoying the covered balcony’s beautiful lake views. Inside, the living area is a great place to unwind with a large wall-mounted TV and a cozy electric fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, and you can serve your guests at the dining table with seating for four while the kids swing their feet from the three breakfast bar stools.

You can access several on-site resort amenities that include an outdoor pool. Take advantage of the sundeck’s shared grill and enjoy dining alfresco by the pool. You’ll also have access to the golf course on-site. The home’s private washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their very best during your stay, and the central AC will keep everything cool on those hot summer days.

Great stay
Nice, clean condo! Convenient location. Vasca had an easy checkin and check out system. I only gave a 4 due to poor internet service which hindered proper access to the TVs on the property.

Nice place to stay!
Perfect location for families. All of the kitchen appliances that you never have on vacation. Spacious rooms and closets. Would definitely stay again. Internet reception was not the best. That's why it is 4 stars and not 5.

Issues with NO response!!
I have never left a bad review on a VRBO ever. Until this place. When we first arrived, the floors and all of the countertops were sticky! We walked into the bedrooms where the carpet was, and there were lint balls everywhere and dirt all over the carpet. It was very apparent that NO ONE had cleaned this place at all. I contacted the property manager and told them the situation, and they said they would "TRY" to get someone out there to clean it up. We went to the beach for the rest of the day, and when we returned, nothing was cleaned. We all grabbed wipes and wiped down the whole place, floors and all. There was no vacuum, or we would have don't that also. I never heard back from the property managers. Everyone was tired, and we went to go to bed. The boys came back and asked us to lay on their beds. These were the worst mattresses that I have ever laid on. There was no cushion, only springs stabbing you in the back. The other 2 bedroom mattress was ok, but nothing like the other mattresses. The next day we had to go buy blow-up beds for the kids to sleep on. The next day, we went to turn on the TV in the morning, and it did not work. We tried everything, moved plugs around, and ensured all light switches were on. It did not work. Plugged the TV into a plug we knew worked, and nothing. Texted the property manager again and never got a response from them at all. Other than the place not being cleaned at all, the beds not even worth attempting to sleep on, and the TV not working, it was a decent place. Everything in the kitchen worked, and the furniture was comfortable. The complex was well taken care of and had 24hr security driving around the area. But given everything we went through, I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The property was really nice, there were 5 of us and plenty of room. There were kids running around above us during the day and at night. Other than that I don't have any complaints. I would consider staying here again.

Great family vacation place
I loved my stay here, great location. All the attraction are right down the road, it’s a 12 minute ride. They only thing I wished was better was the water. It became cold after 5 minutes of showering. I couldn’t find a number to contact maintenance about that problem. This a place I would only recommend for families to do many families staying here you can hear running around the clock upstairs. This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful and had all the utensils, cooking supplies and dishes that we needed. It is very spacious and home feeling. I would definitely stay here again. Just bring your own toiletries!
