Le Kihei Akahi est un condominium de villégiature magnifiquement entretenu situé directement en face de la rue de la plus belle plage à Kihei. Il ya 2 piscines, avec des barbecues au gaz et d'un court de tennis.

L'unité est une unité de coin au dernier étage entièrement rénové avec vue imprenable sur l'océan, la plage et la montagne. Ceci est la meilleure unité dans le complexe, il est plus proche de la plage, a la meilleure vue, l'espace de stationnement est plus proche de l'ascenseur.

Great views and accessibility

The views on the lanai are BEAUTIFUL, especially during sunset! Kitchen is very stocked with cooking supplies and they have snorkel gear/ beach chairs/ towels/ pool noodles for you to use. I also love how they have nice hair dryers, curling iron AND flat iron for your hair needs! The pull out sofa bed was easy to use too. The only thing you should be aware of is that the garden sprinklers below turn on in the middle of the night on some nights while we were in the master bedroom. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs just in case! Other than that, overall it was an AMAZING stay!

Lovely Condo, requires ear plugs

This condo is clean & has absolutely everything we needed for our stay: kitchen is stocked, all the beach supplies we could need, comfortable beds and superior linens. The lanai faces the kam beach II, has beautiful views and is lovely in the evenings. Sadly, I could not sleep the whole stay because of condo noise. The master bedroom windows face toward the pool and in bed I awoke every time the gate slammed, including at 6am every morning when they come to clean it (it is very clean). Then at 630a the leaf blowing begins & doesn’t stop until about 11a (they did at least take saturday off). So no sleeping in,and no coffee on the lanai with the beautiful view. After 1 night of this I asked the owners if they would consider any amount of refund if we could find different accommodations, and to my shock the owners insulted my character & suggested I wear ear plugs. So if you're a naturally early riser & get out of the condo between 5a-11a, or are immune to the constant & high-pitched sound of leaf-blowers, this is a wonderful spot.

Amazing View!

The view from this condo was absolutely amazing. The new windows were awesome, the breeze at night felt so nice, the fully equipped kitchen, beds were all great quality, and the it was super clean! I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great stay in Kihei

Fabulous stay in Kihei! Jay and Judy offer a nice large unit with a kitchen that has everything you need should you choose to cook in. Plenty of beach chairs and towels for you as Kamaole Beach II is directly across the street. Great swimming and snorkeling! The trade winds kept us cool and the patio kept us in awe every morning for coffee and at night for a glass of wine. Thank you Jay and Judy for your hospitality! We hope to return again soon. Aloha!

This was our third time in this well maintained complex and the best yet. C602 is spacious, has excellent views, is very well equipped and, by virtue of being a corner apartment, always has pleasant cooling breezes

Kihei, on maui

The condo I rented at kihei on Maui was absolutely perfect. In the description it says that you can see the ocean and hear the waves from the lanai. And that is absolutely the truth. It was beautiful and everything that you could ever want is in the condo Jay and Judy have done a magnificent job. they stated that this was their dream home away from home and it absolutely showed every detail it was provided I highly recommend staying in this condo.

So perfect!

Thank you Jay and Judy! This property was perfect for our family of 5! Plenty to go out and do, and plenty of time to relax. I appreciated the stocked staples in the cupboards. Every detail has been thought of! This vacation has been our family favorite (of 17 years)!!

Maui vacation

Our family would highly recommend staying in this Kihei property. The location is ideal, the view fantastic and the amenities were plentiful. The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the closets had plenty of sheets and towels and the beach gear was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

This condo was in the perfect location, just steps from the beach. It was very comfortable and included every amenity that we could think of, such as beach chairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful at any time of the day. An absolutely amazing place to spend 9 days.

Fantastic vacation

Jay's place is fantastic! Location is great - wonderful view, short walk across the street to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen is extremely well stocked from pots, pans, utensils and spices. Plenty of beach chairs and snorkels and fins. We experienced some les than desirable weather on our stay but that had NOTHING to do with the condo. Highly recommend and would return. Thank you!

Great Location

We thought the condo was perfect and the location was more than we expected. It was near great restaurants and right across the street from a beautiful beach. We got to swim with sea turtles there! The owners were great and real accommodating. The condo was equipped with everything we needed: beach chairs/ towels, cooler, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The view was beautiful from our room. We would love to stay again.

A week in Maui, May 2022

Everything here was great. Check-in was a breeze, staff very helpful. The resort facilities were as promoted. Proximity to the beach and sound of the ocean at night was definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interest in visiting Maui.

We had a great time in Kihei Akahi. It’s in a great location. Beach is right across the street and there r 2 pools close by with the unit in between. The owner of this unit has thought of everything. You don’t need to buy chairs, umbrella or even bring beach towel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything u need. If u use it up well replace it. Just like being in your own home. The owner is available to answer any questions. There is a coffee shop only 5min walk. Groceries you kinda need a car or take an Uber. There is an ABC store that has pretty much everything u need on a day to day buy and it’s only 10min walk or so. The sunsets are amazing from the unit and just a quick walk across the street at sundown. Highly recommend!

Great Condo! Better than advertised

Better than advertised is how I would describe this condo. The view from this unit is amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, much better than most rental condos. Everything you need including lots of beach and snorkel gear. We'll be back!

Amazing views and the best location.. Cant beat it.

It was a great stay. What a location, food so close, pool, beach, .. Relaxing.... The only thing I wish I would have noticed before I booked is there was no Swamp Cooler-other units we stayed in had them. We had some hot nights. My fault as I did not notice when I booked. But.... other then that it was an exceptional vacation, nice remodel, best view in the complex, and well stocked property. Saw turtles every day swimming at Kamoloe II. Across street and bonus-crosswalk.... Whenever we left the area we always rushed back as we were wondering why we left the beach. The Beach is all we needed this vacation-have done most of the sight seeing prior trips..4th trip to Maui- 2nd time in Kihei Akahi complex -3rd unit we stayed in in complex. Very well taken care of grounds. So perfect and pretty daily. The grounds people do an nice job on the flowers and trees, no leaves on the ground, plenty of blooming flowers, truly pretty. Thank you Kihei for your hospitality- see you next year...

Well-equipped Condo

Really nice condo, location was great and unit was very well equipped - we appreciated that! With August being one of the hotter months, we really wished it had A/C. Trade wind breeze was not sufficient most of the time.

owners-Jay and Judy likness, Jay and Judy are retired , we once had a construction company in the Seattle area including a cabinet shop. We like to share with guests who love Maui as we do. Most of our Guests come back year after year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Both of us love the Ocean and warm weather. We first came to the Kihei Akahi in 1988 with other family that owned a place there. We enjoyed it so much we have been coming back year after year. When C-602 became available we felt it was the chance of a lifetime, not only are the 2 bedroom 2 baths rare, we believe ours is the best location in the complex! We can check out beach conditions from the lani, whale watch , and every night see a spectacular sunset from our own unit!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Everything is near by, we usually have a jog or walk in the morning on the beach. There is good snorkeling right in front as well an excellent sandy beach that goes for miles! We often walk the beach all the way to the Resort hotels Grand Wialea, 4 seasons , Marriot, and occasionally stop in at one of the hotel restaurants for a drink or food. We are also avid Tennis players and we play almost daily at the complex.
