Beautiful Peaceful Riverfront with river flowing through the rear yard (can be seasonal) & spectacular views from the large deck, windows and Master Suite Balcony. Game room w/ Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Pac Man, Many Board & Outside Games to help Make Your Memories Amazing. Very nice front and rear lawn to play games or for the children to play. Bicycle through the area or Take a really nice walk.
Very quiet and safe area. Easy to find. One of the few lots that you can see the river and yards from inside the house and there's not a huge drop to get to the river. Even if the river is dry the riverbed is full of Beautiful Black Rocks/Boulders.

This is a no host rental. A few days prior to your arrival date you will be sent your entry code. There is a local person if you are in need of personal service.

This house had over 200 "5" star reviews in the previous listing.

Experience the wildlife which can include Many Turkey's, Deer, Ducks, Quail, Many Beautiful Birds, squirrel's, mountain lions (I have neve seen one) maybe an Occasional Bear. The house/Three Rivers is located in a mountain are so there is bugs, insects, mosquitoes and spiders.

Reviews... if you see a review that makes you skeptical please ask. A poor review is generally a result of a guest getting called out on breaking the rules, such as booking for five then bringing MANY MORE or an unauthorized pet.

Great stay

Perfect place to stay ! Loved everything about it very clean. And the owner response quite quick when you message her. I would stay here again if I get the chance she leaves out a basket of snacks which is very nice . The games in the garage are very nice keeps us entertained.

peaceful stay

the location is as promised very nice stream in the backyard only negative was most of the businesses were closed when we went in Janurary but the weather was very nice one other set back was a few of the sections at the sequoia national park were closed but it was just that time of the year I guess if you want to relax a few days this house is just the ticket one last thing they need extra pool cues for the pool table they just had one it was kind of weird playing with just one stick other than that the house was good especially the heater very nice

Nice View

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. We all enjoyed having the river right in the back yard. We also enjoyed all of the games in the garage for when it was dark outside. The house was clean and the host leaves some bottles of water and snacks to enjoy. We would stay again.

Beautiful home by the river!

We absolutely loved this home! The deck/patio is right next to the river and the views are just breathtaking. The home itself if clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had two small kids (~5 years old) and they had so much fun playing in the game room and exploring near the river. We hope to come back again soon!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

It would be difficult to find a better place to stay than here! Rocky cool mountain stream in the back yard, beautiful scenery, good restaurants, games in the garage, 3 bedrooms 21/2 baths. Everything you need to have a great and relaxing stay!! Just a few miles from the southern entrance into Sierra National Park.

Big Trees

This place is perfect. The location, the little town , the home is amazing with the views snd the outdoor area, game room , sleeping areas!!! Saw wildlife, sunrise with my coffee sitting on upper deck ! Cornhole game we played in the yard with creek right by!! Can go on and on!! Cynthia had all the extras we needed including waters, coffee, snacks, kitchen supplies snd food! STAY HERE!!!! IT IS a SPECIAL Place!!!!!!!

Well-equipped, peaceful, fun!

We had a lovely stay for three nights. The host, Cynthia, was very communicative and answered all of our questions quickly. A few of my favorite things: The house has a nicely equipped kitchen! If you're looking to bake cookies, make a casserole, blend some smoothies, make lots of coffee, this is a great place. It even had a rice cooker! The game room was a favorite of the kids and adults: ping pong, air hockey, corn hole, connect 4 and more. The primary bathroom has a massive double shower! In addition to the beds in the three rooms, there were other beds, mattresses, a crib, and a pack n play, so you had lots of sleeping arrangement options. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. I loved the location. It was about a hour away from the major Sequoia groves and on the way to the park or back after the park, it was easy to stop and get gas, pick up a few things at The Village Market, or stop by some of the cute shops in town.

Perfect location and home

We chose this property based off of the location, past reviews, and number of bedrooms/bathrooms. It lived up to the positive previous reviews and was an ideal location for us to visit the two national parks nearby. It was very clean, the air conditioner and ceiling fans were awesome during the very hot weather, and the game room and board games made for fun evenings for us. Several restaurants are close by as well as a grocery store. It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful backyard!

Tranquility

We wanted to get away from the urban hustle and this was the perfect stay. The property was about a 20mins drive from Sequoia NP entrance. Waking up to the sound of a flowing Kaweah river in your backyard was tranquil. I enjoyed my morning Tea by the banks. Cynthia was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Lori, the property manager, was super responsive as well. Food options are plenty within a 4mile radius. Our favorite was Sierra Subs and salads and Sequoia Coffee. The best part was the starry nights and the most amazing view of the milky way. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Cynthia for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great location older property

We love the location and the stream. The house was older and 2 out of the 3 beds were comfortable. There were several items needing fixing but nothing that affected our stay and you can’t beat the location to Sequioa park.

Great Three Rivers location - perfect for our family!

This was the perfect home base for our time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon! Our family loves staying in VRBO’s so our teens and young adults can spread out and have their own space and this place had it all!! Nice size kitchen, big table to eat and play games at, plenty of living room seating and can we talk about the deck and the river flowing by?! I could’ve listened to that all day! Game room in the garage with LOTS of options too! And so nice to do a little laundry on vacation! Host had excellent communication and had no issues with check in/check out. There is a market about a mile down the road and not much further there is Three Rivers Brewing and Ol Buckaroo - would recommend both places just on the vibe of sitting outside by the river. But wait staff was super friendly as well and good at Ol Buckaroo was yummy! And get yourself some sandwiches and coffee and Sequoia Coffe Company in the morning. You won’t be disappointed! We seriously had the best stay. Click book my stay and you won’t regret it!

I am a mother of 3, grandmother of 4 and a great grand mother of 1. 3 of my 4 grand children are autistic. They are the most awesome children I've ever know. They love Three Rivers so I have purchased property about 5 miles away to start a summer day camp for special needs children. My vision is to have many, many activities for them. Activities that are not usually offered to children with special needs. And at low to no cost.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I fell in love with this house and the one next door because of the beautiful unique lots. They are two of the few lots that sit on the river with a nice lawn and the river is right there, you can walk right into it with out risking falling down a hill of boulders. And you can see the river and mountains from most of the rooms in the house.
