Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stayed in this home. My family cannot wait to go back. This house feels like a home. It has everything and then some. Fully equipped, comfortable beds, spacious areas, wonderful pool, tv’s in every room. We enjoyed our staycation, my 3 boys (young men) my husband and I are looking forward to rent this place again. We created memories together and everyone also had space for their own. Honestly, you will not go wrong with this property. Loved how quick Ms. Ayers was to respond as well. GRATEFUL FAMILY

Amazing vacation

My family and I were thankful for the host. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in earlier. Great house and pool was amazing. We will definitely be coming back for another vacation.

Absolutely Stunning!!!

This property was SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!! It looks exactly as pictured - beautiful! My friends did a vrbo nearby and were blown away with how great this house was! The heated pool was a MUST (were here in February). It was clean too! The details that went into this house were impressive…I loved the attention to detail in the decor and quality of the furniture…the fridge was huuuuge! My family was very appreciative of the beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs as well…since renting cabanas on the beach is super expensive this saved us a lot of money and was so handy! We had our dinners at the table poolside while watching tv…it was glorious!! I cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay again! Thanks Heidy!

This home is elegant and charming and we had a great stay. The views of the mountain are great and you feel very removed, yet the town center is just down the street. Really nice spot.

Pleasant stay with a few hiccups

My husband and I found this property last minute due to damage at our first location from hurricane Ian. The house was located in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located to stores and beaches. We enjoyed our stay, however, there were a few hiccups. Upon arrival we found out there were no blue rafts (just blow up ones from the store). However, there were plenty of chairs and beach equipment and a wagon. The Blackstone grill needed severely cleaned, and my dad started the process and the owner was able to get their cleaning lady to finish it up. We experienced a cold front during our visit but the pool pump wasn't working, so the pool was not heating. We could only use the pool three days out of our stay. The internet also went out during our stay and since the TVs mainly stream movies/shows we could not watch for a whole day or so. Through all the hiccups the owner was attentive and able to get things in order. My only suggestion would be to make sure everything is in order before renting so the owner would not have to be bothered and it would be a more pleasant stay for guests.

The property was nice, beds were comfortable. Pool clean and inviting. The host was sweet and let a card and bottle of wine for my celebration. I didn’t realize the host stayed on premises when I booked. She has a separate wing on the home. She was very respectful of our privacy( never saw her) but it is a different dynamic. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

We had a great time here. The owner is very nice and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. This house is 3 minutes away from Walmart and Publix, and 10-15 minutes away from Costco and Sam’s Club, so great location. I believe 6 miles from Clearwater Beach, but the drive takes 20 to 30 minutes because there’s a lot of traffic. We can’t say enough good things about the fact that it has a great pool. It was very nice to come relax at the pool after half of a day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a quick snack/lunch/dinner. The owner was very nice and respectful, never bothered us at all. She was so nice to get s’mores for us and the kids and water guns for the kids. We felt very welcomed! All in all we had the nicest trip!

Beautifully Renovated Home in Clearwater

This was our first time in the area and we truly enjoyed staying here. The home was spacious, with plenty of room for all your food in the oversized fridge/freezer. The host had thoughtful touches throughout. My son loved the candy basket & my husband enjoyed some complimentary wine. The salt pool was very nice. Screened in, with a large tv, plenty of seating, umbrella and pool toys. Most anything you need is provided including beach chairs, towels & umbrella. My daughter got sunburn and we found aloe in the bathroom. There were gifts for each guest in the bedrooms as well. The host does live on the property but that did not bother us. Note-there are currently no laundry facilities. Overall we would recommend this property to others staying in the area.

We had a horrible experience, the owner lives in the house and we had no way to safely lock up at night or while we were gone. Fridge didn’t cook the entire time and we had to access her fridge and use coolers. I have a case opened and am waiting for a refund.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem nicht einsehbaren privaten Pool.

Ruhige Lage. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten sind gute Restaurants und der Strand erreichbar. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön. In jedem Zimmer und am Pool gibt es große Fernseher.

Nice property/ location for Clearwater, Tampa FL

This is a very nice/ spacious property. The pool is a good size and clean. Let the owner know a day before you want to swim to give the pool time to heat. She may ask you when you won't be swimming so she can turn the heat off, as it is expensive to heat. It is a nice neighborhood located just off the main drag to Tampa and the beach. You are about 5 miles from the beach and 10 miles from Tampa. You can get around pretty easily from here and the neighbors are friendly. The common area cameras are placed at the front door, the pool area and the living room. The owner lives and works in the house just off the dining room on one side, the Master suite is on the other. You do the laundry in part of her living space. This made the stay a little awkward for us as we have always stayed before in a condo with owner off site. All in all a pretty nice stay.

Beautiful place

Everything was lovely here. We enjoyed our time here. 5 stars! One thing though, the heated pool didn’t seem to be heated, but still warm enough for the kids to enjoy. Also, the washer and dryer is blocked off to a separate part of the house, but you are able to use it upon request. Overall, the place is great and the host is very accommodating.

Nice space, but uncomfortable and inconvenient

We choose vacation rentals for the greater convenience and space that they come with versus a hotel room. This place was far from convenient and made uncomfortable by the owner’s presence on the property. The listing says they stay on the property what it does not explain is that you are separated by only two interior doors and a regular interior door handle lock. We were traveling with two small children and bc I felt unsafe with the easy access to the side we were staying in I kept our bedrooms door locked at night. The door situation and shared space doesn’t seem optimal with covid either. They also have cameras throughout the property, supposedly for “your” safety as the renter. Except that one camera is pointed directly at the couch in the living room area. I was not comfortable with this either, especially with small children. I did let her know they would be covered while my children were inside. I understand cameras on exterior doors, but it feels highly intrusive (not safer) to place them on the people inside. When we first arrived we found food in the fridge. There was a bag of grapes full of mold left behind, as well as open guacamole that was brown, we threw away. I was told the cleaning crew leaves condiments for others and may overlook other stuff. I did also find it unhelpful that there were no check in instructions or instructions in the rental for anything. I ended up messaging the owner the day we were supposed to be arriving there to ask for instructions for check in, bc I received nothing about expectations. Also strange, the thermostat is locked and the owner controls it. The first day we woke there we noticed it felt extremely warm. I checked the thermostat and noticed it said locked at 75, on heat. It was just as warm outside. I messaged the owner and it took her 7 hours to respond and turn the heat down. She mentioned she keeps the thermostat locked bc previous guests had the ac on and back door open at the same time. Also, the listing says there’s laundry (another convenience we look for in a rental, so we can pack light). These are on her side and you also must request access and wait around until it’s done so you are not intruding on her space versus being able to start a load and come back at your convenience. While the space is nice itself, it is not comfortable or convenient for the price.
