This one-story home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just
5 mins to Lackland AFB and not far to
Downton San Antonio, The Riverwalk, and the Alamo. The
Airport, Sea World, and six flags are also a few miles away.
Home is 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath with plenty of space for group vacations getaways. Enjoy your time with the 70" TV in the living room and the fast-speed internet.
There's a workstation in the master bedroom. Two of the 3 Bedrooms have Smart TVs .

Perfect for BMT

Great place for families staying for BMT graduation. Location is close to Lackland. Supplied with everything needed for stay. Very comfy beds, especially the King. Water pressure isn’t what we’re used to but a shower is a shower. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice little home

This is a basic three bedroom/two bath home. It had essentials. It was clean and bedding was comfortable. There are box fans in closets for each room. Temperature (cool) has a setting of 75. If you like it cooler at night you can turn it down but after a few hours it will go back to 75. This was a bit warm for me but the fan helped. We never could find switch to turn on garbage disposal so be sure that works before placing food in sink. We also needed trash bags. There was only one in kitchen and smaller ones in bathrooms so if you need to take trash out you’ll need bags to put in trash can. Neighborhood was quiet. It is an older neighborhood but nicely kept.

BMT graduation

Stayed with my wife and my parents so that we could attend my son‘s graduation at Lackland. House was perfect, clean, beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay

I went to TX for my brother’s Air Force graduation. The house is only about 5 minutes away from the base. The house was clean. It is more roomy than what the pictures look. The house is pretty well stocked with everything you need, but there are several stores close by to pick up anything else. The host, Christian, was very prompt in answering any questions that I had. I would stay here again.

Not the cleanest

Upon arriving, the home was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Once entering the home my husband and I did a quick look around and found that the guest bathroom had hair and small blood marks on the wall. The master bedroom had pills on the floor along with a dirty carpet. Later that night when turning in for bed we discovered that the sheets were dirty and the comforter had traces of blood on it as well. The countertop was full of crumbs and the dishes were dirty that we pulled from the cabinets. I do not feel the home is being cleaned as it should when guests leave.

Great location for BMT

-Great location that made events easy to attend for BMT.-House was clean and inviting-Coffee makers did not work properly.-Garbage disposal would not turn on-No comforters or blankets in the double room- Very few condiments

Everything was fine. Would stay again! There was a few questions but Christian got back to me pretty quickly. Bring a few extra towels and look in the garage if in need of some things.

DO NOT USE THIS HOST

We waited for 2.5 hours for access to the house. NEVER GOT INTO THE HOUSE! The host did not change the code to the house from the previous guests. The cell number he gave us when was not even correct. He sent dozens of messages through VRBO. Even VRBO tried to get in touch with him. We were forced to split up our party into different hotels in the middle of the night in the cold just a few hours before we had to be at the base for the BMT airman's run after driving for 9 hours. He did not respond til hours later. He said "I am a very responsible host" - Obviously not!!!! He said he was not in the US. He knew we were coming and should have made accommodations to make sure we could get into the house regardless of whether he was out of the country or not. It is his job. He later gave me a "code to try" even though I had already told him we were forced to find other places to stay. I mean we were not at the house so how could we "try" a code. It literally ruined our time with our airman, we wanted to all hang out together in a roomy, comfy house with a kitchen. I brought food to cook for our airman. We had to hang out with our airman in a small, nasty hotel room that did not have a kitchen or a table with some of us sitting on the floor. It was not the celebration we had paid and planned for. It forced us to waste food and to spend a lot of money eating out. It was HORRIBLE. No family should have to go through what we went through because of a host's lack of responsibility.

House very comfortable, would have loved to be able to use garage. Advertising and and to online responses let me to believe garage was available. Found out after checking in it was not.

The location is close to Lackland and no need to go onto major expressway. House itself in need of TLC and just picking it up (walls, paint, cleanliness etc.).

BMT MUST STAY

Family Dollar is walking distance and AFB is just 5 minutes. This locale is perfect and beding was fresh, soft and a great comfort. I am ever so grateful to have had this place.

Very Spacious and Comfortable

We visited San Antonio to watch my son graduate from BMT. The home is as described, but was more spacious than I had imagined. The beds were comfortable. The internet wouldn’t connect when we first arrived but Christian was able to get that resolved for us. No complaints.

The property was very convenient for graduation purposes being less than 10 minute drive to base. House was nice and host was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip.

The house was clean and had all amenities. However the coffee maker and Keriug need to be cleaned very slow on the coffee and Keruig wouldn't even work.

What a great place to stay, especially for BMT graduation. It's close to the base and an easy drive to get there. Plenty of stuff around the house close to eat. It’s an easy drive into the city to see the Alamo, River Walk and other sites and the airport. The house was clean, comfortable, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The neighborhood is nice. Nothing fancy but we felt safe. The price couldn’t be beat, especially with how nice the house was and how close we were to base. Being close is a big plus for BMT graduation. They’re long days and having a 5 minute drive back was awesome. It also gave us more time with our daughter who was graduating. The kitchen allowed us to make her dinner which she loved after weeks of military food. We are very pleased with our stay and would absolutely recommend this as a house to rent. Christian was great and very responsive. We arrived early and he quickly was able to get us in.

Convenient location for BMT graduation

The proximity to JBSA Lackland Air Force Base was ideal. The neighborhood is nice with sidewalks for walking. There is a convenience store within walking distance. The house itself is nice and clean with three large bedrooms. We liked having a full kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and other basics.
