Great location
The home was the perfect location and our host was terrific in responding/communicating. House is clean and had what we needed. Only complaint was the thermostat. It was set to 75 when we arrived and when we put it on 68, it would kick back to 75 when no movement was sensed (like during the night). So it was (to us) very warm. Was on 79 this morning when we got up to leave. We would have gladly paid $100 extra to have no controls on the AC while there. Overall, wonderful place and host... just too warm for our liking.

Best Kept Secret!
This jewel is indeed a best kept secret! The location is central and in close proximity to several attractions in & around the Dallas/Forth-Worth area. The home is beautiful & the property is well kept! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent location for events in the Arlington Entertainment District
Due to a issue with another (shady) property owner, I booked this rental with just days before my event. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The house was clean and well-appointed and was just a short drive to our concerts at AT&T Stadium. Sid was amazingly attentive and texted each day to ensure our needs were being met. Any questions I had received a prompt response. There was a brief issue with the hot water heater on day one, but it was resolved literally within minutes of informing the host. If there are any more events in Arlingtion that prompt an overnight stay, I will definitely see if this house is available. Thank you, Sid!!

Our family of five stayed for two nights for a trip to six flags. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Sid checked on us and communicated well.

Arlington Fun Trip
So much more room and way more relaxing than a weekend hotel stay. The house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located to lots of fun. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a roomy place to stay while in the area.

Everything about our stay was great. The place was very clean. The location is convenient. We felt safe. Communication with Sid was superb. We had a few questions and Sid replied promptly. All three bedrooms now have televisions, which we loved. Thank you Sid for making our trip even more enjoyable.

Home Away From Home Feeling
After the 21 hour drive from Virginia, this home was such a wonderful place to finally lay our heads to rest. The beds were comfy, there was so much space and the decor is beautifully laid out. We were there to support my son for the Draem All American Bowl Game and admid all of the hustle and bustle, this home was truly a home away from home. And not to mention, the check in that was so seamless and the availability of the hosts. I made a slight mistake and thought I had messed something up electronic with the home and reached out. I was so nervous that I wasn't really going to hear back, but I did and everything was fine. They're is so stress free and I loved the way that they checked to make sure everything was ok after a day or so of us being there. There was everything needed and even things needed that I hadn't thought of in my haste to get on the road. Everything in the house is up-to-date and effecient in operation. If I were to ever be in the area again, I would definitely pick this place!

Great Stay
Very nice place if you and a few friends need a place to stay when visiting the area. Property was very clean, and Sid answered any questions we had. 10 minutes from AT&T stadium, and plenty of food options near by.

We took my 80 year old uncle and aunt to His first ever Dallas cowboys game. The home was very cozy, comfy and clean for them. The home had everything we needed for our time there in Texas. We felt relaxed throughout our stay. And the price was good as well.

Great Stay!
Communicating with Sid was a breeze, we had a mishap with us arriving an 2 hours earlier than check in and Sid was gracious enough to let us check in. Arriving from a long drive and just wanted to stay in a cool house with the Texas heat this house met all our needs! Loved our stay!!!

The location of the property was close to all the venues that we went to. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to locate. Host was great in communicating with us and any problem that arose promptly. I would stay here again.

Nice spot for events
Great little spot if you’re headed to AT&T Stadium or anything in Arlington. Close but not too close to the crazy or crowd. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay while not feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

What A Surprise !
So, as an Arkansas and a K-pop lover, Texas is our closest state to be able to enjoy these idols. On such a short notice, my sister, niece. and I had to find accommodations quickly. Searching through VRBO, we found a house that could accommodate us, 3 bdrm and 2btrm house that's close to the venue. The house was very beautiful on the inside. The pictures didn't do the house justice as you could only tell the cleanliness and welcoming feeling. We loved the fact that this house was an open floor plan so we were able to talk with each other while no one felt left out while the cooker was cooking. The bathrooms were nice and the rooms were all great sizes. The amenities were plentiful. The only problems we had was the heating. However, the heating system was a "Nest" system. We have Ecobee at him so, we didn't know the specifics of using the Nest. A pamphlet would have been handy. But, we could have easily called to rectify the situation; but we opted leave it as is and double up on blankets. Another issue is that one of the rooms didn't have a tv. My niece graciously took this room as she stays on her computer most of the time. Free internet was offered but it was slow. I used my own data to allow my sister and niece to utilize the internet. Those are minor problems so, if it comes down to it. I will definitely rent this house again. I think the decor was very beautiful with the pops of color. Oh, there is a keuring for coffee drinkers, (That's us). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thank you graciously for lending your home so that we could have time to enjoy the things we love to do.
