Our 2nd floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation, and it's just steps to the beach and overlooks the pool from the balcony. This unit is cozy and feels like home. It has a King bed in Master and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. White and bright kitchen with granite counters and, tiled floors throughout.. Enjoy your time and make it a vacation to remember at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. You can enjoy calming ocean views from the balcony and the villa is located directly across from the quiet Admiral Row Pool. There is a 2nd pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.

Drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and sports pub are located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, work out room and play ground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and elevator close by. Gated resort 24-hour security and on-site check in..

Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Great Condo

This condo is great. Clean! Well stocked and good amount of room. Quiet for the time of year we were there. Communication with the manager was five stars. They would answer within minutes with every question I had. The kitchen has everything and more! The master bed is not super comfortable for our liking but some others may think it is perfect. Book this, you won’t regret it.

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed this condo!!!! Loved the ocean view from deck and how close it was to walk out on beach. Walked to pickleball court super close. Great communication. Resort was great location on the island and near golf courses that we had booked.

Hilton Head perfection

This property is perfect proximity to the beach with all the amenities you could need for a beach vacay; chairs, blankets, and a quick little walk to the shore. We came with a 10 year old and 6 year old, and they loved the easy access to the water, the pool, and the ease having two beds. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love the view and balcony. Unit was clean with a good amount of bath towels and initial supplies. appreciate the Mr. Coffee pot.. Unit lacks sufficient lighting in dining area and living room. Furnishings are getting old but still doable. kitchen has good suppies (dishes, pans, etc. )

Beautiful Condo on Ocean

Everything was as it was advertised! Perfect set up for a week long family getaway. I had to work some while there- WiFi connectivity was excellent. Owner of property was so responsive to text. Really had a great experience and can’t wait to visit again.

Great location

The hosts are great and the location is great. The cons for us were that the kitchen is stocked a little oddly. No spices (including salt and pepper), oil, or anything of that nature. An over supply of plates for such a small unit (such as a service for 16 or more). Would have preferred more cabinet space for the food I brought. I had to move stuff to make an empty cabinet. And was disappointed that there wasn’t even the minimal salt and pepper on site. Unfortunately I also have to also say that all four mattresses in the unit are super uncomfortable. I was in the master and it felt like a mattress at a Motel 6. For those not familiar with that chain it is a crappy cheap American motel chain. My back hurt after each night of sleep which has never happened to me. The pros for the unit are the people that manage it. I think we will go back to that resort but would try another unit that hopefully will have better beds and a better kitchen setup.

Great getaway with a view of the ocean

The property was very nice and had lots of amenities. The TV in the bedroom didnt want to stay connected to the internet (which was challenging to watch TV) but otherwise a great condo!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

We were big fans of the property for our family spring break (2 adults, 3 kids). The unit had everything that we needed, and there were no surprises, which left us enjoying a peaceful few days at the beach and Hilton Head. The walk for us to the beach was always easy, and the balcony view gave enough to satisfy during mornings with coffee. We didn’t swim at the pool as it isn’t heated and it was March, but this didn’t bother us as we had great weather for plenty of beach days. We would easily do this again. Thanks!

First Time in HH and Extremely Pleased

Very comfortable and stylish furnishings, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loved hanging out on the balcony with our morning coffee and gazing at the beach. Communication with the property manager was easy and we felt well-attended to. Definitely book-marking this property. I highly recommend it. Thanks again for an awesome stay!

Thanksgiving visit

The space was clean and well appointed. The keurig was missing a part so didn’t work and the oven wasn’t true to temperature; it ran about 20 degrees colder than the setting so thanksgiving dinner was later than we’d planned, but all in all a nice visit.

Perfect set up for small families

We always stay at beach and tennis resort, and admirals row is perfect for our family. I loved the changes the owner/company made to the condo this year. Blocking out the internal windows was so great, so we dont get the constant light from the hallway, and can sleep in. The furniture was very comfortable and sturdy (husband would have preferred an ottoman or recliner though, as he is tall and needs to elevate his legs periodically). The decor was simple and coastal and featured local artists which i loved, and didnt take away from the functional space. Showerheads were very nice and water pressure excellent! Our only frustration was lack of access to plug ins on either side of theaster bedroom, and i messaged owner promptly with a prompt response in Return. For future guests just make sure to bring an extension cord with multuple outlets, or confirm any changes to putlet access in The master bedroom before coming. Overall we love this location, the pool access is prefect and the walk to the beach through the lot is short. Would absolutely stay here again!

Love Beach & Tennis resort

If you don't want to leave the resort, you don't have to. They have pickleball courts, the pool is right on the beach. There is a pool bar and restaurant, so you can eat right there. There is a pizza place and sports bar on the property, bike rentals on the property, etc! Plus every condo in Admirals Row has view of the ocean.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay with my family. The 4 of us had plenty of space. The condo is exactly as advertised. We found it very clean and extremely convenient to all that Hilton Head had to offer. The very close proximity to the beach was perfect to visit the beach whenever we wanted. Christine was great and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a family friendly vacation. We are looking forward to rebooting it ourselves.

Last minute birthday trip

We decided to go a last minute trip for our sons 17th birthday! This was the easiest booking process and the check in was just as simple. The condo was just as pictured and described. It was fully stocked with all you would need to use the kitchen. The air conditioner worked really good and the condo is well cared for and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to everything!

Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed this rental during our yearly trip to HHI. The location was great and super close walk to the beach. The view of the pool was a plus for my son. We will definitely keep this as an option for next year also!

Fun time with family

Great location and plenty of room! My only concern with Admiral's Row in general is why they don't provide luggage carts for folks loading and unloading their luggage, coolers, etc. The other buildings we've stayed in on the property provide them. Otherwise we love Admiral's Row.

Pictures very accurately describe this condo! Very clean and fresh! Host communicates exactly as promised! Great location! Easy access to stores, etc. and very short walk to beach!
