Cute cottage

The cottage was super cute and having the pontoon rental right across from us made everything so easy. Everyone was really friendly and the cabin was quaint and cozy.

Fantastically beautiful

My frienda and I really enjoyed this cottage. The view was amazing and the place very welcoming. A great place to relax and enjoy each other. Definitely coming again!

Worst place ever!

This place is a dump. We found bugs in the bed and the bathroom is old and has stains in the shower and bathtub. We tried to get a refund because of the bedbugs and the owner refused. We had to find another place to stay at 10:00 on Christmas Eve. I wouldn’t waste your money on this place.

Nice property

It was a nice and relaxing time. I would return. Although we wanted to rent a boat onsite and never received a response to our request so we drove to Indian Point and rented a boat. No property manager on site.

Green Valley Resort

We enjoyed our stay. The view from our cabin was very nice. The cabin was a little ran down and needs a some work. Could have been cleaner. I tried to get ahold of the host a couple of times with no response. We rented a pontoon and Dustin was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. The campground itself need some up keep the pool slide is gone and the playground equipment was run down. Overall we had a good time.

A night away

One night stay after the Great Passion Plat in Eureka Springs-- we loved this place,nobody wabted to leave. WE WILL RETURN HERE AGAIN!

Lake stay

Beautiful location on the lake and the property was really nice and well kept. The cabin itself just didn’t have a lot of open living space for 6 adults, it was a little tight if we were all inside so it would’ve been nice if there was a cover over the front porch to be able to go out on in the rain. ( which it did during our stay )

Quick lake trip

The best aspect of this cottage is the view. The front deck, the living room couch, and the dining room table all have a great view of the lake. The cottage accommodations were sufficient for a short lake trip. We went swimming off the swim deck, played volleyball, frisbee, horseshoes, had a picnic lunch, built a bonfire, roasted marshmallows, had dinner and played cards on the deck all with a really nice view of the lake.

Generally enjoyable

Overall everything was nice. Indian point marina just a few minutes by boat across the cove. Rented a tritoon and had a great time and Bruce the boat manager gave us an extra hour rental time for just a short wait to get us set up. Lilly was very responsive to any concerns we had. it's a very nice calm cove for skiing or tubing but still close to main part of lake to sight see damn and the Belle by boat. One overriding benefit for us us that we only wanted to stay 4 nights where most places require full week stay.

Great memories!

When we arrived, it was easy to locate our by the instructions provided. The cabin was cleaned immaculately and nice and cool. The big fire pit with chairs was right across the road from our cabin. This allowed a wonderful night of roasting marshmallows and making s’mores with all my grandchildren. Lilly was the consummate host! We rented a boat and kept it in the slip 100 yards from the cabin. Can’t wait to plan next year’s trip!

Picture don’t tell the truth

We booked this house for the weekend to watch the shows at Branson. Two families stayed at this location. House is NOT at all well-maintained. There was leaks in the bathroom, drifting windows (letting cold air in ) cheap $30 dollar lock was used on the front door. Bathroom door did not have a lock that worked and 2nd bathroom was tiny Water filter attached to kitchen sink didn’t run right ( drips only) no dishwasher available, coffee maker didn’t work. shower heads were old and weak. Beds were terrible squeaky and noisy and you can feel the spring. It’s least 10+ year old or very cheap mattress. We Almost checked out after one night.after everyone getting backache. Will not recommend this place. Pictures used for the listing is misleading. It could be photoshopped or taken while back. NOT current 10-15k could remodel this and turn it into a good rental. Please do.
