Inside, the condo is freshly renovated with all-new furnishings and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

INSIDE THE CONDO

An inviting tiled open-concept living area features a comfy couch and love seat arranged around a 50' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Newly updated throughout, the kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker to get your morning started right. Adjacent, a cozy dining nook has a wooden dining table for four and casual bar seating for two.

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and wall-mounted TV. In the second bedroom a large window spills light over two twin beds. The well-appointed bathroom holds an elegant river stone tub/shower combo.

A comfortable queen-size air mattress offers space for additional guests.

The complex offers a heated pool, sun loungers, and a grilling area with charcoal grill. A game room features a nice spot to watch TV or gather with friends.

Extra perks at your rental include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and reserved parking for two cars (parked in tandem) in the outdoor lot.

Please note that the owner of this rental is allergic to dogs and cats. No pets are allowed on-site.

Great stay

The location and stay were great. The only thing that could use improvement were regarding details about arrival and departure (we received conflicting information in emails) and the light in the condo at night made it difficult to sleep. The place could use better shades or drapes to mitigate the light.The place was great and location was perfect.

Perfect stay!!!

The unit was fully loaded and we had everything we needed. Small community was nice and offered friendly neighbors and it was not crowded. Walking distance to the beach, restraunts and bars. It was perfect.

Great vacation condo

Great location with close proximity to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores incase you don't want to eat out. Plenty of beach stuff in he condo so you don't have to bring a lot. Turnkey staff are friendly and great!

Great location and perfect for a family!

The location of this property is great with easy access to the beach and a large heated pool. There are plenty of family friendly restaurants nearby and lots to do. The condo was clean and has a washer and dryer, which is great for a longer stay with kids. The beds are not high quality though so if you are particular about the bed it might not be comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and the place was very clean. I thought the living room area would be a bit larger from the picture but everything was well furnished. I was happy to see everything we needed for the beach (chairs,umbrella , cooler, kids toys). Also, we enjoyed the late pool hours. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Good location but had some issues

The condo was clean and in a great location but unfortunately that was all the pros we could list. The TV in the living is pretty outdated and we couldn’t get the cable to work. We reported this as soon as we knew and no one addressed it for 3 days, right before we checked out- and I followed up. The beach chairs are pretty dated and one was already broken but still in the closet for use. I also asked ahead of booking the unit if the pool was open as we knew many were still closed from the hurricanes. Which is completely understandable! They assured me it was open but when we got there it was ‘open’ but not usable. The water was extremely dirty and cloudy. Wish we had had a better experience!

This property is not handicapped accessible. Pool was not heated. Wi-Fi network was not available. Property was clean and in a good location to the beach and street. If you can walk up stairs and don’t mind a cold pool then this property is recommended.

The stay was great! The condo was clean, spacious and had anything that we needed right there. The location is one of my favorite spots on st petes beach as it has lots of great places within walking distance. The only issue that we had was the the pool barely got any sunshine. There was only one little spot for about an hour or so a day that the sun hit and there were so many people trying to sit there that we barely got to enjoy the pool. If more sunlight came into the pool area, this would be a perfect location.

Everything was in good condition. The updated unit was well equipped. The pool area was great to get the morning sun. Thank you for paying so much attention to detail. It was particularly an interesting experience for us, as we have a VRBO vacation property in BC, and were pleased to find a place that obviously was as well taken care of, as we like to do to ours!

Great location!

The property was very nice. I liked that there was room for 2 cars to park even though I only had one this time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well and had extra blankets for the couple nights it was cold for Florida. I liked that there were beach amenities even though I was there for work and did not get to the beach. I did enjoy the heated pool a couple times and get out to the beach to watch a couple sunsets, which I highly recommend doing! My only complaints are that the washing machine was very loud and there were earwig bugs in the kitchen drawers/cabinets. Since this is Florida and there are TONS of creepy crawlies, that didn't bother me much.

Very clean. Beach accessories a plus!

Very clean just like pictures. Pool was also awesome and clean and lots of room for all the guest staying. Never felt crowded. Beach accessories were a plus it made going to the beach so much easier and we had a great time! Shells restaurant was just down the street and it was amazing. WiFi did not work well had to unplug and restart it several times. Maybe get a secured WiFi and password and charge a bit more because it would be a great thing to have while on vacation. Beach is a bit further than mentioned. Have to pay to park if you drive the three blocks to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend this place.

Long weekend getaway

Overall it was an “ok” property. The pool was not heated as it says it is. Check in was later then stated as the property was still being cleaned. Layout was nice, proximity of property to beach was fantastic, but there were cockroaches. We alerted the property management company, but nothing was done while we were there. We killed lots of them and had to adjust how we stayed in the property due to the bugs. Unless the bugs are taken care of I would not recommend you stay here.

Pool Hogs!

Hated the pool hogs that were staying there!They were actually other condo owners who from 10 AM till 2:30 PM sat around the pool drinking and talking loud. Then one guy fully dressed drinking beer would watch my wife and I swim and lay in the awesome sunshine and creep us out. Then at 5 pm that group would take the pool and grill area hostage till 10:30 pm and blast old fart music. This happened every day till we left. Other than that when your given lemons make lemonade baby and we still had a great time!!!

It made our beach days so much easier. The beach is a bit farther than mentioned and if you drive the few blocks you have to pay for parking. But when in the beach it is so beautiful. The pool was also very clean and roomy. We never felt crowded while at the pool. The only bad thing was that the WiFi didn’t work well, it needed to be restarted daily and even then it was not very reliable. Maybe add a secured WiFi and up the rental amount as I believe WiFi is great to have while on vacation. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone. We have a fabulous family vacation!

Not Handicap Assessable!

Cute condo. Very clean. It is on the second floor with stair access only. Wi-Fi network was not available. Pool was not heated. Other than that, the condo is in a good location and easy walking distance to the beach. We won’t stay here again due to the non-assessable wheelchair access.

Perfect condo for a great vacation

It was a great place for my family of 4 to spend a week away from home. The owners of the condo spell out everything that you need to know from the washer/dryer in the suite (an unbelievable option to have) to how to operate the wi/fi and TV. The condo is located just a short walk to the beach if that is what you want. There is a wagon to haul what you need. A cooler, as well as a couple of sun umbrellas and chairs, are available. We did not use the pool but that was our choice. A short walk to great restaurants and entertainment. I would recommend staying here again.

Great as a Home Away from Home ….

Myself and 2 girlfriends stayed here for 37 glorious days. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Unit was close to EVERYTHING ! We had a issue with door but was addressed immediately. So happy with our accommodations!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo, but had to call about the pool. It really needed to be cleaned! Siri out stay the staff picked up pool floats and toys daily, but the pool remains very cloudy.
