This beautiful home sits on a tranquil corner lot and presents a lovely canal-front oasis with a private boat dock and waterfront sitting area. Relax on the spacious lanai, complete with a new saltwater pool overlooking the canal, perfect for alfresco dining, a service window, and a gas grill. Enjoy sunset views from the dock or sit out on the sundeck patio and sip a glass of wine.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open space with two living areas, one with a workspace, and two smart TVs. A formal living area offers comfortable seating and a chaise lounge. A desk with a computer monitor is ideal for guests working remotely. The second living area is furnished with a sectional, chair, and recliner for the group as well as a 70-inch TV. The well-equipped, full kitchen is appointed with a suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample cookware and helpful gadgets. A convenient service window opens to a bar on the lanai. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar, and when it’s time to dine, gather together at one of two tables.

This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, which has a king-size bed, smart TV, and lanai access. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. An expansive screened lanai provides a sparkling, heated pool, cushioned seating area, gas grill, and space for alfresco dining. The large backyard is complete with a canal-front deck. Tie your boat up to the dock with accommodates boats up to 25 feet (there is no boat lift). This Gulf-access canal has one bridge with a clearance of approximately 11 feet, allowing for a nice size boat. A seawall runs the whole width of the property. Guests will enjoy taking advantage of the complimentary WiFi, private washer/dryer, wagon, beach chairs, and small cooler.

Explore the unique terrain of this area at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, featuring a walking trail and seasonal kayak rentals. Head to downtown Cape Coral for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Dive into local history at Cape Coral Museum of History. You'll find fun for the whole family at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, with 14 acres of water slides and a lazy river. Pack a picnic and hit the sand at the surrounding beaches. Located on the southeast side of the city, your rental offers prime canal access to the Gulf. Nearby beaches include Four Freedoms Beach and Yacht Club Public Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
