Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was terrible. The air conditioner was not working and we were not made aware ahead of time nor was the ceiling fan . When we finally got someone to talk too they told us maintenance would be u and they never showed up. We slept with doors open to try to cool off the room.

May family trip

Absolutely loved the view from the 24th floor! It’s breath taking, truly! The elevators were only bad on one day but if anyone who stays here actually should read the postings at the elevators/ your welcome package it plainly tells you to avoid the elevators from 4 pm - 6pm! It was easy to find something to do while the elevator lines disappeared. The indoor pool was super awesome as well as the Roman spas! We did have many of issues with the outside hot tubs not being hot or not working at all, but this doesn’t reflect the owner of this unit or the unit itself. The balcony door in the livingroom whistled really badly when it was windy so maybe it just might need a seal fix on the door itself to help. Other than that I highly suggest using the mattress topper as the bed in the master bedroom is a little stiff and springy. If you’re booking this room with the intentions of using the pull out couch I wouldn’t suggest it as I’m pretty sure it’s broken and as thing as paper which I’m sure you could use the mattress topper to help it a little. It seemed broken in my opinion. Also the automatic blinds in the master do not work. The actual cover for it was sitting in the corner of the bedroom when we arrived and didn’t receive confirmation till 2 days into our trip they wouldn’t be fixed and that they have been broken for some time. Could be hear say, but I digress. Great unit! Truly! Super great access to the beach and far enough away from the party areas! Would stay again!

The view is worth it!

Although a few things didn't work (blinds) or were broken (bench at the end of the master bed), the condo was worth the price just for the view. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views and large tvs

I have stayed at this condo multiple times. This time was probably the best stay as everything technological worked for the most part...except the blinds in the bedroom. Could use a lil TLC on the furniture but the large tvs in both living room and bedrooms make up for it. 🙂

Great location and view

Amazing views! Apartment is nice, although it looks much nicer in the pictures. Hats off to the photographer. Walking distance from the pier. Pretty dirty, and the rug was disgusting. Fridge was having issues, would not stop beeping. The walls are very thin, and we had a loud upstairs neighbor all night. The fitness center has a lot of options which was great, but everything old and needed maintenance. The door to one of the bathrooms had masking tape all over it and nailed together. The biggest issue was the elevator(s)! Constant waiting, and on the 24th floor there is no other option. We waited an average of 5-7 minutes each time, on once occasion 15 minutes.

Nice but could be better for the price

Very nice upgrades but the electric blinds did not work so there was sun/heat coming through the glass constantly. Also issues with cable and wi-fi not fully resolved. Great comfortable bed and views.

Wouldn’t recommend

The 1 star is for the cleanliness of the room because that’s the only good thing i can Say. However we had nothing but trouble when it came to this room. For starters keys were off the keypad so we couldn’t even put in our code to get in the door. We had to call and get a new key code that didn’t have the missing button in it. Next was the wifi, the password never worked. When i contacted Vacasa they were of little help and just told us to find the router which we never did so we had to go to Starbucks every morning to accomplish any homework we had. Next issue we had was once again with the keypad. We come back from breakfast to our key pad not working. We go to the desk and they said they would send someone to replace battery. Maintenance gets there and we are informed that the keypad was not the kind they were suppose to have and the owners were made known of that and they never changed it. So he then had to break into the lock box because nobody had the key code and of course, the keys to open the door were not the right keys. So they then had to call a locksmith. At this point we had been sitting outside our room for an hour not being able to do anything because our keys, bathing suits and all were inside the room. We decided to go walk somewhere to pass time. We get back two hours later to our door still locked out. We go down to the desk and ask about it to the Vacasa staff stating we had been locked out of our room for 2.5 hours now and all the staff member said was “ i texted him and he said it’s only been an hour and a half” basically arguing with us on how long it’s been. I do Not recommend it at all.

Review

Overall the room was good. However the blinds in the living room did not work therefore making it hard to get sleep in when sleep was needed! Also the toaster did not work! Now for the building in general the elevators was terrible we spent about 3 hours a day waiting to go down or up. And when your own the 24th floor with a 4 year old the stairs are not a option! I have stayed at several different places at bcb and for the money spent I expected things to be better than they where This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
