Cozy Spacious Condo with SLOPESIDE LOCATION! You can walk to Canyon Lodge to enjoy the slopes.

The underground parking with direct access to condo allows you to park and unload your car without having to walk through the snow. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo provides plenty of space for your family and friends. Master bedroom with KING bed on 1st level with 2nd bedroom with another KING bed (and 2 bunk beds/4 twin beds) on second level loft with open area to relax and spread out. St. Anton has community pool, recreation center and laundry. Easy access to the village as we are on the shuttle route as well as next to the gondola.

St. Anton Condo

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, updated, well stocked and had plenty of room. We asked if we could possibly have an early check in and the owner's were quick to respond. We arrived around 12:30 and the unit was cleaned and ready. We will for sure stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

This place is awesome. Very clean and new appliances. The closeness to Canyon lodge is unbeatable! There’s nothing like not having to load up your car with all your gear and find parking. You just walk right over! The place was quiet and lovely and our host was so attentive to any questions we had during our stay! We loved every minute of our weekend.

GarKathy's getaway was a comfy place steps from Canyon Lodge! It was pleasure to spend more time there than we had planned. The mountains and nature decided on epic blizzard for us instead. The host was helpful and assisted with any questions, concerns or issues that came up. Great condo close to slopes (no matter how many lifts may be open)!

No where better on the mountain!

60 second walk to Mammoth, furnished with everything you need, hot tub + sauna, indoor parking and a full communication with Host. Could not recommend this apartment more!

Can't get much closer to Canyon

We loved this place. It's so close to canyon. Just a walk through the parking lot and you are there. Kitchen well stocked. Lot's of place for kids to sleep upstairs. Can't wait to go back.

Room for everybody!

This is an ideal condo for a couple of adults and a whole mess of kids. There are two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a private bath. Then upstairs is a large playroom/bedroom with bunk beds and a queen to give kids their own space. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. Location of this condo was absolutely idea. Just minutes to Canyon Lodge.

Cozy condo right near Canyon Express

My husband and I stayed here with my Brother and Sister in Law for a fun ski weekend. The condo was perfect for us four and would have been a great for the whole family with the bunks and pull out couch as well. The location is walking distance to three chair lifts and at the perfect side of the mountain to start your day! It was also across the street from Austria Hof, a restaurant which was a great place to do happy hour and have dinner, the food was delicious. You can also take the gondola to the village for shopping or walk downhill and take the Blue line back. Kathy was very responsive to our needs during our stay and Mammoth Mt is AMAZING. Would definitely recommend and be back. We’re thinking about a summer trip here.

Walk to Canyon in minutes!

We would definitely stay here again! The location really can't be beat. You can see Chair 7 from the living room! Spacious living area, nice master and a great loft that can accommodate many kids.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mammoth and this property is the perfect location for skiing out of Canyon Lodge! It is so close and convenient, we were able to come home every day and eat lunch before going back on the slopes. The upstairs is very large and great for kids! It was also nice to have underground parking with all the snow. Kathy, the property owner, was very responsive , kind and helpful when we had questions during our stay. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for 2 families & Location, Location, Location!!!

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, 4 adults and 4 kids 1. Location 5min walking distance to Canyon Lodge. You don't have to drive early to reserve your parking spot every morning. You can walk back to your room to have a quick lunch. 2. Parking 2 reserved parking spots (1 in the garage 1 on outside). Garage has low ceiling. So we parked minivan in garage and camper in outside. Perfect! 3. Rooms Master bed room has 1 king bed with bathroom. Loft has 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds(2 bunk beds). Living room has 1 queen size sofa bed. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Also have kettle, dishes and coffee machine with free coffee capsules. Trash bags, dish detergent, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer all provided. Perfect for 10 people!!! Just pack you cloth and go! Everything is ready for you. I will definitely come back to this unit in the future. Honestly I don't think we can stay other property. We are spoiled. Owner was very nice and helped on time with parking pass, lock box and etc. Thank you Kathy and Gary

Great location and host

Kathy and Gary’s place was amazing. They were quick to respond and friendly. The location is right in front of Canyon Lodge, so we were able to walk straight to the lifts. The unit had everything we needed and plenty of space for the four of us. We will definitely be looking to stay here again for future trips.

Hello! My name is Kathy and my husband is Gary, hence the name Garkath Getaway. We have been vacationing in Mammoth for over 30 years and love both seasons. This is our first vacation rental property so please be patient and let us know what we can do to provide a memorable experience for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because it provided all that we look for when staying in Mammoth. The underground parking direct access to the condo, the view, the ability to walk to the slopes, and the space to spread out and relax. And, my husbands loves Austria hof :-)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I hope this condo provides the cozy retreat you are looking for. As mentioned above, this condo hit all of our checklist items for both seasons. The bike room and the ski locker in the garage definitely sealed the deal as we can store both our summer and winter toys where it is safe and easy. Plus we love to come home for lunch and happy hour as the mountain can be a little pricey <3
