Exactly what we needed!

My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah?

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Peter's apartment in LA. Great location for our purpose, being close to the Convention Center and restaurants. The apartment was great, clean and modern. The rooftop pool was a very nice feature as well. Peter was an excellent host, very organized, great communication and available whenever we had questions. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great little apartment

This was my first VRBO experience and I'm very pleased. The hosts were amazing and very easy to work with. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We were really just there to sleep so it served our purposes. It is a small space. The listing says it will sleep 4, but I wouldn't recommend this space for 4 people. It's really quite perfect for a couple though. Also, we're not familiar with the sounds of 'the big city' which, in this location, can go all night. Besides that, the lobby staff were super friendly, the rooftop patio is really nice, and lots of convenient amenities nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great downtown location!

My man and I were in LA for fun and totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, and we felt very safe. Our host was available anytime for our concerns and most accommodating. We would stay here again!

DTLA!

We chose this apartment because we had concert tickets at Ace Hotel, right next door! We have anxiety about driving and parking in LA, so a guaranteed parking space was very much appreciated. Modern, comfortable....so glad we headed to the roof for the view and for the hot tub! We will be back to this property for future visits to LA.

Bizarre owner behavior & uncomfortable bed spoiled an otherwise delightful getaway

The property was in the perfect location for the event we were attending and the inside was clean and well maintained. It was convenient to have access to free parking although it was across the street and we had trouble locating the parking access card. Aside from the bed, the room was comfortable. The bed in the only bedroom was about as comfortable as what you'd find in a pull-out couch. Both my wife and I tossed and turned all night. I woke the next morning to a message from the owner informing us the cleaning crew would be arriving an hour before checkout time, which was really odd. I'm not sure if he was trying to accommodate the early check-in of another party or if the cleaning crew wasn't available later or what. We couldn't clear out that early and didn't want to be in the middle of changing when they arrived so I messaged him back to request they come after the checkout time. He wrote back accusing me of making demands and was beyond rude. I've never felt so unwelcomed by a host in any capacity. Next time I need to stay overnight in LA it won't be at one of his properties, and I advise you avoid this one as well.

Comfortable apartment

Nice comfortable apartment, well furnished and kitchen had everything needed. Peter was extremely responsive and helpful. Parking is a bit of a pain and like much of LA, the neighborhood has its share of homeless. Location was very good for getting to Dodger Stadium.

Exactly what we were looking for!

First of all, Peter could not have been more accommodating. He was extremely quick to reply with any questions or needs. Their apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures: clean, trendy and pretty spacious. It’s in downtown LA so there are tons of places to eat and grab a drink. Using the available parking space was a little tricky but we figured it out fine. We were a little hesitant to book this VRBO because of the heavy deposit but I can confirm that we just got reimbursed fully and it’s only been two days . We would happily book this apartment again! Thanks Peter!

Hi, I'm Peter. My wife, Veronica, and I work in live theater here in Los Angeles. I'm originally from New York, while Veronica is a life long Angelino. I still love my Yankees and she is an obsessive New Kids On the Block fan. We would love to share our downtown home with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When Veronica started designing the condo, she purposely wanted to give it the feel of Old Hollywood. We wanted anyone staying there to feel like they were transported back to the most glamorous era in Hollywood history. For me, I was more interested in making sure that guests had all of the most high tech amenities possible. For that reason, we completely automated the space with smart home technology. We also threw in 2 4k big screen televisions with every conceivable streaming service available. We hope that our guests feel completely at home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you had visited Downtown LA 5 years ago, you would have been afraid to stop your car in the area. Amazingly, over the last half decade, the city has made a concerted effort to make Downtown the crowning jewel of Los Angeles. Now there are restaurants and shops on every block. Museums, theaters, the Crypto.com Arena (Staple Center) and the LA Convention Center are all in walking distance. There is easy access to our bus and train lines.
