Escape to our rustic chic farmhouse in Peoria, the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Our spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the pool, complimentary high-speed WIFI. Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and gather together in the large dining room. Just a short drive from downtown Peoria, our home offers the perfect blend of country charm and city convenience.

The main bedroom is positioned downstairs and comes with an adjoining bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, sharing another bathroom. An additional feature is a powder room located on the lower level of the house. Our home also boasts a foosball table and air hockey. Only those listed on this reservation are permitted in the house.

Please note, there is no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty. We urge you to monitor children and those not proficient in swimming around the pool area. The pool is only 5 feet deep, making it unsafe for diving. Please refrain from bringing glass into the pool area.

By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all Pool Rules. If you wish to have the pool heated, you must request this at the time of booking. The pool is heated for the duration of your stay, not on a day-by-day basis. Please be aware that in the winter months, achieving a swimming temperature of 83 degrees is challenging and swimming may not be possible. The heating fee increases to $110 a day during the winter months of October through March. From April to September , the fee is $75 a day. However, pool heating is typically unnecessary during the summer.

For those who enjoy hiking, West Wing Mountain Preserve is just a 12-minute drive away, and the New River Trail is also nearby.
