This spacious townhome has plenty of room for your beach getaway. It is furnished with quality, comfortable furniture and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen.

★ Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa
Unit includes washer/dryer combo. There are also paid laundry facilities on site.
GUEST ACCESS
Two parking spaces are available per unit. Small boats are allowed as long as the boat and trailer fit into a single space and guests do not exceed the two-space limit.

Our townhome is very close to the sandy beach. For your own comfort, we ask that you do everything you can to keep the sand out, including rinsing off at the pool shower before entering.
We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
