Juste une route facile et pittoresque au nord du Golden Gate Bridge et vous vous retrouverez à Healdsburg, une ville charmante mais assez haut de gamme avec une atmosphère de petite ville et la porte d'entrée de la région viticole primée du comté de Sonoma. La vallée d'Alexander et la vallée de Dry Creek abritent bon nombre des meilleurs vignobles et vignobles du comté de Sonoma.

Cette belle maison de Healdsburg offre plus de 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec un garage privé pour 2 voitures et 2 ponts pour se détendre avec un verre de vin du comté de Sonoma. Conformément à la haute qualité du design, la maison comprend le chauffage et la climatisation à température contrôlée, un plancher en bois de cerisier au rez-de-chaussée, un nouveau tapis au deuxième niveau et des moulures de couronnement partout. Le salon surdimensionné comprend un téléviseur HD et un lecteur DVD de 60 pouces, un son surround, un grand canapé sectionnel confortable et un foyer au gaz. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en dalle de granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner et se divertir. Le deuxième étage comprend des plafonds voûtés, deux grandes chambres avec lits queen-size et une élégante salle de bain principale avec baignoire. Un barbecue à gaz est également idéalement situé sur le porche avant pour cuisiner à la maison et dans les repas à domicile.

Healdsburg Delight!

The location of Randy's townhome makes it your ideal walk to town and daily wine country touring vacation home. Excellent accommodations! Randy and his property manager are very responsive. Hope to return!

Lovely place great location.

House is quiet and well equipped. An easy place for a long or short stay. The only thing a person needs to be comfortable with stairs. Healdsburg is a delightful town just a short walk away. I hope to stay here again.

Great!

Our favorite place to stay in our favorite town.

This townhouse is perfect for two couples or a family with one or two children. Beautiful big screen TV in the comfortable living area, high end kitchen with breakfast bar and two stools, tall table for two with bar stools for snacking while watching Netflix. Large dining room adjoins the living room. There is a full bath on the main floor. Two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom with a walkin closet and airing porch off the master suite are on the second level. Primo location within three blocks of downtown Healdsburg - and a two car attached garage. The complex also has a pool and bocce court for entertaining. We have stayed here twice and plan to return next year!

Loved the House

My sister and I were thrilled with the house. It is very beautiful and exceptionally decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with all utilities and the only issue we had with it was that we are not the tallest people in the world and we really struggled to reach the items in the cabinets. If you're tall you'll love it! The living room was very nice and the couch was exceptional. I've never seen such a big couch. We weren't too thrilled with the steep stairs to the bedroom but it gave us our excercise. Not recommended for anyone who is unable to climb stairs. The bedrooms were very nice and the master bathroom was beautiful! We stayed for a month and were sad when we had to leave. The owner was exceptionally responsive to my emails and I enjoyed chatting with him. The property manager was always available and whenever we had any questions and/or issues he was right there. There is one drawback to the house. It is on the main street in Healdsburg and there is always traffic and noise. The noise is not too noticeable except early in the morning when all of the garbage trucks and street sweepers truck are around. But that was a small price to pay to stay in this beautiful home. Many of my family members came for a visit and they were amazed at how beautiful the house is. We truly enjoyed our visit.

Perfect stay as usual!

This is our second time to stay in the house and it is always perfect. It is a perfect location in Healdsburg within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops and a short drive to many wineries. You couldn't ask for anything better!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location in Healdsburg

Last time we went to Sonoma we really liked the town of Healdsburg. So, when we returned this year, we wanted to stay someplace within walking distance of the square, shops, restaurants and tasting rooms - the location of this condo was perfect! We walked to town every morning for coffee and then back down for dinner in the evenings. The condo works great for 2 couples, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. If you wanted to save some $$ while visiting (or spend extra on wine, which is what we did), the kitchen is set-up perfectly to make any kind of meal you can imagine. the attached garage was nice for parking the rental and the wives even made it to the pool a couple of times - great setting all the way around. Also, the owner and property manager were very easy to work with.

Healdsburg home away from home...

The stay here was a quiet 'girls getaway' weekend for us. We spent one day at the house, decompressing, relaxing and taking advantage of the amenities. We cooked dinner at home - the kitchen is fully stocked and has a nice gas range. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, warm, cozy and has a huge comfy couch and a fantastic entertainment system. On the following day, we walked to town for wine-tasting and a leisurely stroll around the shops. There were several great restaurants and bars as well as great window-shopping nearby. Although there are plenty of options for an evening out, we returned to the house after a nice dinner and the girls finished the night off on the front porch with some nice local wines. I highly recommend this rental because there is also a great range of things to do; from what we did to enjoying more of the outdoors or local activities.

Comfortable home away with convenient location

Clean and comfortable house located within a convenient walking distance to in-town Healdsburg attractions. Two-car garage is connected to the house and gave us plenty of space for a rental car and bicycles, although garage access involved a flight of steps. Well-stocked kitchen made cooking "at home" a truly viable option. Visitors with an interest in wines should take advantage of the ability to walk to a number of tasting rooms and chat with the tasting room staff. Without exception, we found them knowledgeable not only on their own offerings but also on those of other wineries. Since we live on the East Coast, we do not see many of the highly worthwhile labels. The willingness of these people to share their impressions added greatly to our experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to potential visitors.

Great House in Healdsburg

I'd highly recommend this home. First of all, the owner is a very nice person to work with. The home is quite new (as of 2010) and has all the modern amenities - wifi, large flat screen television, tv in master bedroom. Essentially all is as advertised. Clean and beautifully decorated. Spacious garage for parking. The location is excellent. We easily walked to downtown Healdsburg - which we found to be delightful. With so many outstanding wineries nearby, this location works really well for wine touring (Russian River Valley!). We hope to return asap!
