Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. This home is located on the second floor of a secured building. Each home has two private parking spots in the building's enclosed garage.
This home has a garage door remote for your convenience, which will be found in the kitchen upon your arrival.  There is a $100 fee for lost remotes and will be charged through your booking platform.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to all the shops and restaurants around Vanderbilt and Mid-town Nashville. You've got some of the best spots in town for drinks, restaurants and everything "locals" love including BrickTop's, J. Alexanders, and Martin's BBQ. Enjoy a day at Centennial Park, home of the world's first exact replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece, built 1897 for the Centennial Exposition. You're just a quick hop from White Limozeen's rooftop pool and bar for summer relaxation!

We are close to coffee, breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and bar spots, as well as local music venues, theaters, sports arenas and more. This truly is the perfect location!
