This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, condo is located in the Urban 2 building, one of the Romantic Zone's newest and most luxurious buildings, right in the center of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Only blocks away from Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar Beach Club, dozens of delicious restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. There are no hills to climb, a rooftop pool with city views, two private balconies, purified drinking water, powerful air conditioning, 2 smart TVs, and fast fiber optic wifi internet.

NOTE: This condo is ideally situated amidst the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Immerse yourself in the city's finest culinary delights, boutique shopping, and trendy bars, all just steps away. Please note that due to its proximity to the bars, there may be noise in the condo, particularly on weekends.

This condo is elegantly decorated with chic art and multi-colored walls. The comfortable furniture, spacious layout, and attention to detail make this place the perfect home away from home.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, wine fridge, pots, pans, and utensils. Dine inside on the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the private patio.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV with soundbar, a huge ensuite bathroom, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and utilizes a sliding "barn" door for privacy. Air conditioning and fans are located throughout so you can sleep comfortably. 

The common area rooftop provides a sparkling pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, BBQ, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

Access the building with a code for the electronic lock. Free parking is available on the street.

Other things to note
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old (NO CHILDREN ALLOWED). Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

NOTE: Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
