Unwind out on the furnished patio, or pull out a beverage from the living room's minifridge. The open kitchen is full of equipment to help you put together a delicious spread, and there's room for everyone to relax at the prep island's breakfast bar. Central air conditioning and white walls all throughout the home will keep everyone cool and comfortable throughout your stay.
There's only one bedroom on the ground floor in this home, and it's right by the kitchen! This lovingly curated room features a two-window view, extra seating, and a private entrance to the hallway bathroom (which features a standalone shower). Head upstairs to find your other bedroom choices, starting with the second bedroom featuring a flatscreen TV that's set directly on the right side of the hall. The third bedroom is just next door and features a flatscreen TV and charming bird-themed paintings. The full bathroom across the hall features a standalone shower to serve guests of these rooms. The fourth and final bedroom lies behind the double doors at the end of the hall. This is the main bedroom of the home, and features extra seating as well as an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower.

*Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st for a cost of $32 per day (plus tax). This is completely optional, and interested guests must book for a minimum of three days
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
