This 3 bedroom shotgun style house is 'The Minted Mermaid'!! This adorable home is located in an area of town that is easy to get around and is up and coming with so much history all around. The kitchen is fully stocked with items like a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, and every little gadget we could think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable! The family room boasts plenty of seating including a sleeper sofa as well as a TV!

Down the hall, you'll find the three bedrooms and the full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with a Smart TV. Bedroom two offers a queen-sized bed and bedroom three holds super fun twin bunk beds! The shared full bathroom offers a shower as well as a separate tub and we supply the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush white towels, hairdryer, and more! The backyard is fenced-in to offer some privacy from the neighbors while the outdoor space holds grassy areas, a grill, outdoor seating, and a large umbrella for you to enjoy!

* Hurricane/ Storm Policy: We will refund if there is a mandatory evacuation. However, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel insurance and can provide recommendations.
