Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our Cabin has 2 separate units. A separate unit upstairs and a separate unit downstairs. This listing is for the downstairs unit only. A link to the upstairs unit will be listed. What makes this cabin unique is the location and what it offers. Our cabin is walking distance to Bristol Motor Speedway as well as South Holston River. There is a slipway for boat access 0.9 miles away. This cabin is a new construction Airbnb.

There is a hobby farm on the property if you love animals. We have 6 goats, 2 sheep, and the sweetest guardian dog named Bonnie. There is a quarter feeder on the gate to feed the goats and sheep. Dog treats are under the sink cabinet in the loft. Feel free to go outside and interact with our farm animals.

If you are here for a peaceful getaway or a business related stay our cabin is for you. Beautiful downtown Bristol, TN/VA is a 14 minute drive and Historic Abingdon, VA is 30 minutes. Bristol offers other amenities, like shopping, hiking, museums and much more. The pinnacle shopping and dining area is 12 minutes away. Bristol Regional Medical Center is a 9 mile drive and Johnson City Medical Center is a 14 mile drive.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our short stay here, everything was nice and clean and it had everything we needed! Very convenient location to Bristol and surrounding areas. We really appreciate how accommodating the hosts were!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Super cute and clean, very easy to find. There were some guests staying above me but the only reason I knew they were there was because of the vehicle out front! 10/10! Definitely would stay here again!

Pet lovers heaven!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I knew that we would be sharing the house with someone else, so that wasn’t a big deal to hear them walking around upstairs. Next time I would love to rent both spaces and bring more folks to use it all. My favorite part though - the goats, pig, and dog who I got to pet for a while! I was definitely in my element. Very close to shopping, bars, restaurants, and more. Highly recommend Tennessee Hills distillery too!

Couldn't ask for anything better!

1st of all communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend the weekend. The cabin is close to everything you want or need with beautiful scenic mountain roads. The hobby farm animals were great. They leave dog treats for guest, which was awesome because we just fed them to their sweet guardian dog bonnie. She's the sweetest!! 5 stars all the way!!

Great place to stay

I spent a week here while looking around for real estate in North Eastern Tenneesse. I brought my 2 year old labrador with me and he had great time on the hobby farm. The cabin is in a great location especially if you are interested in Bristol motorsports. Its also a great jumping off spot for adventures in Tennesse's eastern moutains.

Birthday Weekend

My wife and I wanted to stay in a place where we could travel to several nice mountain towns in one trip. For us this location was perfect for that and the apartment itself was just the right size for her, our dog, and myself.

The BEST stop

This was a fantastic stop on our road trip! The cabin is beautiful and was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. The best part was the farm animals and Bonnie, the sweetest LGD! We plan to stay here again. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Clean and Convenient

Nice quaint and clean small cabin at a good price point. Perfect for just me and near to where I was having meetings. Probably just me, but didn't realize it was a duplex, upstairs and downstairs are separate units

Sweet Hilltop Cabin

We loved this cabin. So cute and comfy. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host is very kind and attentive and responds promptly. We hope we can come back this way again!

Doesn't get better than this!

Just delightful inside and out! Adorable and very functional decor, charming front porch to relax on, secluded and surrounded by by nature. The mini farm animals added an extra warm greeting!

Perfect place to stay

Me and my wife traveled to Bristol for the race and needed a place to stay. We were so lucky to find this perfect cabin. It was all we needed and conveniently located a couple miles from the track. Super clean and had everything we needed. There are goats and a dog beside the cabin that loves treats! Even though we only stayed one night, it had everything anyone would need for a lengthy stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great cabin

Exactly as described. A safe and lovely space for a traveler overnight. Slept well, comfortable bed, and close to restaurants and shopping. Loved Bonnie and the goats! Very responsive host. Will be back!
