Vacation home has 7 bdrm 4 bath, extra large kitchen with 2 dishwashers and open concept. Entertainment room has air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, pool table and 2 arcade machines for family fun. Rear of house has tons of floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful lake and nature views. Sunroom and rear deck provide sanctuary for quiet spaces to read and enjoy your vacation. Wildlife seen frequently on back of property include abundant deer, fox and varieties of birds. Home features 3 marble large walk-in showers as well as other luxury appointments. Land between the lakes park, nature trails and boat rentals nearby at Lake Barkley State Park Resort. Gas and smoker barbeque grills available at property.

Fall Break

Went for a long weekend with adult children/spouses and grandchildren. 16 total plenty of room, loved all of the accommodations. Plan on booking another trip for maybe a week next time.

60th birthday getaway for my wife and family

This location was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday! Family from Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania and New York all loved our stay. The Host is 100% a great host and communicator! The local wildlife, the proximity to Nashville, the opportunity to rent a pontoon and spend a day on the lake, to having Triplet's BBQ cater a large family dinner all made for an abolute amazing experience!

Two thumbs up!

We very much enjoyed our stay, It was a hot week so the game room kept us entertained during the day!! Great amenities and appliances for a large gathering! Boat slip provided accommodated my fish and ski perfectly!! Lots of wildlife sneaking around the quiet community as well!! Only con was the windows needed a good cleaning!

Family Reunion

The property and house were excellent. Everyone loved the amenities (especially the game room) provided. The patio and yard were awesome. We saw deer every day go across the property. Plenty of room for all of us. I would highly recommend for large groups.

Great house for large group

The house is great for a large group to gather and relax in. The game room is wonderful with plenty of arcade type games. Lots of board games also. The kids were very excited about the bunk bed area. Sadly they didn't sleep there as the beds are in a loft type area open to the great room below. It would be too noisy for them to sleep with the adults talking below. The kitchen is large and open to the great room. Lots of refrigerator space and the counter top ice maker was very useful. We were able to cook most of our meals there. We were a bit disappointed that we didn't actually have a lake view as the trees block the view. We did use the kayaks but did not swim off the backyard as it was mucky. The dock area in the photos is not on property, it is down the street. We thought we could just go in & out of the lake easily but that was not the case. Lots of deer and other animals. The area is nice and quiet with very friendly neighbors, thankfully. The lock box was empty & I didn't have cell service to reach the owner. Luckily a neighbor helped. It is about 20 minutes to town. In all, we had a great vacation. The house was spacious enough for all of us (9 adults & 6 children). We could entertain ourselves in the house without annoying each other.

weekend away

We liked the house. The pictures we saw when we rented showed a clear view of the lake. We could see the lake but not like the picture showed. Also, The slip for my friends boat was farther and not as easy to get to as we thought. David was very nice and answered any questions quickly. We are staying again so I guess that says we liked it.

Great for getting family together

This place was great for hosting my family reunion. David was very responsible. I hope the WiFi can be fixed as it was unreliable. I noticed there was a mesh network but that wasn’t set up. Other than that, the place was perfect!

Worked great for our family

This property worked really good for our family to get together for a few days. Everyone enjoyed the rec room! Kayaks were used by some as well.. kitchen was nice and big with plenty of counter space and cooking supplies.

Beautiful Relaxing Sanctuary

My family of 10 came together from across the country to spend 4 days enjoying a relaxing reunion by the lake. We got just that! This home is spacious, beautiful and filled with every amenity a family could want. I don’t think the online photos do the house justice. There are two refrigerators, a freezer, two dishwashers, a compact icemaker, a microwave, a bar with a mini-fridge in the greatroom, a bar and mini-fridge between downstairs bedrooms, a coffee bar, a large gameroom, fireplaces, grills...the list just goes on and on. There is something for everyone...young and old! The home is situated in a quiet lakeside community with daily deer visits in the beautiful, scenic backyard. The large deck off the back has plenty of seating and is the perfect way to unwind or have morning coffee. The only reason I took off a point is for cleanliness. Although everything looked neat and in-place, there were quite a few dusty surfaces around the house. A little dust however did not hamper our fun. We still had a relaxing, wonderful time! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with!

Great place!

Wonderful house with plenty of room and a fantastic location. Amenities were top-notch. Good communication. A friend from Canada left her phone at the house and the owner overnighted it to where she was staying in Illinois. Will definitely recommend this to friends!

Family Christmas 2023

We had a total of 16 people ranging in age from 8-82. My husband and I, our 4 children and their spouses, our 5 grandchildren, and my 82 yo father. This was our annual family Christmas. We have been doing this since our 14 year old grandsons first Christmas, and the consensus was that this was the best one yet! The house was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable, plenty of room to spread out, and the game room was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults! Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic get-away home

This was a great place to disconnect and spend quality time with family! The game room was great for the younger teens and there was plenty of room at the dining room table for all of us, making meals a wonderful time to reconnect.

Excellent guys golf trip

We had a group of 12 guys (for a golf trip). We needed 2 air matresses to accommodate all with a bed, but that was not an issue at all. There is plenty of room in some of the bedrooms for an extra mattress. The house was excellent. It's beautiful and has plenty of room for people to spread out. Having the games and other activities was very nice. It worked perfectly for our group. The only downside (which was explained to us in advance) is that there is no dock access from the property. As they explained, you can get in the lake from the property, but it's shallow and muddy (and there were a lot of logs and stuff floating, but it had rained a lot, so I suspect that may not always be the case). I'm not sure if the lot is zoned for allowing a dock, but if so, that is the only thing I can think of to improve. Our group had an excellent time staying here and will likely book again next year.

Yearly family vacation

We had a group of 16. Ages 8 to 67. The game room was a big hit with all. Kitchen was well stocked over and above expectation. Bathrooms and showers were wonderful. Beds comfortable. House and property was beautiful. The host was so kind. I highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.

Great place

Love, love this home, This is our third time staying here, hope to stay here again. Love everything about it, but description is right - that says nature view, don't expect a lake view here. We did see lots of deer, but wish we had lake view instead. Can't see why owner doesn't have some of it cleared off. The new owner the last two years has made some great improvements otherwise. Great for our large family, plenty of room and things to do in rec room. Kitchen is great too. (only suggestion would be one large kitchen trash can, the 2 small ones for 16 people, keeps someone busy emptying those out.) Hope to book again. Love it.
